I visited this restaurant for lunch for the first time. It was past 1pm and starting to get crowded, with all seats taken. I had the white broth soy sauce ramen with rice set (930 yen). It was simple but delicious! The chashu was light and tasty, which I enjoyed. Overall, I think it's worth trying other ramen dishes at this restaurant!

I came to Yao for work and my companion wanted to have ramen, so we came here. I was tempted by the shio (salt) ramen, even though they also had shoyu and tsukemen. It was delicious! I tried to drink all the soup but left a little bit at the end because I was worried about the salt content. It was almost too good to leave any. My companion didn't order it, but I want to come back to try the fried rice and karaage. The restaurant clearly indicated "no smoking" and even mentioned "no smokeless tobacco," so it's recommended for non-smokers too. I also liked that the staff were wearing T-shirts that said "NOsmokingplease."

Visited after 8 pm. Surprisingly no waiting customers. Maybe because it was a Wednesday night? I was seated at a table near the counter. I was in the mood for tsukemen, so I ordered the regular size. I was informed in advance that it would take some time. Since the restaurant wasn't busy, my order arrived in about 10 minutes. The noodles were shiny and flat and thick. The soup had fish powder on top, so I thought it was seafood-based, but it seemed to be chicken broth with soy sauce as the base. I felt like it was a bit salty, maybe because of my condition... The two slices of chashu were moist and not dry, which was excellent, even though they weren't rare.

On the last day of the long weekend, my husband, myself, and my husband's sister drove to the station to drop off my father-in-law who was going to choir practice. Despite the pouring rain, we decided to take a drive to Yao. We arrived just three minutes before the restaurant opened, with two other customers already waiting. We chatted about the rainy weather and the upcoming return to work while we slurped down our noodles at the counter, and it lifted our heavy spirits. What a relief!

The ramen shop near the company is highly rated. Despite the heavy rain on the last day of Golden Week, there was still a line of customers. I visited around 12:30 and was lucky to be the second or third group in line. I was seated right away. I was in the mood for tsukemen, so I ordered the regular size with half-cooked rice and George's fried chicken. Overall, the flavors were on the salty side. I ended my meal with soup-wari. I wonder if I'll be able to work in the afternoon.

I had the half fried rice set with clear soup and soy sauce flavored egg. The moment I drank the soup, I thought "delicious". The roasted pork and simmered egg were seasoned just right for me. The fried rice we ordered together was also flavorful to the point where it was almost a waste to have it as a side dish. If I had to ask for something more, I would prefer the noodles to be a bit firmer.

After finishing my human dock appointment, I headed straight to the "Ramen Shion" that I had been eyeing. It's a cute little shop with a counter for 5 seats and 2 two-seater tables. It was still before noon, but the place was already packed and I had to wait a bit. I was seated at the counter when a spot opened up, and I quickly ordered the chicken broth shoyu ramen and fried rice. The three female staff members were busy preparing the dishes. The fried rice came out first. I couldn't wait for the ramen, so I dug in! It was delicious! Hot! Yum! The fried rice had a light seasoning and was made with old rice cooked with less water and coated with plenty of oil. I couldn't resist and ate it before taking a photo, sorry about that. Then the ramen arrived. The soup had a rich flavor without any artificial seasoning, and the broth was made with quality ingredients. The flat noodles paired perfectly with the soup, and the thick slices of chashu were tender. The thick bamboo shoots were well salted, showing attention to detail. If this place was near me, I would come at least three times a week. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal! Thank you for the delicious food! 🍜

The soup has a strong accent of burnt soy sauce. The chicken broth is light, but the flavor of the broth is well infused. Overall, it has an elegant and refined taste. I went to the popular ramen shop "Ramen Shion" in Yao ☺︎ It's been cold lately, so ramen tastes even better. I ordered the "Chicken Dashi Shoyu" out of the two options of Chicken Dashi Clear Soup and Japanese-style White Soup! And I got the set with fried rice as well‍♀️ The soup had a strong chicken flavor and a good aroma✨ The noodles were homemade flat noodles, chewy and had a good texture❣️ I love bamboo shoots in ramen, and the bamboo shoots here were so good, I really liked them‍♀️✨ I finished it in no time because it was so delicious❣️ I was curious about the seasoned boiled egg, but I was too full to try it (lol) I'd like to try it next time I go! We were able to get in smoothly at a good time, but when we left the restaurant, it was full and there was a line outside! I recommend going early next time. I'll try the White Soup next time I go. I went to Ramen Shi'on in Yao City, Osaka Prefecture. It is located under the elevated structure near Kintetsu Yao Station, slightly to the east at Pentmall 5th Avenue. If you are driving, the large parking lot at Linoa's on the north side of the store is convenient (100 yen for 60 minutes after 8:00 PM). I arrived on a Saturday around 8:30 PM and had to wait for about 15 minutes outside before getting a seat as the inside was full. The restaurant is small with a straight counter seating for 5 and two 2-person table seats. The menu is mainly divided into "Chicken Broth Clear Soup" and "Japanese-style White Soup," each with soy sauce and salt flavors. The miso flavor is only available in the white soup. I was tempted by the limited edition "Dipping Noodles with Kombu Water," but ended up ordering the basic "Chicken Broth Soy Sauce with Flavored Egg" for 910 yen. The clear and beautiful amber-colored soup had a rich quality with a robust dashi flavor that almost seemed to say, "No need for chicken fat." The delicate flat medium-thin noodles paired well with the rich soy sauce and chicken fat aroma that passed through my nostrils with each slurp. The thinly sliced char siu with fried onions was flavorful and the bamboo shoots were a good match for this ramen. The only downside was the fibrous texture of the diagonally cut green onions, but overall, it was a high-quality bowl of ramen. Thank you for the meal!

I came to a ramen shop located in front of Kintetsu Yao Station. It has received high ratings so I am really looking forward to it! My partner ordered miso broth ramen, so I chose soy sauce clear broth. Unfortunately, the main dish, tsukemen, was sold out (tears). However, the flat noodles have a wonderful chewy texture! I love it~ The garlic and pepper add a nice touch. The soy sauce ramen is of high quality! I would like to try the tsukemen next time~

Today (9/15), I went on a trip to Yao Station on the Kintetsu Osaka Line to finally visit this restaurant that I had been wanting to go to for a while. About 10 months ago, I had a delicious "Chicken Dashi Shoyu" at the Horie branch, which had been open for 2 months, so I decided to visit the main branch. I arrived at the restaurant right when it opened at 11:30, sat at the far right counter seat, and ordered the "Chicken Dashi Shoyu (8000 yen)" without using a ticket machine. The bowl arrived quickly, and it looked almost the same as the one at the Horie branch, so I was excited. In the soy sauce-colored soup, there were medium-thick straight noodles, long bamboo shoot menma, sliced Kujo green onions (I think), and burnt green onions scattered on top. There were two slices of chashu, one normal and one rare, placed on the edge. When I tried the soup with a spoon, it was indeed very delicious, a perfect example of a clear broth. The noodles were chewy and tasty, and all the toppings, including the chashu, were excellent. I naturally finished every last bit, and it was a truly outstanding clear broth that lived up to my expectations.

On Saturday for lunch at 12:45, there were no customers waiting outside and there were 3 empty seats at the counter. This was my second visit. This time, I tried the "Shirotan Shoyu" from the Japanese-style white soup series for 820 yen (last time I tried the most popular one, "Chicken Dashi Shoyu"). I also ordered the regular size Yakimeshi set for an additional 400 yen. I personally prefer the chicken dashi flavor, but I am curious about the "Shirotan Miso" flavor, so I would like to try it if I have the chance. The Yakimeshi was delicious last time, so I upgraded to the regular size this time, but it felt slightly different from last time. Thank you for the meal ☆☆☆
