It's definitely delicious, and what was surprising was that for some reason, the taste of the mixed curry rice felt like a mellow Japanese flavor. It had a deep flavor like the finishing porridge of a hot pot. The appearance may be deceiving, but this was also a discovery. Overall, it was a dish that lived up to the high praise. The Botanical Curry was easy to eat with mild spiciness and delicious. The shrimp curry was quite watery, with a taste more like a vegetable curry than shrimp. The shrimp curry had a slightly sour taste. The Botanical Curry was milder and better. With plenty of toppings like mild beans, potatoes, and pickles, there were endless flavor variations. Even though I asked for less rice, the generous toppings made it just right. After finishing the meal, the spiciness lingered the most. The dish was full of ingredients, but they were finely chopped, so it was easy to eat and I finished in less than 10 minutes. It was delicious!
