Today is World Health Day and Self-Care Day. It's really important for each individual to take care of themselves, otherwise we won't see the end of this pandemic. So, I made sure to take precautions before going out. It's a new restaurant. Actually, this parking lot in front of me is a time-limited parking lot, and I often park here, but the restaurant is right next to it. It feels like the entrance is right next to the parking lot, so everyone who parks here will see it. Beef, pork, chicken, lamb, which do you like? Today, let's see where this restaurant ranks. If it looks delicious, please click the "↓" button! Chicken dishes are the main focus, but there are also various other options. The menu has a variety of side dishes. However, there weren't many people who didn't like chicken dishes in the past... Oh, now that I think about it, there were about two people who didn't like chicken. The restaurant's name has "chicken and alcohol" in it, so there is a wide variety of alcohol available. For those who like sake, there are many options, so it might be interesting. If I didn't have to drive, I would have liked to try various drinks. I like sake more than beer or highballs, especially with oolong tea. On this day, I had oolong tea. The appetizer came out. It was well-prepared, which was nice. Chicken skin ponzu had a firm texture to the chicken skin. The skin had a good chewiness to it. Probably because it's fresh... Is the ponzu sauce homemade? It wasn't too sour, and had a refreshing taste. There are various types and cuts of chicken sashimi. This time, I chose the chicken breast. I always think that chicken breast sashimi is the best. But... even if you like chicken dishes, there are probably many people who don't like raw chicken. It was served slightly seared on the surface. The soy sauce used was a sashimi soy sauce from Kyushu, so it had a sweetness to it. It paired really well with the chicken sashimi. When you put it in your mouth, it had a sticky feeling. Nowadays, it's a bit disappointing that it was slightly seared. But chicken sashimi is really delicious. I like it. Chicken tempura was a bit different from the tempura you would find at a tempura restaurant. It felt more like Kyushu-style tempura. The texture of the batter was slightly different. There were two types of salt, white salt and matcha salt. I squeezed some lemon on it and enjoyed it. Delicious. It was juicy and didn't have the unique smell of chicken, unlike fried chicken. Chicken cartilage tempura is often seen at yakitori restaurants. It's the cartilage of the chicken. It's the soft bone at the tip of the breastbone that supports the muscles used to move the wings. This soft bone is called "yagen cartilage." You can enjoy a crunchy texture. Among them, this one felt soft. Grilled chicken, Awaodori chicken, black pepper grilled chicken, there were two types of chicken to choose from. I chose salt or black pepper, and went with this one. I thought it would be completely blackened like in Kyushu, but it was presented like this. On a hot plate, slightly burnt, with sliced onions and yuzu pepper. If it had been presented as a whole piece, it might have had more impact. The yuzu pepper went really well with it. Chicken fried rice The plate looks really fancy. Sometimes, drinks come in containers like this, right? And, the white plate ==========
