This is a ramen shop located inside the food court of Odori Station. I had visited their previous location before they moved to the station, and I remember being impressed by the simple yet refined bowl of ramen they served. The menu seems to have become even simpler since moving to the food court. While I don't mind a limited menu, I found it a bit unfriendly that there was no explanation of the dishes. I ordered the Hormone Ramen (950 yen) and while waiting, I realized they offer broccoli noodles for free... I forgot about that! When the buzzer went off, I picked up the ramen. It was a Hormone Ramen with an orange-colored spicy miso broth. The straight noodles had an explosion of wheat flavor and were delicious! They made me forget about my regret of not choosing the broccoli noodles. They were smooth, slightly sticky, and chewy. As I enjoyed the noodles, I thought maybe I should have gone for a lighter option given the focus on wheat flavor, but as I tasted the hormone, which was tender and tasty, I confirmed that this bowl was definitely worth trying. The Hormone Ramen in the spicy broth was a delight, and the sesame oil (or whatever aroma it was) made the bamboo shoots taste great!

During a trip with my parents to Lake Akan, we stopped at the Michinoeki Onoengi food court for lunch. I ordered the soy sauce ramen from Ramen FUJI. The staff recommended me to try the noodles with broccoli powder kneaded into them, so I changed my order. The soup was light soy sauce flavor, the noodles were medium thickness straight noodles, and I didn't really taste the broccoli flavor. It was just a delicious soy sauce ramen. Thank you for the meal.

The roadside station inside was very clean and new. It was like a food court, but the ramen was delicious. I ordered the hormone ramen with extra chashu topping, and the chashu had various cuts which made it enjoyable. The chashu negi don was also tasty.

This is Ramen Fuji. It opened at a roadside station. This is my second visit. I usually end up eating udon at the roadside station food court, but this time I ordered ramen. I ordered the "Miso Ramen for 850 yen." When my order was ready, I went to pick it up. As always, it had a rich and flavorful taste! It's truly delicious here. This roadside station has many tasty restaurants. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Ramen Fujisan, which used to have a store in Otoinegi, has now opened at the Otoinegi Michi-no-Eki. I ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen (900 yen) and was impressed by how quickly it was served after ordering. The portion size seemed a bit small, so I would appreciate it if they could increase it a bit. However, the taste was good. The spicy miso flavor was rich and delicious, I even drank up all the soup! It's great for those in a hurry - quick service, quick to eat, and delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Ramen FUJI 2023.02.24 Today, I can at least support food and beverage establishments by being very careful. Let's all do our best together✨ I came with the feeling of "Let's go for it"⤴️ Today, I ordered udon for my child, who is 15 minutes away from being cooked, and visited Ramen FUJI while waiting. Location: Natsu Zora 2, Otofuke Town. Next to Yuzuki Suite Pi-A Garden along National Route 241. The exterior is a splendid roadside station. The interior is spacious and clean, with a food court instead of individual stores. You order and pay in front of the shop, receive a bell for your order, and pick up your food. I ordered the Salt Ramen for 750 yen (tax included) and a set of minced meat rice for 300 yen (tax included). The toppings were chashu, menma, and finely chopped green onions. The noodles were homemade, slightly thick straight noodles that were chewy and delicious✨ The soup had depth and flavor without any pork smell, and it was delicious✨ I will definitely come back to eat their ramen again⤴️ Thank you for the meal m(__)m Ramen FUJI - Business hours: 10:00-18:00 (Last order at 17:00) - Closed: No regular holidays

The ramen restaurant at the popular Oto-koshimichi station was a bit chaotic, maybe because it was crowded. The noodles were a bit too soft! This could be a fatal flaw for ramen. It was busy and crowded, which might be the reason. The noodles looked like pasta at first glance? It's a matter of personal preference, I like slightly curly noodles so it was a bit disappointing. But the soup tasted delicious and I finished the bowl. All in all, ramen is delicious, right?

I tried the horumon ramen at Ramen FUJI in the food court of Michinoeki Otofuke. It had horumon, green onions, menma, and chashu. It was neither good nor bad, just average.

I used to visit the old store occasionally and the salt ramen was delicious. This spring, they moved to a new location, so I visited after a long time. I ordered the salt ramen (750 yen) because when you think of Fuji, it has to be salt ramen, right? The appearance of the ramen seemed different this time. The soup was still delicious, and the noodles were smooth and tasty, but something was different. When I looked at old photos at home, I realized that the price of the salt ramen had been reduced from 780 yen to 750 yen, and the boiled egg that used to come with the ramen was now a topping. When I asked about the noodles when returning the dishes, I found out that they used to make their own noodles at the old store, but now they have a noodle company make them, although they haven't changed the noodles themselves. The restaurant is set up like a food court at a roadside station, so it lacks the quiet and leisurely atmosphere for eating. It may be a hit or miss for some people, but it's a shame because the ramen is delicious.

This is a report from Hokkaido (lol). I stopped by the Michinoeki (roadside station) in Otofuke Town! I had udon, soba, and pork bowl, so this time I wanted to try "ramen" and chose "Ramen FUJI"! I visited on a Sunday at 5 pm, which was 30 minutes before the last order, and it was not crowded, which was nice! This time, for my first order, I chose the following: 'Salt Ramen ¥750' and 'Flavored Egg ¥100'. Since the ramen was only available in salt flavor in a topping style, I felt that they were confident in their salt flavor, so I chose the salt with toppings! I was called within 10 minutes and went to pick it up! Wow, it looks delicious salt ramen! When I picked it up, I sprinkled black pepper on the chashu! Wow, this salt ramen is delicious!! The noodles have a good wheat aroma, no unpleasant smell from the chashu, and it is well done and tasty!! Coating my tongue with the flavored egg changes the expression of the ramen and makes it enjoyable!! I quickly finished it and it was delicious!! I would like to try other menu items too!! It was very delicious! Thank you for the meal. The next unvisited item at the food court in Otofuke Town's Michinoeki is the white omurice! (lol)

I decided to try it out on a whim, and the seafood soup was quite delicious. I couldn't stop drinking it. The saltiness of the soup really complemented the flavors. The noodles were cooked perfectly to my liking, firm and not too soft. The chashu was tender and had a good amount of fatty parts, but it didn't feel greasy because of the tasty soup. I don't think I'll have a chance to visit again, but if I do, I'd like to try other flavors. Thank you for the meal.

"Ramen Fuji" I came to Tokachi today and made notes of the shops in Ono, Memuro, Obihiro, and Makubetsu. I actually came last week as well, but ended up coming again. Last week, I wrote a lot of notes about the shops in Obihiro, but unexpectedly found out that they were having a Tokachi Marche, so I ended up spending a lot of time there and messed up my schedule. So, most of the shops are still on my list. I decided to visit while the enthusiasm was still there. For lunch, I decided to go for ramen, but I will have it in Ono instead of Obihiro, hoping it will be decent. I had thought I would never come back to the Ono Michi-no-Eki, as everything there is expensive. However, I saw a review later that said the ramen was not satisfying, so I wasn't really keen on going to the ramen shop there. The place was crowded with cars, but the food court wasn't that busy. Maybe it was still early? I ordered the "salt ramen" for 750 yen. Well, it's not that expensive for a Michi-no-Eki. I can't really give it a proper evaluation here. First, please serve something that looks like the photo. I was handed a buzzer. I don't like that. But it's a food court, so I guess it can't be helped. Is it a group? A large group has arrived. It took about 7 minutes. It's not something to shout about that it doesn't look like the photo, but it's a ramen from the food court. The noodles are thick, not Tokachi style, and I don't like thick noodles, but I don't mind chewy noodles. It's like thin udon, but I don't mind it. Why? The noodles are piping hot, but the soup is lukewarm. Is it still early? The green onions are fresh. I don't like green onions, but they're not bad. The bamboo shoots are dark in color and very sweet, which I don't like. The soup has a light umami and richness, which is good, but it's a bit salty, which bothers me. There's no strong dashi flavor. The chashu has an old-fashioned taste, thin and fatty, which I like. Is there two types of chashu? The second piece is tough. It was pretty good for a food court. It has some artificial flavoring, but it's tasty, so it's fine."

On a regular day off, my wife and I visited for the first time. The excitement of the roadside station opening had somewhat subsided, so we decided to have lunch at the food court while buying gifts for my colleagues. I was a bit indecisive looking at the menu, but I ended up ordering the Hormone Ramen for 950 yen in miso flavor. I waited with the buzzer until it was ready. It felt just like a food court in a shopping center. We sat near where Godzilla was displayed. The ramen was well-made with plenty of hormones, delicious soup, and straight noodles which I like. The toppings were few, making it a simple ramen. But it was delicious. I would like to try the salt ramen next time. Thank you for the meal. We'll come again.

I went to Ramen FUJI! It is a ramen shop inside Michi no Eki Otofuke, which has moved from Kino. They have a new menu item called "kake" (salt) for 650 yen, so I decided to try that. It arrived quickly, in about 3-4 minutes. When I received it on a tray, they warned me that it was slippery, and indeed it was! The ramen had no green onions, just noodles and soup. The noodles were slightly chewy with a wheat flavor, while the soup was light and maybe a bit lacking in richness. It might be better to order it with a rice set. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

Ramen FUJI 2022.04.18 Today, I can at least support restaurants by being careful enough. Let's all do our best together ✨ I went with the feeling of "Let's go all out" ⤴️ Today, because I had left my dog in the car yesterday, I could only visit two shops. After visiting Barley's Smile, I went to "Ramen FUJI" ✨ Located in Natsuzora 2, Otofuke-cho. Along National Route 241, next to Yuzuki Sweet Pie Garden. The exterior is a splendid roadside station and the interior is spacious and clean with a food court instead of individual stores. 10:12 AM. I placed my order and payment in front of the shop, received a buzzer, and went to pick up my order. Similar to a regular food court. I ordered ★Shoyu Ramen for 750 yen (tax included) and ★Curry Set for 300 yen (tax included). After about 10 minutes, the ramen was served. The toppings were simple with chashu, menma, and finely chopped green onions. The noodles were homemade, slightly thick straight noodles that were chewy and delicious ✨ The soup was flavorful without any pork smell and was delicious ✨ The new curry menu had a sweet taste from the soup base and was delicious ✨ I will definitely come back to try the ramen again ⤴️ Thank you for the meal m(__)m I will save the other two shops for next time (laughs) Ramen FUJI - Business hours: 10:00-18:00 (Last order: 17:00) - Closed: No scheduled holidays

The portion size is small. The soup is not too oily and easy to drink. The noodles are straight and slightly thick. Be careful to chew well or it may get stuck in your throat. It's a self-service at the food court. If you want to enjoy it slowly, it's best to avoid weekends and holidays.

This ramen shop, located in the newly opened Michi-no-Eki Otofuke "Natsuzora no Furusato" this spring, was highly anticipated as it was a popular shop that relocated from the town. The Michi-no-Eki has a food court style layout with various food and beverage outlets. I chose the "Shoyu Ramen with extra noodles". Despite the crowded lunch hour on a weekday, I didn't have to wait long before being called with a buzzer. The ramen came in a deep bowl with chashu, green onions, and bamboo shoots. The soup, which seemed to be pork bone-based, had a light yet flavorful soy sauce taste. The homemade medium-thick noodles had a chewy texture that complemented the soup well. The simplicity of the dish allowed the quality to shine through, leaving a positive impression.
