Located near Kikusui Station, I went to a sushi restaurant called "Me ga Ten" for lunch. Lunch hours are from 11:00 to 14:00. The menu offers two options: nigiri sushi or chirashi sushi. Both come with two large pieces of tempura and miso soup. The prices are very reasonable, with nigiri sushi priced at 900 yen for 10 pieces including tamago, and chirashi sushi available in sizes from small to large at the same price. When I arrived around 11:30 on a weekday, there was only one group of customers, giving it a hidden gem vibe. I ordered the nigiri sushi (900 yen), which was well-prepared by the chef with a good balance of fresh fish and seasoned rice. The tempura was crispy and the onion in it was sweet. The sushi was delicious enough on its own without needing the dipping sauce provided. In conclusion, I was impressed by the unique "Thank you very much, Master!" shout from the head chef. The quality of the sushi lunch at this price point makes it a place worth visiting regularly. Check out their Instagram @moritapan7 for videos.

Kishimizu area in Shiraishi-ku. 2 minutes walk from Kishimizu Station on the Tozai subway line ◇ Business hours 11:00-14:00 17:00-24:00 ◇ Closed on Sundays (open on holidays) ◇ No parking lot, cash payment only When entering the store, the energetic greeting was pleasant. I was guided to a clean counter seat inside the store. The young chef has a great atmosphere. Looking at the menu, there are options like 9 pieces of sushi, chirashi sushi (small 150, regular 200, medium 300, large 400g) with tempura and soup included, all priced at 900 yen❗ I ordered ◆ nigiri sushi (900 yen) which includes the same ingredients but also includes tamago, totaling 10 pieces. Let's talk about the rice before the ingredients. It's sweet and firm. The level of the rice is lower than the revolving sushi chains. Some people may like the sushi from the supermarket, so it might be a matter of preference, but if you are advertising as a sushi restaurant, you shouldn't have this sweet rice regardless of the price. It's not as tightly packed as the revolving sushi robots. Was it pressed sushi? The ingredients are thin. The only exception is the sweet shrimp, which was delicious with a sticky sweetness. The tempura dipping sauce is a problem. I wish they would make the broth in the store. The soup is okay, but a bit harsh. This might be a tough battle even if the price is low. The tempura had a good volume, with only corn and onions, but the onions were sweet and very tasty. Of course, there may be some unwanted flavors, so I enjoyed it without dipping it in the sauce. Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to eat sushi so I tried going to a couple of conveyor belt sushi restaurants, but the wait was quite long so I gave up. I visited this place nearby instead. I had 2 beers, some appetizers, and sushi all for 1500 yen. It was unbelievably high cost performance. By the way, all the customers except me were regulars.

A popular sushi restaurant with a great cost-performance for lunch, but the lack of parking is a downside. If visiting by car, it's recommended to combine the visit with nearby facilities like banks. The atmosphere is like a traditional Showa-era sushi restaurant, run by a male chef who seems to be from the Baby Boomer generation or slightly younger, and an older woman, possibly the owner. The 10-piece sushi set for 900 yen is well-shaped and the sushi rice has a good balance of vinegar. The toppings are thinly sliced and the overall presentation is a bit unbalanced, but the freshly fried tempura is a highlight with its generous portion. The vegetables are cut in a rustic but efficient manner. The dipping sauce is a nice touch. Considering the price, the taste is satisfying and filling. However, the "Chirashi-zushi Large 400g" on the menu seems like the best value. At first, you might wonder if there's enough toppings, but with the large tempura, it should be a filling meal.

Today I went on a sales visit with a customer and had lunch at Matsuno Sushi. They offer a great value lunch menu with nigiri and chirashi bowls for 900 yen each. The tempura was also delicious and overall I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant for lunch on a regular day. The counter had some empty seats, but it was quite busy. I had a choice between chirashi or nigiri, so I ordered nigiri because the sushi boom is still going strong. While waiting, more and more customers kept coming in. The lady sitting next to me ordered "one chirashi." When the food arrived, I was surprised to see that my nigiri set came with two large tempura pieces, mostly made of onions. I'm not a fan of onions, so I was a bit disappointed. The "one chirashi" the lady ordered turned out to be this. If I had known, I would have ordered less. The portion size (thanks to the tempura) was good value, but the sushi itself was a bit lacking. Thank you for the meal.

This is a sushi restaurant in Kikusu, Shiraishi-ku. The lunch here is a great deal. The raw chirashi and raw nigiri are only 900 yen. Plus, you can choose the amount of rice for the raw chirashi. This time, I chose the raw chirashi with 400g of rice. It was a satisfying and filling meal. Thank you for the delicious food.

Despite being a revolving sushi restaurant, the price of this place is surprising! The set menu for 1500 yen includes nigiri sushi, appetizers, and two drinks! It was easy to dine alone. I enjoyed watching TV while eating and chatting with the owner. For more details, check out their daily posts on Instagram! [@kitajo_hokkaido55]

I finally got to go to the restaurant I wanted to visit! It was bustling with regular customers and locals who wanted to casually enjoy sushi. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was traditional and cozy. I was seated at the counter and ordered the 9-piece nigiri sushi set for 900 yen, which came with tempura and miso soup. I didn't read the reviews properly and was surprised by the tempura! It was so much food for the price. The sushi was beautifully made and satisfyingly large. I couldn't finish the tempura, so I asked my mom to pack it up for takeout. It was delicious when I had it as a tempura rice bowl at home. The chef carefully unwrapped each piece of fish from plastic, which caught my attention, but considering the price, the quality of the sushi was unbelievable! It's amazing to get such good sushi at this price. It was delicious, thank you for the meal!

The nigirizushi is 900 yen. Normally, for 900 yen, you would expect to get 9 pieces, but here you also get 2 pieces of tempura, which is very generous. The owner is very thoughtful and attentive, and the lunch set for 900 yen is really good value. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.

This is my first visit in about 5 years. The price has increased from 850 yen to 900 yen since my last visit. The soba set and inari set are no longer on the menu. There are only two options now: chirashi sushi and nigiri sushi sets, served with tempura and soup. The tempura is mostly made of onions and is crispy. It comes with tempura dipping sauce, without salt. The nigiri set is listed as 9 pieces but actually comes with 10 pieces: 2 pieces each of yellowtail, trout, tuna, flounder, shrimp, and tamagoyaki. The sushi rice is slightly smaller in portion and less vinegary. I prefer having a variety of sushi like last time. The miso soup has seaweed and is a bit salty. With the tempura, you'll definitely leave feeling full. I'd like to try the chirashi sushi next time. Smoking is allowed inside the restaurant. (January 2023)

I visited a homework shop that I have been going to for a while to have lunch. After watching a terrible movie in the morning (waste of money!), I walked over to the shop. There were three customers ahead of me at the counter. I ordered the sushi set for 850 yen, which came with a large tempura and 10 pieces of sushi with miso soup. The sushi included 3 pieces of tuna, 2 pieces of white fish (flounder?), salmon, yellowtail, shrimp, and egg. The slices of fish were thin, but I liked the rice. It's unusual to see the same type of sushi served in 3 or 2 pieces each in a set like this, but oh well. The tempura was mostly made of onions. It seems like there have been changes in the variety and quality of the sushi based on past reviews, but given the current circumstances, it's understandable. The price hasn't changed, so that should be appreciated. Thank you for the meal (^o^)

During lunchtime near Kikusui Station, I bought some bread nearby and stumbled upon "Matsuno Sushi," a sushi restaurant that I've been eyeing for a while. Even though I wasn't hungry, I felt the urge to go in and eat sushi. The restaurant had a board outside advertising a "Sashimi Set and 9 Nigiri Set for 850 yen." I quietly entered the restaurant, feeling a bit guilty for wanting to eat sushi when I wasn't even hungry. The restaurant had 5 counter seats, 2 sunken tables, and no other customers at the time. The background music was from HBC Radio. I ordered the "Sashimi (small) for 850 yen" and was served with a glass of water. The sushi arrived after about 7 minutes, along with tempura, miso soup, chopsticks, dipping sauce, and pickled vegetables. The sashimi included thin slices of tuna, two types of white fish, shrimp, salmon, and egg. The tempura was mainly made of onions with a hint of squid. It was crispy and delicious, but I thought it would have been better with soba noodles instead of sushi. The miso soup had a nice dashi flavor with seaweed as the main ingredient. Overall, the 850 yen price for the sashimi set felt a bit high, considering there are better options available at the same price point. I would prefer if the restaurant focused more on their sushi offerings. After seeing the other customers order nigiri sushi, I felt like that might have been a better choice. I hope to visit again in the future. Thank you for the meal.

This shop is located in Shiroishi Ward, Sapporo City. It's my second visit. The surroundings are pitch black, but the shop sign was shining brightly. I thought the same thing when I visited last time, but this shop is unbelievably fair. I couldn't drink alcohol because I was driving, but I ordered one serving of nigiri sushi. It comes with 10 pieces of nigiri, appetizer, and soup. And all of this is only 1,000 yen... Including ingredients and utilities, it's really a fair price.

I finally made it to the restaurant that I always passed by on my way to the hospital and had decided to visit someday! I arrived 10 minutes after they opened, and it seemed like they were still getting ready, as they were a bit flustered (laughs). They offer chirashi sushi sets (small, medium, large) and nigiri sets for lunch. I decided to order the nigiri set. It's been a while since I've had sushi made right in front of me, so I was excited. I watched them make the nigiri while sipping on tea, and soon it arrived. And all this for 850 yen? 10 pieces of nigiri, a huge tempura shrimp, and miso soup. The value for money is great! The size of the nigiri was just right, and the sushi rice was delicious. I only had one bite of the tempura shrimp, but it was crispy (with onions inside). I was surprised by the piping hot miso soup, but overall, I was very satisfied. I decided to take the tempura shrimp home with me. There are so many restaurants around here that I want to try! Next time, I'll go to a ramen shop. Yum!

This shop is located in Shiroishi-ku, Sapporo City. On my way home from work, feeling exhausted and dizzy, I came across a sushi restaurant. Today is the day when former Prime Minister Abe passed away, and I was in a daze. I felt like I was having a really bad dream, so I took a slightly longer route home. The sign at the entrance read "Nigiri sushi set for 1,000 yen!" I was in a car so I wanted to gulp down a beer, but I resisted and ordered the nigiri instead. Inside the shop, there was a counter and an open raised seating area, just a typical sushi restaurant. The TV was showing news about former Prime Minister Abe... I started to realize that this was not a dream but reality. The nigiri sushi was served one piece at a time, and they were a bit small. I didn't have much of an appetite, so the amount was just right for me. I wasn't expecting much because of the low price, but surprisingly, the sushi was quite good! As you can see from the photos, this is a very honest and reasonable shop.

Last time, my son said it was unfair, so our family of three visited again. My son was very satisfied. The cost performance is still number one. However, the soup is still too salty. It could make you sick. Are they tasting it? Also, something that was really bothering me last time was resolved this time, so I feel relieved. Last time, the place was crowded and the owner was directly handling the money, so I couldn't see if they washed their hands. This time, they were washing their hands properly, so I felt relieved. Of course, that's important, right? Money is touched by many people and is unhygienic. I think it's reassuring for food hygiene if the mother handles the payment. I'm sorry for being strict due to my profession. It was very delicious. I will visit again.

I visited the hospital last Friday, but it was closed for some reason, so I decided to try again. Our favorite sushi lunch spot is O Sushi in Nishi Ward, but it's a bit pricey at around 1500 yen. However, Matsunosushi is only 850 yen and is considered the best cost-performance sushi restaurant in Sapporo. You get 10 pieces of sushi (plus a bonus tamago nigiri) and two large kakiage tempura, so it's a great deal. The sushi is not top-notch, but it's definitely delicious for the price. I can't complain about the quality at this price point. I apologize for being critical. I haven't found a restaurant that surpasses this sushi lunch in terms of cost and portion size. For those with a big appetite, I recommend ordering the large portion, as you can get up to 400g for free. However, the miso soup was a disappointment – it was overly salty, so I couldn't finish it. I hope they adjust the seasoning to be milder next time. Overall, I deduct half a star for this.

I happened to pass by the front of the restaurant and saw a lunch menu sign, which caught my interest. Upon further investigation, I found out that it was a sushi restaurant with a high cost-performance ratio. I decided to visit the restaurant. It is located near the Cancer Center and close to Kikusui Station. There is no parking lot, so if you are driving, you can park at a nearby coin parking near Kikusui Station. In my opinion, when it comes to lunch, if a restaurant displays its menu at the entrance with pictures and clearly marked prices, it adds value to the service. This apparently has a big impact on attracting customers. The restaurant, although old, was well maintained. The mother seemed elderly, but the husband appeared young. The lunch options included Chirashi and Nigiri, both priced at 850 yen. The Chirashi allows you to customize the rice portion without changing the price, and the weight of the rice is also indicated, which is a nice service detail. I ordered the Chirashi with a medium rice portion. It came with a large tempura piece, making it a luxurious deal for the price! However, the fish slices were thin, but the variety seemed appropriate for the price. The soy sauce was delicious, and the Chirashi was tasty. The only downside was that the thin fish slices left me with leftover rice. The tempura was also delicious, and you could eat the leftover rice with the tempura as a side dish. The tempura sauce was a bit bland, so I think a saltier sauce would be better. The tempura itself was tasty and filling. The presentation of the tempura was extravagant, making the cost-performance ratio quite high. Honestly, I wouldn't mind paying a bit more than 850 yen. Since the fish slices in the Chirashi were thin, I would like to try the Nigiri next time.

The sushi restaurant that caught my attention from everyone's reviews. At 12 o'clock on a weekday, there was one customer already seated. Two more groups arrived later. The regular chirashi bowl costs 850 yen and comes with plenty of rice. You also get two pieces of onion tempura, making it a very filling meal. I definitely want to try the nigiri sushi next time.

When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, it is a designated rare disease by the country. Unfortunately, there is no medicine that suits my rare disease yet. Last year in September, and this year in January, April to May, I had to be hospitalized for rare disease treatment. Your encouraging comments were a source of energy for me during my hospitalization. I am truly grateful. 8 days ago, I was discharged for the 5th time this year. During hospitalization, I could only upload pre-written reviews, but... Commenting or replying to comments was unfortunately difficult during my hospital stay. I will definitely do so after discharge, even if it's late. I plan to continue giving likes even during hospitalization. In the future, I will mainly upload past reviews that have not been reviewed yet. New visits will be limited depending on my health condition. "Matsuno Sushi" is a small sushi restaurant in the town that doesn't rotate. It has 6 counter seats and 2 small tables on a raised platform. The lunch menu offers both "nigiri set" and "chirashi set" for 850 yen each. I visited for the first time with my usual companion, directly from the usual hospital. This restaurant is located in the Kikusu area of Higashi Ward, Sapporo, near Kikusu Station on the subway. Please check the exact location of the restaurant on Tabelog. I visited around 12 pm on a weekday. There were 6 customers in front and 2 customers behind. I sat at the counter, which happened to be empty. Both of us ordered the "lunch nigiri set." Soon, water and hot tea were served. After waiting for 13 minutes, our two "nigiri sets" arrived. ■ Lunch nigiri set 9 pieces 1. Bachi maguro 2. Bachi maguro 3. Hirame 4. Hamachi 5. Matsukawa garei 6. Shimazoi 7. Shimazoi 8. Masu 9. Tosa 10. Tamagoyaki Fried vegetables with two large pieces of tempura, freshly fried and hot. Thick but crispy on the outside Tempura dipping sauce Miso soup with wakame and green onions Down-to-earth flavor Price: 850 yen (tax included) The "nigiri" is a sharp type, easy to eat in size. The ingredients are fresh and not frozen, so the freshness is good. It is clearly different from rotating sushi restaurants or conveyor belt sushi restaurants in terms of quality. Although the "nigiri" is listed as 9 pieces, there are 10 pieces. When I asked the friendly chef for the reason, he said that the "tamagoyaki" is not included in the count. He is a modest owner. It's also nice to have two large, freshly fried tempura pieces. The "lunch nigiri set" is a satisfying set. 850 yen is a great value for the content. It's a good sushi restaurant in the town that you want to support. The only downside is that there is no parking lot. Next time, I might try the "lunch chirashi set for 850 yen." Thank you for the delicious meal.
