The Michelin Bib Gourmand's skill is truly remarkable. The pizza is chewy like focaccia, with a great elasticity and a fragrant char that can only be achieved in a high-temperature oven. The spaghetti, with its thin noodles, perfectly coats the sauce and has a great chewiness due to the gluten. Each dish prioritizes specialty ingredients. They use unique ingredients like swordfish carpaccio and duck prosciutto abundantly. The combination of flavors like seaweed jelly with sea bream carpaccio is delicious. They value the taste of the ingredients, creating synergy in flavors like seaweed with seafood, and duck with green onions. Ratings: * Quality of ingredients 10 points * High cooking skills and flavor perfection 10 points * Originality 10 points * Cost performance 6 points * Consistency in consistently delicious dishes 10 points Total 46 points Additional ratings: * Comfort of the restaurant 10 points * Drinks 9 points * Ratings are based on a scale of 10 points. A restaurant with a rating of 4 or above on Tabelog or a score of 40 or above on the Michelin standard is recommended. This is a kind of fake Michelin standard judgment. The ratings are based more on the sensory enjoyment of taste rather than cost performance.

I went to MAKIBI in Osaka before! This restaurant has received the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand award for two consecutive years! 1st picture [Burrata cheese with seasonal fruits, fruit tomato caprese (¥2,000)] The combination of flavorful fruit tomatoes, sweet strawberries, and basil is amazing. The burrata cheese is incredibly delicious. And I was surprised by how sweet the strawberries were. Olive oil just goes so well with it. 2nd picture [Honshu deer loin charcoal-grilled (¥2,980)] The name alone sounds delicious. It was only my second time trying deer meat. As a self-proclaimed lover of lean meats, this was the perfect dish for me. It was very tender and satisfying, yet very refreshing. It paired perfectly with wine and was delicious. 3rd picture [Deer meat and porcini rag sauce (¥1,700)] This is a pasta dish with deer meat. The deer meat chunks are easy to eat, and the pasta is very chewy and easy to eat. It has more volume than expected, so be careful not to overeat! 4th picture [Cod milt and dragon egg, buffalo mozzarella, Milan-style burnt butter and anchovy sauce (¥2,600)] A dish served with sauce. The fluffy cod meat was delicious, with a rich flavor that paired well with wine. 5th picture [Assorted 3 types of homemade gelato (¥650)] This is the best gelato I've ever had. It's so smooth. Gorgonzola, pistachio, and I forgot the other flavor, haha. Personally, I recommend the Gorgonzola gelato. All the menu items I tried were excellent. The alcohol selection is extensive (I recommend the wine). I sat at the counter and couldn't take my eyes off the freshly baked pizzas from the oven (I'll definitely try the pizza next time). The interior has a stylish yet casual atmosphere. When you visit Osaka, be sure to check it out! Restaurant URL: https://s.tabelog.com/osaka/A2701/A270102/27108201/top_amp/

I ordered a course menu. The course allows you to choose a main dish, pizza, pasta, etc., so you can eat what you like. Everything was delicious. I had a pizza from a shop called Makibi.

I was truly impressed by the deliciousness of the Akagyu Bismarck pizza at MAKIBI Pizza, which is also the name of the restaurant. The fresh and tasty Kajiki ham on top was amazing. Although I didn't try the main dish this time, I definitely want to try it next time I visit. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and it was a fun time. Thank you very much.

I visited for the first time and the atmosphere of the shop was very stylish, and the staff were friendly, which was great. I ordered the Bismarck and MAKIBI pizzas, both of which were very delicious, and I would love to order them again.

The assorted appetizer platter had a beautiful presentation. The pasta was rich in flavor, but when eaten with alcohol, it had a refreshing aftertaste. I ordered the MAKIBI pizza, which had a simple taste with a lightness from the saltiness of the prosciutto, making it easy to eat, and it had a fragrant aroma from being baked in a pizza oven. The main dish of duck breast had a substantial thickness, providing a satisfying bite. The chocolate gateau dessert was rich and had a smooth texture. The pistachio gelato was also very delicious.

This is a perfect atmosphere for a girls' night out or a date. After cheering at Koshien, we called for a reservation at 18:00 and were able to book for 20:30. We ordered two drinks each and the total came to 12,000 yen, which is a good deal. The fig and prosciutto appetizer was particularly delicious, perfect for a summer night. The photo shows two servings (1,500 yen per serving). The spicy cod roe and whitebait pizza was salty and went well with alcohol, reminiscent of Enboca in Karuizawa, so we couldn't resist ordering it. The handmade eel pasta was perfectly al dente, with beautiful shiso flowers adding a nice touch. The Margherita pizza had soft, delicious cheese. The pizza crust at this restaurant is light and easy to eat. The service was friendly, the cost performance was good, and I would definitely like to go back.

Recently, there has been an increase in pizza restaurants using wood-fired ovens. They serve Neapolitan-style pizza, with a high-quality appearance and authentic taste. The pasta, with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese, has a mild and delicious flavor. The appetizer platter is elegant and well-prepared, with good taste. The staff is friendly and attentive, living up to their Michelin Bib Gourmand status.

I took a day off and decided not to go far because of the hot weather. I prayed that it wouldn't be disappointing as I entered the store. I thought they would open at 5 pm, but there were already people eating, so maybe they opened earlier? I ordered a White Horse highball and it was a good choice. It was strong, so I'm glad I didn't order a double. The appetizer platter had decent volume and taste, but I was a bit unsatisfied with the variety. The pasta was probably the best choice for me. The Maki pizza was a bit burnt and tough, so I wouldn't order it again. It's not a very expensive place, so it might be good for a date or something.

The food was delicious no matter what we ate, and the appetizer assortment was luxurious. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was great, perfect for a girls' night out or a date. There were many types of wine available. The service was polite and made for a comfortable experience. We had a good time and would like to visit again.

I visited this restaurant after hearing that they serve authentic pizza. Reservations are required at this popular place, which is almost fully booked even two weeks in advance, so I recommend acting quickly. I absolutely had to try the MAKIBI pizza. The combination of marlin prosciutto, arugula, porcini sauce, and cheese was so delicious that it's hard to put into words. The dough was chewy and perfectly cooked, showcasing the skills of the pizza chef. My friend and I were so amazed by the taste that we ate in silence. Personally, I was surprised by how delicious the tomatoes in the appetizer were!! They were so fresh and sweet that I wanted to buy them. It's clear that this restaurant carefully selects high-quality ingredients to provide truly delicious dishes. I will definitely go back.

Today, the restaurant is fully booked for reservations. Makibi is a very popular restaurant where young artisans work swiftly to create pizzas, pastas, and beautifully designed plates. The staff, both male and female, are very attentive and kind. I tried the pizza with swordfish prosciutto for the first time, and it was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere was great, and I was able to relax and enjoy my meal. I even received a souvenir, which made me very happy. Thank you for the wonderful meal. I will definitely visit again.

Thank you for viewing. I hope you can give me your 'likes', 'follows', and 'save the store'. I visited the popular wood-fired Italian restaurant 'MAKIBI', where you can enjoy meals and drinks at a reasonable price. This restaurant has been awarded the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand continuously until 2022. It is an authentic wood-fired Italian restaurant run by the brothers, Kono Tsuyoshi, who trained at a famous restaurant, and Kono Hiro, who trained in Naples and received certification from the Pizza Chef Association. The dishes at 'MAKIBI' are cooked using firewood, resulting in crispy exteriors and juicy interiors. On this day, as it was our second stop, we ordered a pizza and a platter of assorted hams. The menu we enjoyed included: 'Assorted hams and salami platter' Mortadella, salami, slow-cooked roast pork, prosciutto, thinly stretched pizza dough, Tanba baby leaf, and whole grain mustard. You can enjoy tasting various hams and salami. It naturally goes well with alcohol. 'Gamberi' Tomato sauce shrimp with cherry tomatoes, garlic, homemade shrimp, and lemon chili oil. The hot pizza had a soft dough rather than a crispy one, with tomato sauce and a hint of garlic making it very delicious. Next time, I would like to order various dishes for a full course meal. Thank you for the meal.

✏️What I ate: Assorted appetizers, Akagyu Bismarck, Fish oven-baked, Duck and Kujo green onion ragout sauce
✏️Price: 6500 yen
✏️Memorandum: This popular restaurant always seems to have a full house. It's best to make a reservation in advance. Not only the pizza, but also the main dishes and pasta are all substantial and delicious. It's even better when the selection of wines by the glass increases. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Located about a 6-minute walk from Nansencho Station, this restaurant is worth a visit. It's my second time here, and I recommend making a reservation as it tends to get fully booked. Here's what I ordered this time:
- White wine 600 yen
- Prosciutto and fruit 1700 yen
- Bufala pizza 1950 yen
- Carbonara 2600 yen
- Pork shoulder 2500 yen
- Scampi 3000 yen
- Fruit tomato and mozzarella pasta 1800 yen
- Basque cheesecake 850 yen
I wish they had brought the bottle menu from the start, haha. All the dishes were delicious, but I especially recommend the prosciutto and fruit and the carbonara. Perfect for birthdays or anniversaries! I visited for a special occasion as well. I would love to come back again if I get the chance. Credit cards are accepted.

Selected as a Bib Gourmand, this Italian restaurant is a place I've always wanted to visit, with its cozy atmosphere bathed in soft light. It's a bit far from the station, so I hadn't been able to go until now, but thanks to the reservation, I finally made it. Thank you as always...✨ It was my first time here, so I ordered a la carte! The sparkling wine and wine recommendations were kindly given based on my taste preferences, and we toasted with a delicious rosé sparkling wine. The MAKIBI special assorted appetizers for two people were amazing - full of vegetables, fish, and meat. The pesto sauce appetizer was outstanding! It made me want to order white wine. I struggled a bit, but I ended up choosing the smoked bonito ham with porcini cream sauce, which was amazing! The pizza dough was like focaccia, with a chewy texture. When I asked for a meat dish that would go well with a heavier wine, I was recommended the Aso grass-fed Akagyu "Hiuchi" straw-grilled dish. The meat was flavorful and the butter was irresistible, with plenty of spring vegetables as sides. The rich Izumi Inunaki pork pate de campagne was also recommended, and it was so delicious, with no off-flavors. The gnocchi pasta with Gorgonzola, walnuts, and fruits was another dish I struggled to choose, but it was not too heavy and had a strong cheese flavor, leaving me very satisfied. It was my first time at Makibi, and it was amazing...✨ I want to come back again to try many more dishes. I'd like to use this place for a small celebration or special occasion. Thank you for the delicious meal. ------------------------------------ Business Hours: Dinner 17:00-23:30 (Last entry 22:00 / Food L.O. 22:30 / Drink L.O. 23:00) Sunday Open Closed on: Irregular holidays Business @makibi.osaka Budget: 6,000-8,000 yen ------------------------------------ #MAKIBI #OsakaGourmet #Gourmet #GourmetGirls #Nishi-TemmaGourmet #TenmaGourmet #TenmaItalian #NaniwaSujigawa #Italian #OsakaItalian #pizza #gourmet #osakagourmet #foodstagram #FoodPorn # #FoodBlogOsaka #WantToConnectWithPeopleWhoLikeToEat #Pizza # #osakastyle #GourmetGroup #Foodstagram #Drinkstagram #LoveDeliciousFood #Wine #MeatLovingGirls #GourmetTour #GourmetGirls #RinguruAffordable #Foodstagram

We used it for a commemorative day! The course was 6500 yen, with one drink each, a dessert plate for an additional 1000 yen, totaling about 15000 yen. We had an appetizer like an amuse-bouche, carpaccio for the starter, and each person could choose one dish (pasta, pizza), with the main dish being meat! For an additional fee, we could choose something other than pork. The dessert and coffee were included, and we were very satisfied with the amount of food. We chose a pizza with mackerel and bamboo shoots, and a pasta with ragu sauce. The pizza was amazing! The pasta noodles were like mixed noodles. The meat was so delicious that we finished it quickly. The dessert had a wide variety and was cute in appearance! The restaurant is not very spacious, so the service was attentive. Personally, I thought the man who explained the dishes and the masked woman were very nice. The atmosphere was calm, not noisy. They have seasonal menus, so I would like to go again on a special day.

We chose to share the "MAKIBI" pizza and the "Awakening of the Inca" gnocchi pasta for two. The pizza was incredibly delicious! It was my first time trying swordfish ham, and it was amazing. The gnocchi was chewy, more like mochi than pasta, and looked incredibly cute. The birthday plate at the end was too cute and made me happy. And the cake was delicious!
The restaurant has about 4 counter seats and table seats. It was fully booked on the day we visited, with reservations required. The Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition is well-deserved.

makibi Osaka/Kitahama menu \ makibi course /
□ Small starting dish
□ Aged fish carpaccio
□ Pasta or Pizza (Pasta: Inca Awakening Gnocchi Pizza: MAKIBI)
□ Galician chestnut pork shoulder roast
□ Cake
□ Coffee or Tea
For the pasta or pizza, each person can choose one from Pasta and Pizza, so we ordered one of each to share. The Gnocchi looked cute like a dessert and got us excited. We had a hard time deciding on the pizza, but ended up choosing the most popular one, MAKIBI with swordfish prosciutto, which we tried for the first time and it was delicious. It was my friend's birthday, so they prepared a birthday cake for us (I had my eye on their birthday cakes for a while). It was great celebrating in this wonderful restaurant.

It was a birthday celebration, and they were very attentive from the time of booking. On the day, despite the crowded restaurant, they provided attentive service to all guests. The food was delicious in every aspect, and I couldn't stop smiling throughout the whole experience. It was truly the best birthday celebration.

I had dinner at Makibi, a cozy Italian restaurant in Nishi-Temma. It's a popular place so you really need to make a reservation. I didn't make one and just hoped they had space when I walked around Minami-Morimachi area. Luckily, I was able to get a table. I intended to have a light meal but ended up eating quite a lot. The duck ham and handmade pasta were delicious and chewy. The pizza was also of high quality. The grilled beef was cooked just right. I also ordered a dessert platter which was great. All the dishes were consistently good. They seem to have party menus as well, so I might consider using them for a gathering next time.
