I visited a new bakery near my workplace which seemed to be popular. This bakery uses milk and locally sourced wheat instead of water to make their bread, which is a trendy concept nowadays. I bought a loaf of 6-slice sandwich bread (440 yen!), a hojicha red bean bun, a spicy bacon epi, a baked curry bun, a pickled mustard leaf and mentaiko mayo bun, and a peanut bear-shaped bread. I went around noon and there was a 20% discount on some items, maybe because they were from the previous day? I ended up buying too much because of the discount (lol). Among the items, the sandwich bread was the best by far! It was sweet and had a nice crispy texture when toasted! It reminded me of Nogami bread, but I think I prefer the crispy texture of this one when toasted. It's a bit pricey, so I'll save it for a special treat! The curry inside the baked curry bun was delicious too, I really liked that! The other bread was also good, but the bacon epi and pickled mustard leaf were a bit salty. It seems there's a reason why trendy things become popular. Thank you for the meal!

"MILK IN BREAD" ☑️ - Heidi's White Bread - ¥160 - Shirokuma-san Bread - ¥130 - Rich Butter Bread - ¥260 This bakery uses only milk, no water, and uses 100% Hokkaido milk in their bread. The use of milk makes the dough moist and full of milky flavor. In addition to meal bread like sandwich bread and croissants, they also sell sweet bread and savory bread. When I entered the shop that I was curious about, I saw a variety of cute breads. I visited at an odd time, so I didn't have many options to choose from. On that day, I chose my favorite white bread, a rich butter bread, and the cute Shirokuma-san bread. ✿ Heidi's White Bread I love Heidi's white bread. It has a slightly salty and simple fluffy taste. ✿ Shirokuma-san Bread The cute Shirokuma-san bread has a lot of sweet chocolate cream inside. ✿ Rich Butter Bread This bread has a rich and sweet moist texture from the generous use of butter. It's recommended to eat it cold. All of the breads are sweet, but I liked the moist texture of the dough. I will visit again when the timing is right~ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ"

To eat every day, there is a small bakery that is a bit pricey. I bought 4 kinds of cheese bread and warmed them in a toaster oven. The cheese inside melted and it was delicious. The spicy pierogi was tasty but seemed to have little filling. I purchased the following bread: - White bread for 500 yen - Rich butter bread - Spicy pierogi - Salt bread - 4 kinds of cheese bread - Heidi's white bread - Red bean bun I ate many of them without taking photos.

In the area near Subway Kita-Juni-Jo Station, there is a bakery located on the first floor of an apartment building as you walk towards Ishikari Kaido. After having lunch at a nearby restaurant, I decided to stop by to buy some bread for home. The shop wasn't very big, but they had a variety of bread displayed. Unfortunately, my favorite "croissant" was sold out, so I ended up buying a "loaf of bread (500 yen)", "salt bread (170 yen)", "walnut bread (130 yen)", "melon bread (170 yen)", and "Heidi's white bread (160 yen)". All the breads were delicious, but as the name suggests, the bread here is made from milk instead of water, so the "loaf of bread" that allows you to taste the pure flavor of the dough was the most delicious. The staff was also very friendly, so I would like to try the croissant if I have the chance.

I passed by this shop on my way to Suwa Shrine. Since I hadn't prepared breakfast for tomorrow yet, I finally decided to stop by. Unfortunately, the variety of products was limited, and I felt a bit embarrassed to leave without buying anything, so I purchased a red bean bun. I wish there were more options to choose from.

PayPay is accepted here. I happened to pass by this place and it looked nice, so I decided to go in. It was a bit late in the afternoon, so unfortunately, there weren't many pastries left! Nevertheless, I bought one to try. The pastry was decent! If you're nearby, this place seems like a good spot for regular visits!

I chose this place in search of shokupan. They had shokupan that doesn't use water. It was priced at 500 yen for one loaf, which is a bit on the expensive side. They also had some other unique pastries. I bought something like a melon cream bread. Both were quite average in taste. The shokupan is more suitable for those who like sweet bread. I probably won't revisit this place.

- The milk bread tastes like milk and is delicious even when eaten plain. - The curry bread has a slightly spicy flavor. - The chocolate bread has a mild sweetness. - The croque-monsieur is just delicious. - The mayo cheese bread has a good combination of mayonnaise and cheese, making it delicious. - The wiener bread is satisfying to eat and delicious. - The gratin bread was a bit lacking in flavor. - The salt bread is just delicious. - The garlic bread has a strong garlic flavor and is delicious. - The milk bread was my favorite among the ones I bought this time. It has a subtle sweetness of milk and a taste that doesn't get boring. Overall, the bread is small in size. It is made with milk instead of water, so the bread is generally on the sweeter side. Therefore, I thought it pairs better with sweet bread rather than savory bread. They offer a stamp card where you can get a stamp for 500 yen, and after collecting 50 stamps (25,000 yen), you can receive a gift. The journey seems a bit daunting, but getting something every 10 stamps might make me want to visit more often. The customer service is average.

On a certain weekday, I visited a bakery located at 1-1 Kita 12-jo Nishi, in Kita Ward. Since there is no parking lot, you need to use your head. The interior of the shop is relatively spacious for a bakery, with various types of bread displayed on the shelves welcoming you. From the menu that day, I picked a few items that caught my eye based on inspiration from the display shelves. "Salt Bread (170 yen)" looked soft from the appearance, and when I took a bite... Oh, it's soft! The moist and soft texture of the bread reminded me of a soft coppe bread, with a noticeable grainy saltiness, a moderate amount of butter, and a subtle hint of cheese-like flavor. "Melon Bread (170 yen)" was slightly smaller in diameter but slightly taller, with a relatively crispy texture and a distinctive feature of higher butter and sweetness levels compared to other stores. "Focaccia (180 yen)" caught my attention as a fan of focaccia, with a fluffy and soft elastic dough, a noticeable amount of olive oil, and a strong appeal of rosemary, along with black olive fruits. "Mini Croissant (55 yen)" was so small that I forgot to take a picture before eating. It was almost bite-sized, but well-made with a crispy surface, a sweet and crispy croissant dough with a good amount of butter, appealing to those who like this type of pastry. Overall, I glimpsed the unique characteristics of the bakery's bread in each item, and I felt that these kinds of bread are definitely necessary. Thank you for the meal.

I stopped by the relatively new bakery called "Milk in Bread" that opened this year before lunch. I wish I had taken more time at the cafe in Stellar Place before coming here. I'm terrible at planning! The bakery opens at 11 am, which is a bit late for a bakery. The pastries are on the smaller side, but the prices are a bit high, so the cost performance may not be the best. However, considering they use only milk without water, maybe the prices are justified? Here is what I got for takeout: - Hojicha red bean bun (¥180) - Milk bread 4 slices (¥440) The hojicha red bean bun has a chewy texture with hojicha red bean paste and walnuts in the center. As soon as you take a bite, you can enjoy the fluffy hojicha aroma and moistness. The hojicha red bean paste is not packed tightly into the dough, but the roasted hojicha flavor and sweetness from the red bean paste stand out, making it very delicious! The use of milk in the dough maintains the taste of the bread without overpowering it. The milk bread, the flagship product of the bakery, caught my attention because I had heard it was delicious. I tried it as it is, toasted, and in a red bean toast style. The sweetness of the toast made the butter not melt properly, which was a bit disappointing. However, the bread itself is dense and chewy, and the milk flavor permeates throughout. When toasted, it becomes crispy with a sweet aroma, but the milk flavor seems to diminish as the moisture evaporates, so I preferred it untoasted! I usually like crispy toast, but this experience made me realize that sometimes the untoasted version can be more delicious. It is a high-quality bread compared to other breads, and if it's displayed in the store, it's a must-buy! Initially, I visited the bakery just to increase the number of reviews, but as I ate, I started to like bread more. I'm happy that there are more bakeries near Sapporo Station! Whenever I visit the area, I try out three bakeries, so I'm worried that I might run out of new places to try at some point. In that case, I'll have to try other takeout items to keep the variety. Thank you for the meal.

I recently visited a bakery that has been gaining popularity for its milk-based bread instead of water. Although I couldn't find my favorite cream bread, there were many types of pastries available. The prices were a bit high overall, but I purchased two slices of bread for a good price of 120 yen. I tried the bread as it is and toasted, and both had a rich milk flavor. The scent of Hokkaido wheat flour was subtly present. However, the milk flavor was dominant. I personally enjoyed it and would like to go back, but surprisingly my wife didn't seem to like it. It was a rare occasion where our preferences didn't match. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I visited a bakery that I had been curious about for the first time. I bought a 5-slice loaf of bread for 440 yen. They make it using only milk without water. The sweetness of the milk is delicious, but it was a bit disappointing as it lacked the moist and fluffy texture I was hoping for. I also got a Bacon Epi (usually 300 yen) with a coupon for a free bread item other than the loaf. It was a chewy epi and tasted good. However, considering the high cost of wheat, the value for money wasn't that great. I was satisfied this time because I could buy it cheaply with the coupon, but it was a bit different from my preference. Overall, I was happy to visit once. (●´ω`●)

I stopped by this impressive store I found along the way. The selection was a bit limited in the evening, so I only ended up getting two slices of bread. I was happy to see they offered a two-slice option. The plain milk-flavored bread was subtly sweet and delicious, perfect to eat on its own. I feel like once a child tries this bread, they won't be able to go back to regular bread. The pastries were mostly small in size and priced over 200 yen each, but they seemed like a good snack size. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I had a day off during the week, so I decided to visit a shop that I normally can't go to on Sundays because it's closed. I found a shop that offers bread made with milk instead of water, which I was curious about. I haven't had bread from a bakery in a long time, so this time I decided to visit this place. When I entered the shop, I was greeted by the wonderful smell of freshly baked bread. Since I visited shortly after they opened, almost all the bread was still available. I had a hard time deciding which ones to choose, but looking at the popular items on display, I picked a few to try. The Melon Pan, the most popular bread, had a moist and chewy texture inside, while the outer cookie dough had a crispy texture which added a nice touch. The sweetness was also mild, so it didn't get too overwhelming. The Baked Curry Bread had a chewy texture with a generous amount of curry filling. The curry was rich and thick, with a spicy kick that gradually built up. The Salt Croissant had a moist texture with a buttery flavor and a noticeable saltiness that made it stand out from regular croissants. It wasn't overly salty, but the saltiness was just right. The An Butter Totsu had a generous amount of chunky sweet red bean paste sandwiched with butter. The red bean paste was not too sweet, so even with a lot of it, it didn't get tiring. The combination of the butter's richness and saltiness complemented it well. The bread was good, but I felt that the prices were a bit high. It could be due to the high cost of wheat or the fact that they use milk instead of water, but considering the size of the bread, I didn't feel like it was a good value for money. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

When it gets hot, my symptoms worsen, especially because I have a rare disease designated by the government. Unfortunately, there is still no cure for my rare disease. Temporary improvement in symptoms can be achieved by administering "blood products" for 5 consecutive days, but there must be several weeks between doses. Additionally, receiving the vaccine, such as for COVID-19, is not allowed for one month after the administration of "blood products." Last year, I was hospitalized five times for treatment of my rare disease. I had my first hospitalization of 2022 in January, but I was discharged safely two weeks ago. The encouraging comments from all of you are always a source of strength for me during my hospital stays. I am truly grateful. Moving forward, I plan to focus on reviewing past reviews that have not been reviewed yet. I will limit new visits based on my health condition. "Milk in Bread" is a bakery that uses local Hokkaido milk in their bread without water. It opened on January 11, 2022, and was featured on a local information program while I was in the hospital. Finally, I visited with my usual companion. The bakery is located near the Coop Sapporo Kita 12-jo store in the Kita 13-jo area of Sapporo. For the exact location, please check on Tabelog. We visited on a weekday, a little after 12:00 PM. The snow-covered road made it hard to see the store from the street. If it weren't for the GPS, we might have missed it. There was only one customer before and after us. They mainly offer soft bread like sandwich bread, savory bread, and sweet bread. I bought items like the "Spicy Bacon and Shrimp" for 320 yen and the "Bread Crust" that my companion loves for 100 yen. We enjoyed them with wine for dinner. ■Spicy Bacon and Shrimp ★3.3 Weight: 79g (after deducting the packaging) A soft bread with spicy bacon and shrimp. Bacon is small. Price: 320 yen (tax included) ■An Butterzoo ★3.0 Weight: 109g (after deducting the packaging) A thick slice of butter sandwiched between a Matritzo and red bean paste. Price: 260 yen (tax included) ■Calzone ★2.8 Weight: 69g (after deducting the packaging) Mostly hollow inside with sparse fillings. Price: 210 yen (tax included) ■Bread Crust ★3.5 Weight: 280g (after deducting the packaging) A 6-piece pack with a strong milk flavor. Price: 100 yen (tax included) Hokkaido milk bread is a delight for locals who appreciate locally produced goods. It would be nice to have more savory bread to better taste the Hokkaido milk directly. It's a nice bakery in the current situation where milk consumption has decreased due to the pandemic. Personally, I only felt the taste of milk in the "Bread Crust." I think they should focus more on savory bread to showcase the Hokkaido milk. It's sad to see the closure of "Boulangerie Croix Lili," a renowned calzone shop in front of Sapporo Medical University Hospital. I wouldn't mind paying a higher price (210 yen to 350 yen) if the quality of the fillings improved significantly. Next time, I might try their sandwich bread. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Located about a 5-minute walk from Kita 12-jo Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line. It is next to the co-op. When you enter the entrance, there is an alcohol disinfection machine. Opening the white door, you will find many breads lined up tightly. From these, I took out the "Focaccia" and "Salt Bread". The Focaccia is chewy. The flavor of butter is rich and you can also taste a hint of salt. The Salt Bread is also chewy. It has a similar taste to the Focaccia. It feels very rich. "Focaccia" tax included 180 yen "Salt Bread" tax included 170 yen Next time, I plan to try the croissant that was already sold out.٩( ᐛ )و

"On January 11, 2022, MILK IN BREAD opened a shop located about a 3-minute walk from Kita 12-jo Station. In front of the store, it says 'Made with only milk, no water,' which is why the store is named as such. Recently, there have been other similar concept stores opening up, even in Nishino. The ground floor of a new apartment building houses this fresh store where young female staff members provide brisk customer service. They carry trays and tongs, making their rounds inside the store. I stopped in front of the 'Bacon Epi @300,' although I didn't try it, the size and price seemed quite bold. I purchased the 'Wiener Bread @240' and 'Cheese Bread @170' to eat on the go. The 'Wiener Bread' had a soft bread texture with a crispy wiener on top, topped with mustard. It was decent. The 'Cheese Bread' was also on the smaller side, but had a good amount of cheese inside. The selection of products was a bit confusing, as it was hard to find something that matched the price. Overall, the store lacked a variety of hard bread options. The Focaccia seemed reasonably priced, so I might try it next time. Thank you for the meal. Note: I later saw the store being featured in the media, highlighting their popular 'Shokupan' (Japanese white bread). If you're interested, be sure to try their Shokupan."

Opened on January 11th. I found out about this place more than two weeks after it opened. When Totoron visited, it seemed to have suddenly become popular, as only corner pieces were left. The bread here is made without using water, only milk. However, when I tried it, I noticed that it has a strong milk smell all the way to the crust. It was moist but not overly chewy, easy to tear apart, and had a delicious taste with a subtle sweetness. Among milk breads, this was a type of bread that I really liked. (*^^*)

I saw this place on Instagram and it caught my attention for a while! It's conveniently located next to CO-OP, so it's easy to stop by while shopping. I was wondering if it had anything to do with Moo100%? It's a bakery that uses only Hokkaido milk and no water to make their bread. They don't have any hard bread, only small soft ones. I decided to go for simple bread selections because I wanted to enjoy the dough. The hojicha red bean bun was moist and had a slightly sweet taste, similar to the high-end bread from Shikawa. The dough of the red bean bun was the most moist and closest to high-end bread I've ever tasted! The hojicha red bean paste had a strong hojicha flavor and was delicious. I think you can't go wrong with their red bean buns here (the bread dough was the best part). I also liked that it had walnuts on top. The butter roll had a fluffy milk scent when I opened the bag. When I tried it, it didn't have a strong milk flavor. The dough was a bit lacking in moisture compared to the red bean bun. It had a slightly rich taste that you might find in a hotel restaurant. However, when warmed up, it felt like a high-end raw bread, moist and fluffy! The condensed milk walnut bread had a slightly dry texture, but when I opened it, it had a fluffy milk scent. The condensed milk cream was firm with a texture firmer than margarine. When warmed up, the bread became fluffy instantly! (Just be careful not to overheat it as the condensed milk melts a lot). They charge for plastic bags, and they accept various payment methods like pay and QR code. The staff were friendly, but the bread was a bit on the expensive side due to the ingredients they use. I wanted to try the chocolate bread and calzone that I saw on Instagram, but they weren't available. If I ever decide to buy some bread to enjoy the dough, I will definitely come back here to get some!

I'm visiting my son's house in Sapporo✈️ I went to Co-op Sapporo Kitajuni store to buy dinner, and found a new bakery next door, so I decided to check it out! They advertised that they made bread using only milk without water. When I visited at 3 pm, they had quite a variety of bread displayed, mainly soft bread. The prices seemed a bit high, probably because they are particular about the ingredients. I think the bacon epi that my daughter likes was 300 yen. The bread in general was on the smaller side. I bought two croissants and a focaccia for 600 yen (PayPay payment available). When I tried them at home, hmmm. They were okay, I guess? The croissant dough was unexpectedly firm and a bit chewy. The strawberry cream didn't have much of a distinctive flavor. Since they were small, in terms of cost performance, it was just okay. I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes to not use any water... I couldn't really taste the quality matching the price. Next time, I'll try their bread loaves! Thank you for the meal.
