For lunch on this day, we went to the "Torisoba Zasetsu Gin Suminoe" at Kitakagaya. We supported this restaurant that is still operating despite the pandemic. It's a popular ramen shop in Kitakagaya called "Torisoba Zasetsu Gin Suminoe" and we went there as a family. I had the "Torisoba", my child had the "Niboshi Tsuke Soba", and my wife had the "Toritsuke Soba". We also ordered three pieces of fried chicken to share. "Torisoba Zasetsu Gin" is a ramen chain shop mainly in Kansai and also overseas. Now, the "Torisoba" has a nicely foamed chicken white broth soup and smooth medium-thin noodles. On top of the noodles, there were shredded purple onions, white leeks, mizuna, bamboo shoots, thinly sliced pork loin chashu, and chicken chashu. The chashu was stuck to the bowl. Additionally, the crispy fried burdock, which is a feature of this ramen, was also on top. The chicken white broth soup is rich but surprisingly light. It's a bowl where you can really taste the umami of the chicken white broth. The Torisoba was so delicious!

I have tried Chicken Soba and Niboshi Tsuke Soba before, so I decided to go with Chicken Tsuke Soba this time. I came in the evening thinking that the parking lot would be less crowded, and I was lucky to find it empty. The dipping sauce was incredibly rich with chicken flavor, and it had pieces of chicken in it along with the chashu. The noodles had a strong wheat flavor and a good chewiness, which paired well with the sauce. I ended the meal by drinking the remaining sauce.

It is truly appreciated that they continue to provide this quality consistently. The noodles, soup, toppings (bamboo shoots, chashu, boiled egg), side dishes, service, interior, cleanliness, everything is top-notch. It is definitely worth visiting once, and I confidently recommend this ramen shop as one of the best. If you have the chance, be sure to go!!

I visited a popular ramen shop in Suminoe. We arrived just before 12 o'clock and managed to park in front of the shop. There were a few customers waiting outside, but we were able to enter shortly after three groups went in. We bought our meal tickets from the machine, and I decided to try the tsukemen this time. We sat at the counter, which had wider spacing, maybe due to COVID-19. The open kitchen was nice to see, and the staff were very polite. The tsukemen was rich and flavorful, with a thick broth and thick noodles. The noodles had a nice wheat aroma and a great texture. My companion ordered the limited summer special cold ramen with light bonito soup, which had a mild and slightly sweet taste. It was good, but I prefer chicken broth over bonito. Overall, both dishes were satisfying, and we planned to have some dessert nearby afterwards. Thank you for the meal!

The chicken soup is seriously delicious! I ordered the extra-large portion of tsukemen this time. The noodles were chewy with a great texture that never gets boring. The flavor was outstanding. When you dip it in the soup, it tastes just like real chicken! The chashu was juicy and delicious. It made me want to eat rice too. I finished it all in no time. I will definitely go back!

A shop where the full flavor of chicken is brought out. The rich umami of the paitan broth is packed to the brim. The atmosphere of the shop is calm with no clutter like a ramen shop, with soft lighting and interior. The fish powder on top of the soup adds depth. Adding ginger gives a refreshing touch, making it a taste perfect for summer.

Chicken soba Zaging in Suminoe-ku had high ratings on Tabelog, so I decided to drive here to try it out. I ordered the chicken soba and tsukemen. The chicken soba had thinly sliced and deep-fried burdock on top, which gave it a unique and impressive appearance. The deep-fried burdock could also be enjoyed as a snack with alcohol. The ramen was delicious, but perhaps my expectations were raised too high by the Tabelog ratings, so I left feeling unsure if I would visit again. Recently, ramen has become a more upscale dish, with prices easily exceeding 1000 yen, making it harder to casually enjoy. As for top ramen spots lately, I think Kenkyuuemon is a good choice. #Ramen #Zaging #ChickenSoba

It's been a while since I visited Chicken Soba. The parking here is a bit narrow and difficult to park, but it's a recommended place because it's not as crowded as Shinsaibashi due to its location in Suminoe. I ordered Chicken Soba for 950 yen, Beef Bone Soba for 920 yen, and Chicken Tsuke Soba for 980 yen. I usually go for Chicken Tsuke Soba, but this time I tried the Beef Bone Soba and it was surprisingly delicious with its exquisite soy sauce flavor. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal!

A ramen beginner went to "Zagin" to eat ramen! The restaurant seemed relatively empty when I arrived around 11 am on a weekday. I was able to get in easily, but more customers started coming in later and there was already a wait by 11:30 am. I was unsure of what to order, but I decided to try the summer limited edition dish: Lightly flavored simmered dried fish soba with smoked egg topping, and also the special limited edition dish: Intensely rich chicken soba with burdock topping. The simmered dried fish soba arrived in about 15 minutes. It was a cold dish, which I thought would be perfect for a day over 30 degrees, but the restaurant was surprisingly cold inside and I almost wanted to change my order. The soba noodles were chewy and slightly transparent, and the soup didn't have much flavor and felt a bit greasy, making it hard to enjoy. I ended up leaving most of it uneaten. The intensely rich chicken soba, on the other hand, was deliciously rich and creamy, with the soup coating the noodles nicely. Ramen seems to be a matter of personal preference, and for me, I think this level of richness is just right. It was my first time visiting Zagin in a while, but I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. Thank you for the meal!

On Sunday around 1 pm, there were 9 people waiting in line, but luckily a parking spot opened up. It's a bit tight to park, but it's nice that you can park up to 5 cars next to the restaurant. They use a ticket system for ordering, and I was torn between choices but ended up ordering the chicken ramen. I was told that the meat sushi is delicious, so I ordered that too. The fried burdock and chicken chashu toppings were delicious. The soup was also tasty, and I almost drank it all up. The meat sushi was outstanding. I was surprised that a ramen shop serves it, but I think everyone should try it at least once.

I went around 5 o'clock, but the table seats were full! I sat at the counter seat. The restaurant was clean and stylish. As for the ramen, when I first tasted the soup... it was rich!! There was no unpleasant smell, and it was creamy. The firmness of the noodles was just right, and they mixed well with the rich soup. I really liked the thickly sliced pork chashu. The thinly sliced crispy burdock subtly balanced out the richness of the ramen, and I enjoyed it until the very end. Next time, I will go with my family!

This was my second visit to this store! I arrived around 3:30 pm and had to wait for about 20 minutes because it was full. The food was really delicious, and even my friend's tsukemen was excellent. They have a parking lot, and it's convenient that they operate continuously, which is not common for many stores. However, the seating efficiency was not considered in the guidance, so the waiting time felt like a waste. That was disappointing.

"Za Gin," famous for its "Chicken Soba" located in a prime location just steps away from the Kita-Kagaya Station on the Osaka Subway, has opened its 3rd branch - "Chicken Soba Za Gin Suminoe Store"! The main store and the 2nd branch have both been selected as Ramen West's top 100 shops, and the Suminoe store is the 3rd branch. Za Gin is known for its chicken soba, and this branch stands out as it operates continuously from 10:30 am until closing time, allowing customers to visit at any time of the day without worrying about odd hours. On this particular day, around 3 pm on a Wednesday, I was warmly welcomed into the nearly empty restaurant and could choose my favorite seat.
After entering, I purchased a meal ticket from the ticket machine located on the left side. The machine was easy to use with a touch screen display. I then handed in my ticket and waited. About 7-8 minutes later, the Chicken Soba arrived!
The Chicken Soba looked very similar to what I had previously tried at the main store, with a rich and creamy foam on top. The soup was thick and flavorful, with a distinct taste of chicken. The toppings included two types of chicken chashu cooked at a low temperature to achieve a rare texture, as well as fried burdock root that added a nice crunch. The overall presentation was great, with additional toppings like bamboo shoots, onions, and green onions. The only slight downside was the noodles, which were good but seemed overshadowed by the delicious soup.
The restaurant had a chic interior with a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The female floor staff provided standard service, while the male chefs in the kitchen had a surprisingly dapper appearance, creating an interesting contrast. The polite and considerate service added to the overall experience.
Overall, the taste was excellent, though there were some minor areas for improvement. Despite not quite reaching the level of the main store, the Suminoe branch still offers fantastic Chicken Soba. With a rating of 3.6 on Tabelog, it is definitely a recommended spot for those in the neighborhood. If you live nearby, I suggest giving it a try and experiencing the delicious Chicken Soba at Za Gin Suminoe Store!"

On Sunday, around lunchtime, I took my two children out for lunch after a long time. Surprisingly, my older child said he wanted to eat tsukemen, so after some thought and considering that I had a stroller with me, we ended up coming here. It was past 1:30 pm, but of course, the parking lot was full and there was quite a line in front of the restaurant. Since we had come this far, we didn't give up and decided to use a parking lot a little further away and walked there. We wrote our names down first and waited outside. When our names were called, we purchased our meal tickets and waited inside. Then we waited inside the restaurant. We got a table because we had a stroller. I chose the chicken soba with meat sushi. My son, of course, got the tsukemen and a salt-dressed chashu rice bowl. They had a kids' ramen for 350 yen, but we didn't order it this time. I fed some to my younger child little by little. It was a long time since we had been here, and the meal was truly amazing. The mild soup and the noodles were so delicious. It was a delight to eat until the end. The soup was also a must-drink. And the meat sushi was just amazing. There were two pieces, but I saved one for the end. It was a continuous feeling of amazement. However, my older son seemed to find the adult-sized tsukemen too much, so I ended up finishing it for him. They can reheat the dipping sauce for you, so I had it piping hot. It was incredibly delicious as well. Every menu item was outstanding. The service from the staff was also polite and impeccable. It was truly a wonderful lunch experience.

My favorite tsukemen in the world is the one from Zaging Suminoe store. The noodles at Suminoe store are incredibly chewy and irresistible, paired with the best dipping sauce made from dried sardines and chicken broth. It's really, really, really delicious!!!

I passed by Zagan Suminoe store by car, so I went to Zagan Suminoe store. It's rare for a ramen shop to see you off all the way to the exit when you leave. #Want to connect with gourmet lovers #Osaka gourmet #Osaka lunch #Osaka ramen #Suminoe gourmet #Suminoe lunch

Chicken soba Zaging Suminoe store [Suminoe-ku, Osaka City, Midoriki] It's been a while since I came to Zaging. The Suminoe store has a parking lot for several cars, which is nice. It seems like every store is always bustling, and this time there was a wait of 7-8 groups. The operation is impressive, as you can wait without any worries. I ordered the following items from the ticket machine, and toppings are served on the dish rather than separately, which is exciting:
- Chicken Soba 950 yen
- Smoked egg 180 yen
- Extra burdock 150 yen
- Extra chashu 370 yen
- Meat sushi 380 yen
The appearance is like a boss character! The impact of the sliced burdock is amazing, and with the extra chashu, you can enjoy pork, chicken, and duck in a luxurious meat sushi for even more meat indulgence. It's all entertainment from the moment it's served to when it's completely eaten. Payment is cash only, and you can easily enter even if you're alone. The calm atmosphere inside the restaurant and the sense of security with the perfect operation.【Business Hours】10:30-22:00 (Last order 21:30)【Closed】None【Parking】Available.

The interior of the store was very clean. The two types of chashu were delicious. Especially the white chicken ham-like one was delicious. The toppings were all elaborate and tasty. However, the soup and noodles didn't quite hit the spot for me. I realized that I'm not a big fan of chicken white broth after this bowl.

I stopped by on my way back from Nanagang. There were 3 groups waiting even though it was past 3 pm. I bought a meal ticket and was then shown to my seat. I ordered the chicken broth ramen. It had a creamy and rich flavor, and the chashu was also delicious with a refined taste. It was very tasty.

I visited the restaurant before lunchtime, hoping it wouldn't be too crowded. It was around 11 am and there were a few customers here and there. The interior of the restaurant was not your typical ramen shop, with both counter and table seating available, making it easy for women or families to come in. I ordered the signature chicken ramen using the ticket system. The presentation of the ramen was stylish, and even the towels were stylish. The chef making the ramen in the kitchen was wearing a shirt and tie, adding to the overall stylish feel of the place. The ramen arrived in just a few minutes, and it looked amazing. The soup was the highlight, a gentle and elegant chicken broth with no strong flavors. I especially enjoyed soaking the burdock root on top in the soup. The noodles were thin and soft, a perfect match for the soup. As I left, the staff wished me a good day with a pleasant voice. This restaurant not only excelled in taste but also in the attention to detail throughout the whole experience.

I used to go there a few times, but the line was so long that I stopped going. Apparently, they started operating continuously without breaks. I was able to enter before 6:00 without waiting. I tried the Tuesday limited super-concentrated chicken soba. The toppings were served on a separate plate. It's delicious when you dip them in the soup. I wish they would make it a regular menu item. Oh, I forgot to order rice! Thank you for the meal.
