I visited "Otoko no Ramen Sekime Danchou" in Sekime Takadono and tried their limited edition dish, "TKM (meatless) 200g (750 yen)". The sauce was a generous amount of low-viscosity soy sauce with a hint of lemon acidity, which complemented the cold thick noodles well. The rich and sweet soy sauce sauce coated the noodles nicely, and the creamy egg yolk added a refreshing and flavorful touch. The noodles were wavy and thick, providing a good chewy texture and springiness. The portion size was 200g, with free extra noodles available.

I passed by and decided to go to the popular Sekime Danchou ramen shop. I ordered a large serving of soy sauce ramen with a pork bowl set. It had a nice garlic flavor that I liked. I was a bit worried about finishing the large portion, but my stomach is big enough, so there was no need to worry. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

"Men's Black Grit Soy Sauce Ramen without Egg - 890 yen 3 pieces of fried chicken - 250 yen It was just before 8 p.m. on a weekday and the restaurant was packed with university students. The atmosphere was very hearty and lively. I sat at the counter and looked at the menu, which had a wide variety of options ranging from chicken broth-based black soy sauce to spicy flavors, tonkotsu, and Jiro-style hearty ramen. Extra noodles were free, but extra vegetables or meat would cost extra. I ordered the Men's Black Grit Soy Sauce Ramen and fried chicken. The soy sauce had garlic and lard in it, but the female staff asked if that was okay. I reassured her that it was fine. They also offered a garlic-free option for an additional fee. The food arrived in about 5 minutes. It was a decent portion with medium-thick noodles topped with bean sprouts and cabbage stir-fried with garlic and pepper. There were about 3-4 slices of pork belly. The vegetable mix was mostly bean sprouts but also had a good amount of cabbage, and it was delicious! It had a nice charred flavor from being stir-fried. The vegetables were a highlight for me. The soup was a relatively light chicken broth soy sauce. It was hot and had plenty of oil, with a generous amount of lard. The noodles were medium-thick and had a good chew to them, though not as hearty as Jiro-style noodles. They were still tasty. The fried chicken was simple and delicious, freshly fried and juicy. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Thank you for the feast!"

I came to the Sekime branch of the Washoi group! This group of inexperienced ramen eaters definitely went for the garlic-infused black soy sauce ramen! The thick noodles, abundant cabbage, and meat are all there. The boiling oil on top makes it a surefire way to burn your mouth! The amount of garlic is terrifying, but it's super delicious! I'm completely satisfied~

I was curious about this place, but I had decided it was a greasy type based on its name and appearance, so I had avoided it for a year. Sometimes after work, I drive home and try to find a place to eat dinner on the way back. I was surprised to find that there are few places around here that are open after 8 pm. I was hesitant about going to Yoshinoya, but my motto is to not regret not trying things in life, so I decided to take the plunge and go in. Contrary to my expectations, there were many female customers. Later I found out that it's a restaurant affiliated with the "Wasshoi" group. No wonder it's so delicious. The mixed noodles and the "danjiri" bowl looked tempting, but I refrained from consuming too many carbs at night because it's not good for my body, so I ordered the men's black soy sauce ramen with less garlic. It was incredibly delicious!! What is this taste! I was so moved that I finished it in no time. I will definitely come back! It's so delicious! Thank you for the meal!

I entered the restaurant around 7:30 pm. There were already about 4.5 people inside, so it was about half full. I was drawn to the danjiri mound on the sign in front of the shop and decided to order. The large portion of bean sprouts and cabbage was satisfying for getting my daily dose of vegetables. However, I was disappointed by the thin slice of pork belly on the top.

On this day, I went to a famous ramen shop that my wife's favorite celebrity, Mairevi-sama, recommended, even though I'm not interested in spicy food. I found a menu item called "Zen Otoko Mori" (a large serving?) with a sign saying that if you finish the soup as a single person, you will receive a "can badge" as a gift. I decided to go for it and ordered the "Zen Otoko Mori" with an "egg rice set," despite the staff's usual warnings. I ordered: - Zen Otoko Mori (Men's Endurance Black Soy Sauce) 1.4kg (total weight) with B set (egg rice set) - Men's Niku Soba (extra noodles, 10 pieces of meat) [additional order] My wife ordered: - Men's Volcano Miso (Eruption Noodles) When the dishes were served, we compared them. The size of the bowls was indeed different, but it was not as extreme as some other large ramen bowls I've seen before. I started eating: - The Zen Otoko Mori (Men's Endurance Black Soy Sauce) had well-seasoned pork belly and the noodles were not piled too high, making it easy to eat. The noodles were thick and chewy, and the flavor was reminiscent of Jiro-style or mixed noodles, but the seasoning was evenly distributed, making it more delicious. I appreciated being able to enjoy the dish without the visual appeal being ruined. - The dish had more vegetables than noodles, so towards the end, I felt like I was just eating vegetables. I also ordered the Men's Niku Soba (extra noodles, 10 pieces of meat): - The dish was served with plenty of sesame oil and chili oil, and the noodles were firm due to being chilled. Although the increased amount of meat added volume, the chili oil overpowered the dish when combined with the dipping sauce. My wife enjoyed the Men's Volcano Miso (Eruption Noodles), which was not too spicy but had a lot of umami flavor. She mentioned wanting to try something spicier next time. Overall, the food was delicious. Thank you for the meal! I also received a badge and a membership card as a bonus.

Lunch that day was a bright red ramen that I saw on Mairebi's Instagram! It was really red! I thought to myself, wow, people who eat this are amazing. As I read on, I found out that it's similar to the taste of a restaurant I've been wanting to try. I definitely want to try it. My partner and I had the same day off, so it's lunchtime! Let's go, let's go right now! I was planning to eat the spiciest Daifunka Men, but when we arrived a little before opening, a customer was being gently advised not to try the Daifunka Men because it's very spicy. Okay! Hearing that, I got scared. Wow, the Daifunka Men seems too much. I'll go with the Funka Men. We were seated and I asked the server a few questions before ordering the Funka Men. I chose thin noodles and added a flavored egg. My partner ordered the Men's Black Shoyu with extra toppings. If you finish it, you get a can badge. He likes that kind of challenge. Now, here it is, the Funka Men. It's red! Or rather, it's full of red chili peppers! Can I really eat this...? I might choke. I'm sure I'll choke. With a lot of trepidation, I picked up my chopsticks and lifted the noodles full of chili peppers. I took a deep breath and took a bite. Slurp... Huh? I didn't choke. The noodles are delicious. The soup is also delicious! This might be my favorite among all the spicy dishes I've had. Maybe they used not-so-spicy chili peppers? Even though my mouth is full of chili peppers, it's not painful or too spicy, and I can still smell the chili peppers. But most of all, the soup is delicious! Maybe I could have handled the Daifunka Men after all! Maybe because I didn't get the large portion, the noodles disappeared quickly. I looked at the remaining soup and thought for a moment. My partner said one bowl of ramen isn't enough for him, and he's going to eat another bowl. Should I go for the Daifunka Men now...? No, let's be good today. Excuse me, can I have some extra rice? The rice that came was cooked perfectly! I enjoyed the remaining soup with the rice. After eating, just a warning, your mouth will be full of chili peppers like the nori on takoyaki. My partner added a limited-time tsukemen. It looked like a big portion, but it was actually served on a plate, so it seems he still wasn't satisfied, but he didn't quite like the dipping sauce, so oh well. Next time, I want to come back for the Daifunka Men, but the challenge is what to do with my partner. Maybe have him eat at the neighboring Yoshigyu as well?

When craving vegetables and meat, "Sekime Danchou" is the place to go!! Their black soy sauce ramen with extra noodles, vegetable festival topping, 10-piece meat topping, gyoza, and fried chicken are all delicious. The flavors are so good that you won't want to finish eating! #SekimeDanchou #SekimeGourmet #SekimeRamen #Men'sRamen #WasshoiGroup #VegetableFestivalTopping #10PieceMeatTopping

For those who like spicy food without too much heat, it might be a bit unsatisfying. There are different types of spicy ramen available, so that seems like a good option. Having the choice of noodles is nice. The prices are reasonable. The gyoza is not the crispy kind, but rather steamed and stuck together with the skin tearing easily. The interior filling tends to fall apart. The restaurant interior is not very clean.

I visited the group of Menya Wassyoi in Terada-cho for the first time. I went there around 1:30 PM on Saturday, and I was seated at the counter right away. I ordered the Menya Buta Kotteri Tsukemen with 200g of noodles. It costs 1040 yen including tax for 160-400g of noodles. If you become LINE friends, you can get a free egg or sherbet, so I chose the sherbet. The cold sherbet after the hot garlic soy sauce tsukemen was also delicious.

I went on a Sunday afternoon, almost close to closing time. By the way, when I passed by the front of the store before parking my car, there were about 5 people waiting in line. I ordered the egg over rice noodles. I didn't know of any other place besides homemade noodles that served egg over rice noodles, but the noodles at Mineya were amazing. I felt a strong respect for Mineya. They cut the fried chicken into small pieces, gave me plenty of wet towels, served me a complimentary egg, gave me a Superball as a souvenir, and were very kind to families with children. I thought it was a wonderful restaurant. Honestly, judging by the name of the restaurant, I didn't think they would be very child-friendly. I'm sorry. They were kinder to families with children than any other restaurant I've been to. Thank you for the meal.

Today's lunch was a solo affair since my wife went hiking with her friends. I thought about going for the sumo wrestler ramen, but decided to try a new restaurant instead! I parked my car at a nearby coin parking lot and arrived at the restaurant around 12:30. The counter seats were available, so I was seated right away. The restaurant wasn't very spacious, with only a few tables and counter seats. It was mostly filled with families. This place had high ratings on Tabelog, but it seemed more like a hearty meal kind of place. The menu was extensive, and I was a bit unsure if it would suit my elderly taste. Other customers were ordering bowls with a mountain of toppings! I ordered the "Special TKM". TKM? Apparently, it stands for "Tamago Kake Men". I sipped on "Jasmine & Ceylon" tea while waiting. More customers kept coming in, and there seemed to be a line forming outside. My order arrived. The shiny noodles looked delicious. The staff advised me to mix it well before eating. I squeezed lemon, mixed the noodles thoroughly, and savored the egg yolk-coated noodles. The chewy medium-thick noodles had a good texture, and the rich soy sauce base coated them well, with the egg adding a mild touch. I felt like I made a small mistake; I wished I had tried the noodles on their own before mixing them with the sauce. The chashu pork was excellent, and there were thin slices of meat as well. I finished my meal feeling satisfied. It was delicious. As I left, I noticed a line of about 10 people outside. It's a popular spot!

I tried the new dish "Rich Spicy Miso" for men. I liked the taste♪ The thick noodles were chewy and delicious♪ The garlic added a nice flavor. I didn't feel much spiciness, so I would like to try increasing the spiciness next time. The restaurant was clean and the staff were polite, so I am satisfied!

I visited "Otoko no Ramen Sekime Danchou" near Sekime-Takadono Station on the Osaka Metro. It was my first time there, so I was torn between the most popular "Otoko no Konjo Kuro Shoyu" (850 yen) or "Tonkotsu Kuro Shoyu" (890 yen), but then I noticed a menu item that caught my eye. It was called "TKM" or rather "TRF" - an egg-topped ramen. I ordered the "TKM (meat-free)" (750 yen) in large size for free. The toppings included a whole egg and thinly sliced lemon, very simple yet delicious. The special soy sauce broth at the bottom was full of flavor, and mixing it well was key. The jasmine and Ceylon iced tea was also very tasty. The noodles were satisfying, and even though the large size had 300g of noodles, I finished it all in no time. Next time, I'd like to try the "Otoko no Konjo Kuro Shoyu" or "Tonkotsu Kuro Shoyu".

After being transferred to Kansai for a month and a half, I have been missing Mongolian Tanmen Nakamoto, so I have been researching and visiting spicy ramen shops in Osaka. This time, I visited the Wassyoi Group's Sekime-danchou-san. I arrived around 7 pm on a weekday and there were about 5 customers already inside and 7 customers after me. The staff were all very energetic. I ordered the "Rich Spicy Miso" (large portion, thick noodles, less garlic), which seemed to be the mildest among the spicy options, along with a side of white rice (regular portion). The soup had a spice level of about 3-4 if I were to compare it to Nakamoto's spiciness. It had a strong sour taste rather than just spiciness, similar to a certain manufacturer's K*chi hot pot seasoning. I didn't dislike it, but it was not the spiciness I was looking for. However, the noodles and chashu were delicious, so if I have the chance to visit again, I would like to try a non-spicy menu item as well. Thank you for the meal.

For lunch on this day, I went to Sekime Dansho, a ramen shop in Sekime. I had the "Men's Spirit Black Soy Sauce with Nitamago" to support the shop that is still operating despite the pandemic. The ramen is from Menya Shouya Group, and I ordered it with extra noodles and garlic. The "Men's Spirit Black Soy Sauce" has thick noodles made by Mineya Foods, with a rich soup base of chicken broth and Tottori's Inasa soy sauce. On top of the noodles, there were stir-fried cabbage and bean sprouts, thinly sliced pork belly, and a seasoned egg. The standout feature of this ramen is the crunchy cabbage and bean sprouts stir-fried in oil. The sweetness of the cabbage was enhanced by the oil. They use Izumisou cabbage during this season, which made the cabbage even more delicious! The Men's Spirit Black Soy Sauce ramen was incredibly delicious!

My family of three visited this restaurant. While waiting outside, we were offered warm tea and inside, Jasmine Ceylon tea was provided, making us feel welcomed. I had the Men's Spirit Soy Sauce Ramen, and the thick soup paired well with the noodles, making it very delicious. Just this dish alone made me full. I would be even happier if the cabbage was a bit softer. I will definitely visit again.

Around 10:10 PM on Monday. The restaurant was about half full. The taste is quite similar to Cherry Tei, but I think this place has more richness and punch. It's like an upgraded version. I was happy that they provided a paper apron. If you are a local resident, you might have high expectations. The interior is a bit cramped and it's hard to find a place to put your coat, but I'm interested in trying other menu items, so I definitely want to stop by again when I'm in the area.

There is a counter and table seating available. When I feel like eating something spicy, I come here. It's great that you can choose the level of spiciness. Personally, I find the Men's Volcano Miso (Eruption Noodles) to be just the right amount of spiciness. It's a little spicier than the Spicy Ramen, I would say. Also, the Men's Gutsy Black Soy Sauce is perfect when I'm craving a rich flavor. I always have it with thick noodles. There used to be a service of cold towels after finishing the meal.
