When it gets this hot, there are no lines even during lunchtime. I ordered the basic menu item, the Roots Shoyu Ramen for 900 yen, along with a side of rice for 150 yen. The presentation may seem ordinary, but the menma and noodles have a nice texture. The thick, large chashu is almost like sooki, and when you take a big bite, it's so delicious! Considering all this, the price of 900 yen is worth it. Pouring the soup over the rice gives a satisfying feeling of fullness. Thank you for the meal.

During a visit to a work location where I had been eating heavy meals every day, I found myself craving something light. When I saw clam soup on the menu, I thought, "This is light!" and decided to visit this restaurant. Looking at the menu, I saw options for both heavy and light dishes, but I went for the clam dish thinking it would be light. I ordered the special rich, heavy version. My first impression was that it looked delicious. As I ate, I found the noodles, soup, green onions, and bamboo shoots to be exceptionally tasty. For a food lover like me, extra noodles are a must. The only thing I felt was lacking a bit was the punch of the low-temperature chashu pork. I would definitely want to come back here when I'm in the area. *PayPay not accepted.

I was searching for ramen in Suita and was thinking of going to the original Yamane Neko-ken, a cute and delicious-looking shop. I had some errands nearby, so I decided to stop by! There was only one female customer in the cafe-like interior on a weekday afternoon. I think it's a place where even solo female customers can feel comfortable. I bought a meal ticket from the ticket machine and debated between the "Roots" and "Rich" options. I chose the "Special Rich" for ¥1100 because I was really hungry. The broth was delicious! Light and elegant, yet rich in flavor. I liked it. The rare char siu was tender, and it had a slight spiciness, maybe from the pepper sprinkled around it. The noodles were smooth and chewy. Hmm, it was delicious. I'll try the "Roots" next time. Thank you for the meal!

My son and I wanted to explore a new ramen shop together, so we did some research near Esaka Station. We were drawn to a place with a name that caught our attention, and since it seemed to have both my son's favorite soy sauce ramen and my favorite broth-based ramen, we decided to go there. We arrived a bit late on a Sunday, around 1 pm, and had to park at a nearby coin parking lot as there was no parking available. Luckily, there was no line and we were seated right away! *However, more customers started coming in later, and by the time we left, there was a wait, so we were really lucky! - Special Rich (Clam Dashi Ramen) *I ordered this and it was delicious! When you slurp the soup, the flavor of the clam spreads in your mouth, followed by a concentrated umami taste. It's like a two-stage punch of clam flavor, or a delayed one-two punch... I'm not good at explaining, I'm sorry. But when you slurp it with the noodles, it creates a harmony. Adding pepper halfway through also makes it fun to change the taste. - Roots *My son ordered this and he really liked it! I tried the soup and it seemed like the fish stock was meant to blend with the soy sauce, rather than the fish flavor dominating at the end. The quality of how the flavors came together was impressive! Also, they have two other options - Thrill (Tantanmen) and Mellow (Chicken and Pork White Soup Tsukemen)... I want to try those too, but I want to have the Rich and Roots again... I plan to bring my wife and daughter next time and visit again soon!

This time, I went to "Chumon no Ooi Ramen-ya," located a 3-minute walk from Osaka Metro Midosuji Line/Kita-Osaka Kyuko Esaka Station. I ordered the "Special Roots" for 1100 yen. The soup had a strong soy sauce flavor and was delicious. The noodles were medium-thick straight noodles with a chewy texture that paired well with the soup. There were two types of chashu included: 3 slices of pork belly chashu and 2 slices of pork shoulder chashu. The pork belly chashu was thick and melt-in-your-mouth tender, while the pork shoulder chashu was moist and allowed you to taste the natural flavor of the meat. Both types of chashu were delicious.

I was looking for a restaurant where I could get in right away, and I came across this place. With a name like "The World's Most Leisurely Ramen Shop," I wondered if it was related to the popular ramen chain. I decided to try their tantanmen, which looked beautiful and tasted delicious. However, personally, I think the tantanmen at Kohyoku in Honmachi is much tastier. The restaurant was quite clean for a ramen shop, and the staff were friendly, making my dining experience enjoyable. Next time, I'll try the ramen at Roots.

I visited around noon on Saturday. The restaurant was about 80-90% full and seemed to be running smoothly. There was no waiting time. They have a ticket machine that accepts up to 10,000 yen. I ordered the most basic "Roots" ramen. The soy sauce broth was rich but not too heavy, which I really liked. Even though it was not the premium option, the regular one had two large slices of chashu which made me satisfied. The naruto had a mysterious texture, which was amusing. The service was good overall! Some of the staff looked tired at times, but it was fine. Next time, I will try the tsukemen! Thank you for the meal!

It was hot, so I ordered tsukemen. I arrived at the restaurant on Sunday around 1:30 PM. There were 2 people waiting in line. It took about 20 minutes from ordering at the ticket machine to receiving the food, which was a bit slow. There were not many condiments on the table. However, the taste and balance of the dipping sauce were very good. I also tried my family's spicy ramen and soy sauce ramen, both of which had a great balance and were excellent. In Esaka, you can't go wrong with this restaurant, Korekore, Ramen Uroko, and Ramen Juki.

Today, I decided to order something different and went for the "Thrill" special, a unique take on tantanmen. It was delicious. I usually love the clam broth at this place, but the tantanmen had a great sesame flavor with a nice kick of spice. As I kept eating, the sesame sauce blended well with the soup. The spiciness lingered, leaving a delicious taste. Thank you for the meal. It was really tasty.

I was a little curious about this restaurant, located about an 8-minute walk from the nearest station. When I arrived before 1 pm, there were 10 people waiting in line! It's a popular place. This time, I ordered the special rich ramen and pork bowl. The taste was very seafood-like, but I couldn't really feel the depth of the seafood broth. It was a bit disappointing for someone who likes seafood broth. However, as a bowl of soup, the quality was high, and it was understandable why people line up to eat here. Thank you for the meal!

A typhoon is approaching, and there is light rain on and off. Despite the weather, I decided to go to work and treat myself by visiting this ramen shop located about a 5-minute walk from Esaka Station. When you exit the south gate, turn right and cross the intersection where Lawson is located. Keep going straight past Toyota Rent a Car and you will see the shop shortly. Today, I ordered the "Special Roots" ramen, which is a popular choice at this shop. The menu includes Roots, Original, Rich, Clam Broth Thrill, Spicy Dive, Mellow Sardine, and Tsukemen. I usually order the Rich ramen, but today I chose Roots. I opted for the luxurious topping of the special version. The shop was quite crowded, and there was a bit of a wait. After about 7-8 minutes, my bowl of beautifully presented soy sauce ramen arrived, topped with two types of chashu, seasoned egg, bamboo shoots, seaweed, spinach, naruto, and green onions. The soy sauce-based soup with clam broth was delicious, and the medium-thick straight noodles had a chewy texture that I couldn't get enough of. Thank you for always serving delicious ramen. It was a delightful meal. I ordered the Mellow-oomori ramen. The smooth and shiny noodles were delicious. However, I felt it was not enough. I regret not going for the rich option. The staff, all women, created a lively atmosphere, making it a trendy ramen shop. I want to go back for a rematch.

First visit! The ramen shop has a very stylish exterior and interior, almost like it's not a ramen shop. The place looks so stylish that it already looks delicious before even eating. I ordered the basic soy sauce ramen! They are very meticulous in their work! The presentation is also beautiful! Not only does it look good, but the taste is also excellent! There were about 3 other types of ramen on the menu, so I want to try them all!

The restaurant name reminiscent of a Kenji Miyazawa fairy tale. It's not at all eerie like combing hair or rubbing cream on the body, massaging salt... it's a very elegant-looking ramen shop, with a very clean interior. When you enter the shop, there's a ticket machine. The menu with photos also helps with choosing. The default toppings are listed, showing the kindness of this shop. Press the button for the special roots on the top left of the ticket machine. The special comes with extra toppings like seasoned egg, char siu, and seaweed. Sit at the counter in a stylish C-shaped layout. The small aluminum kettle water pitcher is cute and shows a sense of style. The arrived ramen, being a special, is full of toppings. The presentation is also beautiful. The soup has a rich soy sauce and clam broth aroma. The clam broth needs to be balanced carefully to avoid citric acid issues. This shop seems to have mastered it well. I imagine the rich version has even more clam broth. Personally, I think clam broth can be a hit or miss, but it's necessary to showcase the shop's uniqueness. The wavy medium-thick noodles are chewy and slightly firm, holding up well to the soy sauce and clam soup. The thick-sliced pork belly char siu is tender, and the bamboo shoots are cooked to perfection. The rare char siu has a flavor reminiscent of prosciutto and is delicious. The finely chopped purple onions and green onions add texture and flavor. It was a satisfying bowl. Thank you for the meal. \[Mafuku\]

Ordered the Rich ramen. I tried everything on the menu, and it was consistently delicious. There wasn't a long line, but this is the best ramen I've had in Osaka. My whole family loves it. The kids prefer the Roots ramen, while my wife always goes for the Rich. The clam broth adds a great flavor. Thank you for the meal. We will definitely be back.

On Sunday around 7:15 PM, there was no line at the restaurant. The seating area was about half full. The nearby parking lot charges 200 yen for 40 minutes. The restaurant was playing Jazz music, creating a stylish atmosphere with its cleanliness. Acrylic dividers were still installed at the counter, and hand sanitizer was placed next to the ticket machine. The staff seemed to have a high awareness of hygiene. The ramen served was also of high quality, with a rich and fragrant soup that paired well with the noodles, making it a satisfying meal. There were plenty of toppings, and I felt very satisfied. There were various types of ramen available, so I had a hard time deciding what to order. I would like to visit again and try something different next time.

The orders are never too many. It feels more like a dish than casual ramen. So it takes quite a while to be served. The chashu was thick and satisfying. When asked if I want to go again, I would say, "Hmm, not sure."

While on the way to Esaka, I visited the ramen shop "The Ramen Shop with Many Orders". I don't have many preferences, so I simply ordered the "Special Roots" with bonito and clam broth from the ticket machine. The stylish interior with jazz music playing had a middle-aged man dining alone. The ramen arrived in about 10 minutes. The soup, with a nice balance of bonito and clam flavors, had a gentle taste overall. The moist and tender rare-style thick slices of chashu were lean and perfect for those watching their calories. On the other hand, the super thick and fatty chashu was incredibly voluminous and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The whole dish was a middle-aged person's best friend with zero calories. The whole wheat noodles had a firm texture and the onions added a nice touch. I enjoyed every bite until the end. I might have to stop worrying about calories after all (laughs). The spiral cutter for cutting the green onions looked so tempting, I might consider buying it online. This was my 170th bowl of ramen this year.

First visit, around 12pm on a weekday. 5 people waiting outside, about 4 people inside. Elegant flavors, clean and tidy interior. Good customer service, everyone should line up. Plus, during lunchtime, free extra noodles and finished the soup. Stomach is full. Happy to have a delicious ramen shop in Esaka.

I ordered the ■Special Rich (Shellfish Soy Sauce) ramen at a ramen shop near Esaka Station on the Midosuji Line. The sweetness of the soy sauce and the richness of the shellfish broth combined to create an incredibly delicious soup. The whole wheat noodles were chewy, and the thick slices of chashu, including chicken chashu, added to the generous portion of the ramen.

I arrived around 2 p.m. and about 80% of the seats were taken. The ramen shop had a trendy vibe from the outside. I felt a little embarrassed as I entered. I wanted to try tsukemen, so I ordered the Mellow without knowing the origin of the name. It arrived in about 10 minutes. The hot dipping sauce had a good viscosity and flavor balance. The noodles were average. It's a type that would appeal to most people. I will come again.
