It's gotten a little warmer, so I was able to make a reservation for lunch on Saturday without any trouble!! As someone who loves shabu-shabu all year round, I'm grateful that it's not crowded in the summer!! I tried the new Lemon Herb broth. It costs an additional 110 yen, but it was surprisingly rich with a strong sour taste!! The lemon acidity lasts until the end. It's not just sour, it's also seasoned with salt and herbs, making it delicious. I want to eat this again. Iberico pork + beef misugi course. I always go for this course, but the beef misugi is delicious. I will come back again.

After work, I had dinner with a colleague at Shabuya, which we haven't been to in a while. We stopped by right after work, so the restaurant was quite empty. We opted for the usual all-you-can-eat pork menu with unlimited soft drinks. While meat is the main attraction, I always end up eating more vegetables here. Today, I indulged in plenty of vegetables and left fully satisfied.

Located on Kita 24-jo street towards Motomachi, it shares the same parking lot with Gusto. They offer a buffet-style lunch with unlimited beef and pork on weekends at a discounted price for 3 adults using a 3% off coupon, totaling 6050 yen. If you're looking for a casual shabu-shabu experience, there's no better choice than here. Due to a shortage of eggs, there is now an additional charge of 50 yen per egg when choosing sukiyaki broth. The taste is delicious unless you are very particular about shabu-shabu. It offers great value for money. The downside is that the restaurant is popular with families, so it would be better if they provided disposable gloves. Some may feel a bit uncomfortable watching students, young children, and elderly people browsing the vegetable and sauce buffet corner without gloves and masks.

Located in the Motomachi area, along Miyanomori and North 24th Street, is a shabu-shabu restaurant belonging to the Skylark group. In the mood for some shabu-shabu, we decided to visit this place which is open for lunch. There is a spacious parking area shared with the neighboring Gusto, making it convenient for customers. The restaurant has many table seats and an atmosphere similar to a family restaurant. Since it was still early after opening, there were few customers when we arrived, but by the time we left, it was almost full, indicating its popularity. The courses are divided based on the types of meat available, and we opted for the standard "All-You-Can-Eat Beef & Pork Course (2,089 yen)" where you can choose between the basic "white dashi" and another type like "red miso soup". Meat orders are placed using a tablet, while vegetables, rice, and dipping sauces are self-service. The first serving of meat is automatic, but additional orders are made through the tablet and brought by a cat-shaped serving robot. The quality of the meat was decent for the price, and I found all of them to be tasty. It's a good deal if you plan on eating a lot. Personally, I felt that beef went well with white dashi, while pork paired nicely with red miso soup. With a variety of vegetables available, this place is recommended for when you want to eat a satisfying amount of shabu-shabu.

Lunch (Saturday) All-you-can-eat pork belly for 1,429 yen. In addition to pork belly, there was also all-you-can-eat chicken. I didn't eat it, but there were also curry, noodles, desserts, soft serve ice cream, and more available for all-you-can-eat. There were many types of sauces, and I enjoyed a delicious meal until I was full. I used an 8% discount coupon, so it was 1,315 yen per person.

Visited this place with two young partners who wanted to eat until they were full! There was a wait as it was the weekend, and many people make reservations here. We ordered ◆ Beef and pork 2419 yen x 3 ◆ Additional broth 110 yen ◆ Beer 494 yen ◆ Drink bar 274 yen x 2. They have a variety of vegetables, and we ate plenty of green onions and leafy greens. There were two types of broth, spicy and chicken. With the sauce provided, you can change the flavor in various ways. Even though we were eating all you can eat vegetables, I didn't feel too guilty, but I was drinking beer, so maybe a little ^^; We ate until we were full again this time. The young partners were very satisfied (o^^o) Thank you for the meal~

This is my second visit after using Goto Eat before. This place is perfect for those who enjoy eating without worrying about the quality of meat or vegetables being imported. Even with a drink bar included, it's amazing that you can eat all you want for under 2,000 yen per person. It's a result of the company's efforts. They also have infection prevention measures in place, so I felt somewhat reassured even though there were many young customers. I had fun watching my wife wrap soft serve ice cream in a video. Thank you for the meal!

When I'm at home on a day off from work, I tend to struggle with the heat, so I decided to go out for lunch. I saw a sign for Shabu Shabu Leaf with a lunch special for 1300 yen, so I decided to have lunch there to get some vegetables in my system. I was surprised by the even cheaper option of all-you-can-eat meat and vegetables for 1099 yen. Plus, the lunch special is unlimited from 11 am to 4 pm on weekdays. I chose the white dashi and soy milk dashi, and enjoyed lots of vegetables like mushrooms, garlic chives, and bamboo shoots that I don't usually eat. The cost performance was great and I left very satisfied.

Cheap and all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant!! You can eat unlimited meat, vegetables, and even dessert, with delicious waffles! It was easy to make too! I tried various sauces, but my favorite was the onion sauce with garlic and ginger added. \(^o^)/

I may not be the type of person who is satisfied with just filling my stomach in a certain amount of time, so the idea of all-you-can-eat may not seem appealing to me. This restaurant offers a system where you can eat for as short as 60 minutes to as long as 5 hours during lunchtime, which can be confusing for first-timers. However, there is a good variety of vegetables and desserts besides just meat, making it a nice place to relax and chat with friends. The place was already 60% full even though it was before noon, showing its popularity. I chose the "Three-Layer Pork Shoulder All-You-Can-Eat Course" and selected the sukiyaki broth. The amount of sauce felt a bit less than expected, but it was enough. It's more enjoyable to eat with friends, chatting and using various condiments. The meat is thinly sliced, so it cooks quickly. It's tender and not too fatty, so it's easy on the stomach. Personally, I couldn't fully appreciate the quality of the Three-Layer Pork due to my unsophisticated taste buds. The shabu-shabu was good, but I felt it needed a stronger flavor to complement the egg. The rice with seaweed and bamboo shoots was delicious, while the curry was average in a good way. The ramen at the end, with sukiyaki and egg, was tasty. Overall, it's a reasonably priced place where you can eat to your heart's content. As someone with a small stomach, I found it satisfying. The only downside was the lack of Chinese cabbage in the hot pot, probably due to its cost. I would like to visit again, but next time I'll go during a quieter time so I can enjoy my meal at a more relaxed pace, as sitting alone at a table meant for four made me feel a bit uncomfortable this time.

I used to be disappointed with the operation at the Shin-Kinshicho branch of Shabu Leaf, so I decided to visit the Motomachi branch for the first time. I arrived around 5 pm on a weekend and the restaurant was already about 80% full, with many families having made reservations. If I had arrived 15 minutes later, I might have had to wait. It's safer to make a reservation on weekends. The pork belly and loin were both easy to eat and delicious when combined with the broth. The kids focused more on the waffles than the meat... (that was actually our main purpose - the waffles). The curry we had at the end had a Japanese taste with meat in it, which was great. The restaurant was lively with many young families, and it was busy with customers standing and sitting. The staff seemed focused despite the crowded restaurant, but the layout was not ideal, with the vegetable section empty and a big traffic jam at the sauce and dessert counter. We finished with 20 minutes to spare out of the 100-minute time limit. It cost around 6000 yen for a family of four. The JAF coupon was the best deal. Thank you for the meal.

Visit date: Around 8:00 PM on November 2, 2019. On this day, after work, I headed to my brother's house in Sapporo for dinner, which we decided to have at the restaurant "Shabu Leaf Sapporo Motomachi Store". I am not good at reviewing course meals or shabu-shabu, buffet-style, so I will skip those details. Please understand. There are many types of dipping sauces available, so I recommend trying different ones. Sushi can be ordered up to 8 kinds using a slip system, similar to all-you-can-eat sushi buffets, so if you overlook the quality, you can enjoy unlimited meat, sushi, and side dishes, which is why I like these kinds of buffets. For dessert, I decided to make a waffle, but even after cooking for 2 minutes, it was still a bit raw. I'm not sure if I cooked it poorly or if I should have cooked it longer... Next time, I won't plan on having waffles. Maybe shaved ice or soft serve ice cream for dessert? Thank you for the meal.

Finally made it to Shabu-ya. The sign that says "Lots of vegetables!" caught my eye. It's part of the Skylark Group, right? I used to frequent Skylark a lot when I lived in Kanagawa. It was a casual restaurant where you could easily go. It was like a family restaurant nowadays, but back then, it was packed with young people. Lunchtime was crazy, with almost every seat taken! I can only go during lunchtime for the all-you-can-eat option (laughs). Dinner is too heavy... I was able to get a seat without waiting, but ordering was a bit tricky. There are several meat combinations to choose from, various broths, and several dipping sauces. You can bring as many vegetables as you want, and order unlimited meat. Despite being loaded with vegetables, my stomach is definitely going to expand (//∇//). The lamb meat is a store-exclusive, limited-time offer, so I ordered the Lamb & Iberico Pork for 2099 yen. It includes lamb meat, Iberico pork, beef, beef short rib, pork shoulder loin, pork belly, and chicken, all you can eat. That's amazing, isn't it? You can choose two broths, and I wanted to enjoy the sauce as well, so I picked the kombu umami broth and the hot pot-style broth. I started with all the meat varieties and lots of vegetables. The condiments included green onions, spicy oil, and pickled vegetables, among others. Shabu-shabu away! The Iberico pork was delicious, especially with the light kombu broth and sesame sauce with spicy oil and sesame. When I got tired of that, I switched to ponzu sauce with grated daikon and plenty of green onions. It's great to get this much food for this price. There are similar restaurants in the city center, but the fact that you can drive here is a plus. On the other hand, I didn't need dinner the next day (laughs). I really liked this place! 18 plates of meat for two people. How about that? (laughs) Thank you for the meal!

⭐LP⭐ On a Saturday night around 7:30 pm, my friend and I decided to try out an all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu restaurant that we had been wanting to visit for a while. Despite the rainy weather, we made our way there together, sharing an umbrella, using the subway. It was only about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. Since it was a bit late, we were hoping there wouldn't be a long wait. However, to our surprise, there were 6 groups ahead of us in line! We entered our party size and seating preference into the terminal near the register and waited with a number tag in hand. They even offered to call us when our table was ready. While waiting, we noticed that the restaurant was quite busy with families with young children and groups of young people. After about a 20-minute wait, we were seated at a spacious table that could easily fit six people. We started by choosing the base soup for the hot pot. There was a choice of two different soups, and we opted for sukiyaki soup. However, we ended up trying the white miso soup as well later on. We received instructions on how to eat and then went to grab some vegetables. There were so many types of vegetables to choose from that we were a bit overwhelmed. The dipping sauces ranged from traditional dashi to spicy chili oil, and there was a variety of condiments including green onions. We had fun mixing and matching different flavors. We also opted for the all-you-can-drink option, where we could serve ourselves beer, cocktails, sake, white wine, and more. It was a bit of a hassle but also enjoyable. Depending on the meat selection, the course included pork belly, pork loin, and beef, and if you chose all three, you could also enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi. We filled out a form with our sushi selections and rang a bell to have them brought to our table. LP ordered some of his favorite sushi items, and we'll let you know his thoughts on the taste with Ted's expression (lol). Overall, the quality was what you would expect from an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but the homemade desserts like waffles and soft serve ice cream added an adventurous touch. We might consider coming back again. Next time, maybe we'll try the all-you-can-eat barbecue! (lol)

This was my x-th visit to the restaurant. I had heard that waffles were added to the menu, so I was excited to try it out. For lunch, I ordered a meat set with 3 dishes of beef and pork. The drink bar had basic white miso soup and spicy red miso soup, which could be chosen from 3 different levels of spiciness. I went with the highest level of spiciness for the red miso soup, but it turned out to be too spicy for me. The dipping sauce had a lemon garlic flavor, which was refreshing. The white miso soup went well with the meal. The waffles were made by putting the batter on a machine for 2 minutes, resulting in a fluffy texture. Toppings included maple syrup, chocolate sauce, powdered sugar, and cocoa. Unfortunately, there was no whipped cream available at the time of my visit. For dessert, I opted for soft serve ice cream with black honey, soybean flour, and rice cakes. I prefer Japanese-style desserts. The drink bar offered the option to have espresso with soft serve ice cream or cola and melon soda with soft serve ice cream. You could also enjoy a float. Lunch hours were until 4 pm, so it's best to go before 11:30 am or around 2 pm to avoid long waiting times. Although you can now make seat reservations online, I have not tried it yet. Overall, I enjoyed a meal with plenty of vegetables and dessert, and I look forward to trying the waffles again in the future. (I hope they consider changing the waffle batter and adding whipped cream as toppings).

Visit date 2019.2.27 Last night, I indulged in sushi, so I thought I should keep it simple for lunch today. But then, it happened. I ended up at a shabu-shabu restaurant (laughs). The amazing thing about this place, Shabu Ha, is that there is no time limit for lunch on weekdays!! From the opening at 11:00 until the end of lunch at 16:00, there is no time limit (laughs). And it's all-you-can-eat! - Three kinds of pork belly for 1,199 yen - Three kinds of pork loin for 1,299 yen - Three kinds of pork belly & loin for 1,399 yen - Beef & three kinds of pork belly & loin for 1,599 yen You can choose two types of soup from several options. With this insane cost performance, you can eat until 16:00 (laughs). I started to worry a bit about how they make a profit with this. We left after 15 minutes (laughs). We have a habit of wanting to leave the restaurant once we are full (laughs). I forgot that we are not really suited for all-you-can-eat (laughs). But it truly is a great value lunch. Of course, they also have side dishes like rice, ramen, udon, and dessert. If you're going to lunch with a big eater, I highly recommend it (laughs). Thank you for the meal♪

I went to the Yonezawa pork belly all-you-can-eat restaurant for 1291 yen using a coupon. If you want to eat vegetables, this is the place to go. This time, I went to the Motomachi store after visiting the Hirao store last time. I went for lunch around 3 pm on the weekend. The store accepts online reservations, but there were no openings for lunch, so I visited at a different time to avoid waiting. Even at this time, more than half of the seats were already taken. The restaurant is crowded. The restaurant is open from 11 am to 12 am, but if you order by 3:59 pm, you can get the lunch price. From 4 pm, it switches to dinner price. I went for the vegetables, so I chose the cheapest option, the Yonezawa pork belly for 1402 yen (holiday price) with an 8% discount coupon for 1291 yen. I chose the basic white dashi and yuzu salt dashi for the hot pot. There were about 20 types of vegetables lined up for self-service, so I piled them up on a large plate. The dipping sauces and condiments were plentiful, so I customized to my liking. The combination of dashi with yuzu pepper and grated maple radish was delicious. As expected, the simple flavors were the best. I also tried a little bit of chirashi sushi and seaweed rice, and tasted a bite of my husband's curry, but the rice was not good. For dessert, there was soft serve ice cream and shaved ice. In the end, I had 3 plates of meat and 4 plates of vegetables, and I was full. Thank you for the meal.

Here we go again, Shabuya! This time, my husband and I were planning to go to Jacksonville to eat hamburgers, but while we were finishing up our previous plans, he suddenly said, "I feel like having shabu-shabu." Considering my blood sugar levels, I agreed right away, saying, "Sure, shabu-shabu sounds good." So, we changed our plans to our usual Shabuya. I've written two reviews before, so I'll keep it simple this time... We arrived around 2 pm on a holiday, and the restaurant was only about 30% full. It's always the best time to visit when it's this empty on a holiday! We already know what we want without looking at the menu - all-you-can-eat pork belly for me and all-you-can-drink soft drinks. The basic broth is white miso and scallop dashi. After ordering, we quickly grab some vegetables and drinks. I love that I can eat plenty of vegetables before the meat. The vegetables here are surprisingly fresh for an all-you-can-eat option. We load up on our favorites - shungiku (edible chrysanthemum) and a mix of fragrant vegetables (mainly leeks and mizuna). Then, we enjoy black oolong tea and water for my husband. We just keep shabu-shabu-ing and eating. Even though I'm not a fan of pork, I can eat a lot of it when it's shabu-shabu. I wish they had lamb too. For dessert, my husband had waffles with soft serve ice cream topped with chocolate. If I didn't have to worry about my blood sugar, I would love to have that! I opted for soft serve ice cream with dried fruits on top. My husband is really good at rolling them, so I leave it to him. Look at the photo, he's really good at it! We're full. Whenever we have lunch at Shabuya, we don't need dinner. It's uncomfortable until we go to bed (laughs). Thank you for the meal.

Christmas event and second visit by children's request. Got excited by the waffle-making machine that I didn't notice last time. Chose sukiyaki-style broth and classic white dashi. The sukiyaki-style came with raw egg and surprisingly delicious, couldn't stop eating. Plenty of condiments, vegetables, and dessert options at this price point, really helpful. Will definitely come back for another event.

Today, my younger brother, who had a day off from work, contacted me saying "I want to eat shabu-shabu!" I wasn't very hungry, but I was feeling fine and didn't want to just sleep all day, so I decided to accompany him. However, I asked him to provide transportation as a condition (laughs). My brother loves all-you-can-eat meals. Even though he's already an adult, he eats like a young person. We had been to this place for dinner a few times, but this was our first time going for lunch. I thought it would be less crowded on a weekday, so we didn't make a reservation and arrived around 1 pm. However, it was quite busy. We had to wait in line to get our tickets and then waited for about 15 minutes before we were seated. After us, there were even more people waiting, some even waiting outside. I guess the lunch buffet with unlimited time and cheaper prices than dinner attracts a lot of people. I advised my brother, who had never been here before, that the pork belly from the three-layered pork is the most delicious and doesn't get boring. However, he wanted to try both beef and pork, so we ended up getting the all-you-can-eat course with beef and three-layered pork for 1,599 yen. We also added the drink bar for 220 yen. We could choose between the basic white dashi soup and another option. Since the pork bone ginger dashi was already sold out, we chose the red miso dashi. We could also freely choose our dipping sauces and toppings, so I chose sesame sauce with added chili bean paste, and a Japanese dashi broth with okra as a topping. Then we started our shabu-shabu. My brother was saying "I can eat as much as I want!" and was eating eagerly. I mainly focused on eating vegetables. I love green onions, so I had lots of them. I think when vegetables are expensive, it might be cheaper to have shabu-shabu at home. After eating for a while, my brother agreed with me that the pork belly was the most delicious. He said, "This is enough for me." Even though beef, chicken, and pork loin were tasty, the pork belly never gets boring. However, my brother really enjoyed the chicken shabu-shabu. He found the diced chicken hard to eat and preferred sliced chicken instead. After a few rounds of meat and vegetable refills, we had the noodles as the finishing touch. The Chinese noodles were too soft and not very tasty, so I recommend the udon instead. My brother also had seaweed rice, and I had a little bit of chirashi sushi and soft serve ice cream with red bean paste topping. Eating too much at an all-you-can-eat place is not a good idea. I was so full. They don't take reservations on weekends, but it's better to make a reservation on weekdays. Even when we left (after 2 pm), there were still people waiting in line. Thank you for the meal.
