On this day, I enjoyed their delicious fried oysters, which, although a bit pricier now, still showcase their exceptional frying skills. The perfect balance of crispy and tender, with just the right amount of rareness inside. Not just the oysters, but all their fried dishes are a must-try. Additionally, their rice, miso soup, pickles, salad, sauce, and salt are all delicious. I have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The seating area has expanded, and the open kitchen adds to the lively atmosphere of the restaurant. If you ever plan to open a restaurant, this place should be your model.
