Visited Nakano Shima Senbero. The potato salad was delicious. It was a bit lacking so I also added the clam salt ramen. The combination of thin noodles and salt-based soup was very satisfying. During this period, only clam salt ramen is available, but I would like to try the dipping noodles as well. The service was excellent.

I ended up coming to the closing of the senbero event just like in March. It seems they only offer clam salt during this period, so I had clam salt just like last time. This time, this was my fifth place? I drank a lot and can hardly remember, but I finished it, so I think it was delicious. The senbero set was changed from last time, so I would like to try senbero next time.

I visited the restaurant around 1 o'clock on a weekday and bought the special clam salt ramen from the ticket machine outside. The restaurant was not too crowded, so I was able to sit down right away. The ramen was topped with roasted pork, boiled egg, and rare chashu, making it look very luxurious. The rare chashu was large and tender, the roasted pork was flavorful, and the boiled egg had a rich orange-colored yolk that was delicious. I like my noodles firm, and the soup was rich and tasty. After finishing the soup, the word "gratitude" appeared, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and gave a pleasant greeting. It was a great lunch. Thank you for the meal!

In the basement of the Festival Tower on Nakanoshima, there is a ramen restaurant called Jikon. I visited during the late lunch hours on a weekday. I tried the Chicken White Soy Sauce Ramen and the lunch set with Char-mayo Don. The thick and creamy chicken white soup paired well with the thin noodles. The chashu pork felt a bit generous in portion. The soup had a mild flavor with a gentle nuttiness that lingered through the nose after each sip. There was a hint of soy sauce adding depth to the overall taste. While it may not have a strong distinctive flavor, I found the Chicken White Soy Sauce Ramen to be well-made and delicious.

I had chicken white broth ramen. This restaurant is located in the heart of Osaka, in a high-rise building on Nakanoshima, near a restaurant district. Among the stylish restaurants, there is a ramen shop. They offer both white and clear broth, but on such a hot day, I was in the mood for rich white broth. It lived up to my expectations with its richness, two types of chashu - rare and well-cooked, and a seasoned egg with a bright orange yolk. The thin noodles were well coated in the rich soup, soothing my tired body. I don't eat side dishes, so I make sure to drink all the soup. However, the raw onion was too spicy for me, so I avoided it and finished all the soup.

Arrived at the restaurant at exactly 12 o'clock on Saturday for work. Due to the intense heat, there were only two groups of customers. It seems like no one wants to go outside, I received my bowl of ramen in just 6 minutes. I ordered the mixed salt special, which has a pork bone flavor at first but then a strong seafood taste kicks in. The noodles are as thin as Hakata ramen. I wish they were a bit thicker to better showcase the noodle's flavor, but the strong soup flavor makes it more of a soup-based ramen. The chashu has a consistent taste. Overall, the ramen is easy to eat as it doesn't lean too much in any direction. There are a lot of female customers as well.

After enjoying the special night opening of the Kokusai Kaikan Koryu Center, I stopped by this place. During the Senbero event at Festival Plaza, they only offer Asari Shio Ramen at night. So, I decided to try the Senbero set with ramen. The Senbero set includes 3 side dishes and 2 drinks, all of which were delicious and a great deal. The Asari Shio Ramen was consistently tasty. I was very satisfied. On July 14, 2023, around 2:55 PM, I had miso ramen and rice bowl at a place with poor organization and uncertain lunch hours. Despite the time, I found a place that was open. The ramen and rice bowl both looked great and were delicious. It was just my style! Thank you for the meal.

This time, I purchased a ticket for the chicken white soy sauce ramen in large size instead of the default salt. It's delicious as expected. A truly skilled restaurant makes everything taste good. The large portion of noodles was more voluminous than I expected, but on the other hand, the soup was a bit less. As a soup lover, I wanted a bit more soup to drink. I will visit again. I visited Ramen Nariima in Nakanoshima. Although the clam and salt ramen was a limited edition, I chose to go with the classic soy sauce clear broth! I thoroughly enjoyed the original Chinese ramen. The noodles were firm and chewy, so if you prefer softer noodles, this may not be for you. The soy sauce used was not too sweet, and the onion added a bold flavor. This is the secret to the delicious taste! The price of 900 yen may be high, but it's understandable given the location. Thank you for the meal!

The pork bone ramen had a rich and hearty soup, reminiscent of the famous chain "Tenka Ippin," while the clam broth ramen had a light and refreshing soup. Both were delicious. The background music playing in the restaurant was all by "Aimyon," creating a thoughtful atmosphere. After a long time, I went to Ramen Imakara for the first time in a while and they were open for business, how nice! I had the Clear Shoyu Ramen for ¥900 with an extra seasoned egg topping for ¥100. I usually get the Chicken Paitan Ramen, but I accidentally bought the wrong ticket. However, the light broth was delicious and it turned out to be a good choice. The char siu pork has improved in taste since last time. The previous one had a strong fishy taste that I didn't like, but that has completely disappeared and now it's tasty. I also like these zigzag chopsticks, they make it easier to pick up the noodles.

I tried a limited-time cold ramen. It had a thick seafood broth, but it was surprisingly light and I could almost finish the soup. However, I couldn't taste much salt or flavor, so I had to add pepper to give it some taste. It felt like I was just eating to enjoy the aroma. The lack of salt made it taste bland. I think this may be due to it being a limited-time menu item. I kind of regret paying 1000 yen for this flavorless ramen. The noodles were firm and chewy, and the chashu tasted like prosciutto (even though it lacked salt too). I should have ordered the regular salt clam ramen instead of this limited-time one. Maybe then I could have enjoyed the flavor more. This review might be unfair for those who are used to eating it, but this is how I felt about the cold ramen. The service from the staff was good.

I used it during lunchtime. There may be a line in the office district at lunchtime, so it's best to visit with some extra time. The taste is unique, especially the soup, which leaves a lingering flavor that makes you want to keep scooping up more with the ladle even after you finish eating.

I happened to come across Ramen Imakun, a ramen shop that caught my eye. The rich chicken broth is enhanced with the umami of clams, and topped with rare chashu and simmered chashu. On 2023/04/10 (Monday) at 12:20, I visited a ramen shop that serves clear soy sauce broth for ¥900, with an option for extra noodles for ¥100 and additional noodles for ¥150. While the specialty of this shop is salt-based ramen, this time I tried the soy sauce clear broth, which I had not tried since my last visit six years ago. The soup was as expected - a stable Osaka-style soy sauce broth that lacked a punch and depth, leaving something to be desired for someone from the Kanto region like me. It was different from the trendy Tokyo-style clear broth, lacking the same complexity.

I visited the closing of the Senbero event. I have been to this place for Senbero events before, but this was my first time trying their ramen. I was excited because I thought it would be the type of ramen I love. I had the clam salt ramen. I love salt, and the thin curly noodles were just as I expected. The soup was not too light, so it went down smoothly. I finished it quickly and will definitely come back during the Senbero period.

It had been quite a while since my last visit for lunch. I arrived around 11:30 am and the restaurant was about half full. I decided to try the special clam and salt ramen (¥1,000).
