Arrived at 1:15 PM on Sunday with no wait. Bought a meal ticket on the 1st floor and went up to the 2nd floor. Ordered the Wheat Daiginjo Ramen (large serving) for 950 yen. There are 3 types of noodles: wheat daiginjo, wheat espresso, and PMT tagliatelle. The amount of noodles before cooking is 180g for regular serving and 270g for large serving. After cooking, it's 300g for regular serving and 450g for large serving (according to the staff). Waited for 12 minutes in a full restaurant with 4 counter seats, 2 tables for 4 people, and 4 tables for 2 people. The noodles are flat, medium-thick straight noodles with a very white color and made with whole wheat flour. Served cold. The soup has an Italian flavor with a hint of tomato acidity that pairs well with the pork bone broth. It has depth and the combination with the noodles is excellent. The noodles have a clean and mild taste, which complements the soup very well.

I love Shampoo Hat, so I was hoping to visit during a business trip. Around 11:40, there was a wait of about 3 groups, but people from overseas started lining up one after another, and I was able to enter at a good timing. I ordered the Tariatelle with a separate noodle like a Daiginjo, and added extra soup. It was so delicious that I could eat as much as I wanted.

I tried the summer limited menu "sesame sauce cold noodles". I usually always order the regular dipping noodles because they are so delicious, but today I decided to challenge myself with the limited-time menu. The noodles were flat and chewy, and the finely chopped char siu, tomato, and sesame sauce mixed together to fill my mouth with happiness.

Before the night opening, there was already a line of over 10 people. I recommend getting the regular size noodles. The dipping sauce has a strong seafood aroma with a refreshing hint of tomato, creating a unique and delicious flavor. The taste is rich but not overly salty. The firmness of the noodles was perfect for me, so I was very satisfied.

The new tsukemen combines the acidity of tomatoes with the smoothness of potage soup. It's easy to eat and not heavy, so you can enjoy it without guilt. It felt like eating pasta. I forgot to ask for extra soup at the end.

Comedian duo Shampoo Hat's produced ramen shop, Momo Tetsu, is featured in Osaka. The shop offers a variety of noodle types, such as wheat ginjo and wheat espresso. I ordered the wheat ginjo, which had a delicate and chewy texture with a hint of sweetness. The soup was a mix of seafood and vegetables, creating a rich yet refreshing broth. You can request extra soup to enjoy with the noodles. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and worth a visit.

Wheat Daimonjo Ramen ¥1,000 (soup increase +¥200). The noodles are medium-thick wavy noodles. The soup clings well to the folds of the noodles, providing a satisfying texture. Personally, I prefer noodles with good soup-catching ability, so I really liked these noodles. The soup is a blend of several vegetables with a fish sauce base. The noticeable acidity of the tomato stood out. It was perfectly balanced, not too heavy, and easy to eat.

Shampoo Hat is a shop owned by the well-known comedian Tetsuji, known for his distinct hat. They have a strong focus on their noodles, offering four different types to choose from: Wheat Daiginjo, Wheat Espresso, PMT Tagliatelle, and Rye EX. The dipping soup option is a vegetable potage soup, so the focus is mainly on the noodles. They also offer an option to add a different type of noodle for an additional cost. I ordered the Wheat Daiginjo noodles, which are described as having seven flavors (umami, aroma, sweetness, astringency, bitterness, acidity, spiciness). The vegetable potage soup had a slightly thick consistency with a medium-rich flavor despite being a vegetable-based soup. It appeared rich, but had a slightly light taste due to a hint of tomato. The noodles were medium-thick with a chewy texture and a wheat aroma. However, as the noodles absorbed the soup quickly, the soup cooled down halfway through, reducing the overall enjoyment. There is no option to reheat the soup or choose a different type, so I don't plan on revisiting this shop.

I happened to have some business near the restaurant and felt like eating tsukemen, so I searched for a place. It was my first time visiting. I arrived around 7pm on a weekday and was seated without having to wait in line. I bought a ticket for the "Veggie Potage" or "Wheat Espresso" without really understanding what they were. After about 10 minutes, my bowl arrived. The soup had a rich and slightly creamy texture with a refreshing acidity. Hmm? It's tomato. It was incredibly delicious. The noodles were ground with some wheat bits left, giving off a nice aroma and great texture. It was a tsukemen that perfectly matched my taste. Oh, I have a fear of food tickets and didn't really look closely, but it seems like you can get a large portion for the same price. It's so delicious, so go for the large portion!笑笑

The desired okonomiyaki restaurant was closed even though it was open. While wandering around an unfamiliar area, I saw a sign and decided to go back and enter. It was my first time trying the "Vegetable Potage" dipping sauce, and it was delicious. There were many women inside the restaurant. As the name suggests, they seem to focus on the noodles, and the noodles in the bowl were shiny. The bowl is very large but has a raised bottom. Maybe it's for better presentation. During busy lunch times, it's important to eat quickly and leave, I thought. Social media presence may also be important.

Around 2:00 pm on a hot July afternoon, I visited the shop of Tetsuji from Shampoo Hat at Miyata Menji. There were illustrations of Koichan everywhere. I purchased the Wheat Daiginjo for 1,000 yen and Ajitama for 200 yen at the ticket machine on the first floor. Upon reaching the second floor after climbing the stairs, I was quickly guided to my seat as there were four people waiting in line. The turnover was fast, so I was seated promptly. The restaurant was packed with foreign tourists, perhaps because it was a late lunch. It would be nice if the ticket machine was cashless for their convenience. After waiting for about 10 minutes at my seat, the Tsukemen arrived. The noodles were thick and flat with a groove in the middle, which seemed to help the soup adhere well. Although the noodles did absorb the soup nicely, the texture was a bit off. Once I finished the noodles, there was no soup left, making it difficult to do a soup refill. I would like to try the regular noodles next time.

I'm back, Miya-da Menji here! After finishing work around 6 pm, I noticed that there were a lot of people, especially tourists, in the area. I thought it would be okay to visit at this time, but to my surprise, there was a long line! After waiting for a bit, I purchased a meal ticket from the vending machine and went up to the second floor. The restaurant was filled with mostly foreign tourists. This time, I tried the "Dai-Ginjo" made with wheat. The soup was a vegetable potage with a thick white broth. The noodles were made with only the core part of wheat, which resulted in flat, slightly curly, medium-thick noodles. The noodles paired well with the vegetable potage soup, and the acidity from the tomatoes added a nice touch. The texture of the white leeks was also enjoyable. Squeezing some lemon over the dish added a refreshing citrus flavor. The seasoned egg was rich and delicious. Adding black pepper to the noodles halfway through gave it a nice spicy kick. After finishing the noodles, I enjoyed the soup by itself, which had a perfect balance and was a delicious bowl overall.

I tried veggie pota tsukemen for the first time and found it to be just the right balance - not too heavy, not too light, and very delicious. Even with the large portion, I was able to finish it all! It's a unique style where you can choose from 3 types of noodles, and I went with the flat noodles while my friend chose the premium noodles. We ended up swapping a bit, but I still preferred the flat noodles for their great chewiness and satisfying texture. At first bite, I didn't feel much impact, but as I kept eating, I found it to be really tasty. Ramen tends to be like that - the first bite is good but then it fades, so this was just right. I wish they had at least 2 types of dipping sauce to choose from, and the restaurant seemed a bit slow (maybe because there were a lot of foreigners). Also, they didn't offer the extra broth without me asking, which was a bit of a downside.

I visited the restaurant with my colleague after work. They serve noodles made from the center part of wheat, known as "daiginjo noodles." The noodles alone were delicious with a great texture. The soup had a unique tomato flavor that wasn't too sour, making it enjoyable even for my colleague who doesn't like tomatoes.

This is a review of the vegetable potage dipping noodles restaurant "Kaettekita Miyada Menji," produced by the comedy duo "Shampoo Hat" member Tetsuji. Despite being hesitant to visit celebrity-owned restaurants in the past, I decided to visit for lunch this time. On a sunny Sunday, there was an unexpected line forming even before the opening time. As people started entering one by one, I managed to get in just before it became fully booked, after a short wait. Upon entering, I was greeted by a ticket vending machine, and with staff waiting behind me, I felt pressured to make a quick decision. I ended up choosing my meal ticket using the "top-left rule" because I couldn't take my time to decide. Later, I found out that both regular serving (180g) and large serving (270g) of noodles were priced the same. After purchasing the ticket, I was guided to the second floor by the staff. The counter seats on the first floor were not in use, so we were seated at a table on the second floor. I sat down and waited quietly for my order to be ready. The noodles could be ordered separately (extra serving) for an additional 200 yen, and soup augmentation for 100 yen. In November 2020, the Nintendo Switch game "Momotaro Dentetsu ~ Showa Heisei Reiwa mo Teiban! ~" (commonly known as Momotetsu) featured "Kaettekita Miyada Menji"! Other than that, "Komeda Coffee" also seems to be featured. The "Wheat Espresso" (regular serving) costs 1,000 yen and comes with a seasoned egg, lemon, and white spring onions on the side. The noodles were a regular serving of 180g. The glossy and textured wing noodles, produced by "Menya Teiaku," had a concave center. The noodles were made by milling less than half of the wheat, similar to the concept of premium sake. The soup was based on bisque soup blended with various vegetables, enhanced with clam and seafood umami extract, and finished with the acidity of tomatoes. First, I tried the noodles alone, which had a rich aroma and a chewy yet smooth texture. Slurping them up, the noodles' bouncy texture scattered around my mouth. The noodles were really good! Next, I tried the dipping noodles. The flavorful noodles intertwined with the umami sweetness of the soup's vegetables and seafood, with the acidity of the tomatoes gently tying everything together. Delicious! I regretted not coming here sooner because it was so tasty! I added black pepper for flavor variation, and the spiciness of the black pepper complemented the umami extract from the seafood and vegetables. The acidity of the tomatoes was a great accent. I finished the noodles in no time. I should have ordered the large serving! Squeezing some lemon over the noodles, I enjoyed another flavor variation. The strong acidity of the lemon refreshed the rich vegetable potage. Lastly, there was a soup refilling service. I poured the soup into the noodles and drank it all up. Delicious! I enjoyed the soup refilling as well and cooled down slowly. I suddenly thought... what if I added noodles to the soup refill? I wonder if it would turn into ramen. Someone should try it out! The "Wheat Espresso" (regular serving) costs 1,000 yen. If you don't want to wait in line, takeout is also an option, and it's a bit cheaper! I might try takeout next time. The restaurant is located next to the yakiniku restaurant "Ajiki," which is the family business of the comedy duo "Frosty Star" member Arashi Fuwa. Thank you for the delicious meal. Delicious Food Gourmet Diary.

This was my second visit, and this time I brought a friend along for the first time. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for an open table since we arrived during the first rotation. I love the wheat-based daiginjo the most. The vegetable potage soup was delicious and something I feel like I can't find elsewhere. The wheat espresso noodles are about medium thickness and slightly firmer compared to others. The dashi broth was also tasty, even women can easily finish it. As for the staff's attitude, I personally didn't have any issues with their service. However, it seemed like there were many foreign visitors, perhaps mentioned in some overseas guidebooks, as the restaurant and the queue were filled with them. I hope the deliciousness of Japanese cuisine continues to spread worldwide.

On the way to a curry restaurant, I found a tsukemen restaurant by chance. My companion loves ramen, so we decided to stop at the curry restaurant and go in. Inside, we found out that it was a shop owned by Tetsuji from the comedy duo Shampoo Hat. We bought meal tickets first, but we were not sure about the difference between the two types of noodles, so we bought both. Both large and regular sizes were the same price at 1000 yen. We added a boiled egg for extra protein, and my companion added bamboo shoots. We ended up spending 2500 yen for the two of us. When our orders arrived, both had half a boiled egg, so the extra orders may not have been necessary. The bamboo shoots were plentiful, so I also tried some. The fried vegetables may have been unnecessary. Instead, we could have ordered a third type of pasta for 200 yen at the table. Maybe we should have ordered the tagliatelle for a change. The noodles were chewy and tangled in the not-too-heavy broth, making a slurping sound as we ate. I personally prefer the darker noodles as they have a deeper flavor. We received extra broth, and when I added some reserved noodles to it, I enjoyed a delicious ramen. My companion really dislikes tomatoes, so when they found a tomato at the bottom of the soup, they left the soup untouched (laughs). If you happen to pass by, I recommend this tsukemen restaurant run by a comedy duo member.

I'm back!!! This tsukemen here is my favorite. It's located on the outskirts of Shinsaibashi shopping street, and I almost always go there whenever I visit Shinsaibashi. The noodles are easy to eat and have a good thickness. The dipping sauce is not too thick, and when you add hot water, you can drink it up. You can also get a noodle refill, so you can rest assured even if you want more.

The shop run by a comedian is said to focus on noodles. There are various types of noodles to choose from, but I ordered the most popular one, the wheat ginjo. The appearance is fresh and vibrant. When I took a bite, the sweetness of the wheat emerged. It was much more delicious than I had expected. The noodles have a unique shape that I couldn't tell if they were flat noodles or not. The soup also had a taste that didn't interfere with the flavor of the noodles, making it smooth and easy to eat.

I have started to go to Shinsaibashi regularly. After finishing my errands, I always have dinner before heading home. This time, I searched for a delicious ramen to eat, and decided to have dinner at Miyata Menji, a ramen shop run by a comedian. It was quite popular when it first opened, but I never had the chance to go until now. When I arrived around 6 pm, there was already a line of four people. There is a ticket machine on the first floor, and the dining area is on the second floor. There is also a waiting area on the second floor, so even though there was a short wait downstairs, we ended up waiting for about 30 minutes in total. Since it takes less than 10 minutes for the noodles for the tsukemen to cook, the turnover rate may be slower compared to regular ramen. While waiting in line, I noticed that about 90% of the customers were foreigners (mostly Asian?). I ordered the "Wheat Espresso" regular size (1000 yen) with extra green onion topping (100 yen). The tsukemen that arrived looked beautiful. I couldn't help but want to take a picture. The noodles were cooked just right, not too hard. The soup is based on bisque soup with a blend of several vegetables, clams, seafood sauce, and a touch of tomato added when you eat it. The occasional texture of the tomato was also nice. Tsukemen soup is often too salty, but the soup here had a gentle flavor and was very delicious. The fact that the noodles are served in a sieve and well drained may be the secret to keeping the soup from getting diluted. I hope you all are enjoying your Golden Week. I had a relaxing day today.

This is the first meal I had during my trip to Osaka. The noodles are wide and absorb a lot of broth. The sauce is not too thick, but has a strong tomato flavor. Adding bamboo shoots and white leeks separately, and eating the leeks with the noodles is delicious. One thing I have to mention that I didn't like is that the waiting process seemed a bit strange. At first, I thought they were not open.
