Surprisingly, the flavor isn't too strong (I thought it would be richer). I found it helpful to eat it first without mixing it, and then mix it before eating. I checked their website and found out they sell salads and miso soup separately, as well as options for adding a fried egg on top. It would be better if they offered a set with these additions for 990 yen.
