Today, Sunday, it has been raining since the morning. I really like the sound of rain, and listening to it indoors on a rainy day really calms me down. However, walking outside in the rain is still annoying. So, despite the rain, I decided to have ramen for lunch today. I visited a ramen shop in Esaka for their specialty menu, the House Special for 1,000 yen. This shop is not strictly a house ramen shop. Originally, it started as a chicken broth ramen shop, but one day they introduced a limited-time menu called "House Ramen" which became a huge hit. Since then, it has become the shop's signature dish. I decided to try the deluxe version of the House Special. The table did not have garlic or gochujang like typical house ramen shops, but instead had yuzu pepper and chili powder. The food arrived promptly and looked delicious! The bowl was filled with seaweed, green onions, spinach, and a massive, tender chashu pork. The main difference between the regular house ramen and the House Special is the type of noodles, which are medium-thick flat noodles. I was drawn to this aspect, and when I mixed the noodles, they were incredibly chewy and had a great texture. The combination of the creamy white soup and the chewy noodles was outstanding. The traditional addictive flavor of house ramen was slightly subdued, but the creaminess and richness of the broth were well balanced, creating a unique and delicious taste. It was truly irresistible. I didn't order white rice, so I couldn't try the traditional way of eating house ramen by dipping seaweed in the soup and wrapping it around the rice, but wrapping the noodles around the chashu pork was also delicious. It was a one-of-a-kind house ramen experience. Thank you for the meal.

It had been a while since I visited this neighborhood spot. A boy named Itsuki, who looked like he was in upper elementary school, was helping out with the family business. The shop is named after this boy. Even on a Sunday, there were still two people waiting outside, a sign of its popularity. I ordered the signature dish, the house-style ramen for 850 yen, and the chashu rice bowl for 350 yen. The creamy chicken broth soup made with a hand mixer was delicious, perfectly balanced with the noodles and very tasty. The chashu rice bowl was also great, with plenty of chashu and a sweet and savory flavor. It was a delicious meal.

Second visit♪ This time I came to try the Chicken Tonkotsu Ramen! I had the original ramen last time and it was so delicious with the chicken broth that I understood and agreed with the notice of the name change in front of the vending machine. Tonkotsu style? No, it's chicken broth! Starting from October, the Tonkotsu Ramen will be changed to Fish Broth Ramen. The Chicken Tonkotsu Ramen had a perfectly balanced fish powder infused into the frothy soup, and it was delightful to slurp up the noodles. Thank you for the meal~

Family lineage SOBA + Mayochashu Donburi 1,200 yen. It's light yet the flavors are well-balanced and delicious. You can also enjoy changing the taste with the yuzu pepper powder on the table. The donburi is a common type so I would rate it as a 3. During lunchtime, it gets crowded with nearby office workers, so it's wise for those coming from afar to avoid it.

I tried the Kaiketsu ramen in Osaka and although I'm not very knowledgeable about ramen, I thought it was pretty good. I felt it could have been a bit richer in flavor. I would like to try more varieties of ramen before reevaluating.

I had lunch near the office! It's hot every day, but I felt like eating ramen, so I went in! Today, I chose chicken tonkotsu ramen, which is different from usual. Like the house ramen, it was frothy and looked good! The taste had a strong seafood flavor and was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Ordered items... House special SOBA for 850 yen + Chashu rice bowl for 350 yen Dish... Ramen made by simmering chicken and pork for 12 hours, blending soy sauce and chicken oil. The soup is light and fluffy due to blending in a blender. This restaurant's house special has a unique flavor profile, with a decent taste overall. However, the soup may have become slightly watery due to blending in the blender. It has a different feel from the typical soy sauce-based house ramen, but still retains some good aspects.

Today's lunch was a visit to Ramen Juki in Osaka. The order was the House Special Red Ramen. The restaurant was cool and comfortable, perfect for enjoying a hot and spicy bowl of ramen. The broth was a creamy chicken and pork bone soup, topped with seaweed, spinach, and green onions. The noodles were medium-thin and straight, complementing the flavorful broth well. The spiciness of the Red Ramen was just right, with a good balance of chili pepper heat. Although I didn't order extra rice this time, I regretted not doing so as I usually enjoy wrapping seaweed in rice and dipping it in the soup. Overall, it was a delicious meal. Thank you for the food. I had lunch at Ramen Juki in Esaka and tried their house style SOBA. As soon as I entered the restaurant, it felt like I was in the popular show "Naniyaseyannodokoiko!!". The atmosphere inside was calm and I ordered the house style SOBA, which is a popular menu item. The soup is made by boiling chicken and pork bones for 12 hours, and it was delicious with a rich flavor of chicken and pork bones. The noodles were also excellent and paired well with the soup. I definitely want to go back with my friends next time. Thank you for the meal.

The ramen was delicious. I had the special for 1100 yen, which came with thicker noodles than usual. The noodles were chewy and smooth. The soup had a foamy texture on the surface and was rich in flavor. It was satisfying from the first bite to the last.

I visited Ramen Juki and ordered the house special soba. The soup is rich but surprisingly elegant and delicious for a house style ramen. The noodles are made from Tsukemen noodles, chewy with a good firmness. The chashu is tender and tasty. Thank you for the meal.

"Ikki Ramen," from the same group as "Menya Kagayaki." Kagayaki is also known for its other popular shops like "Taku," "Ide," "JAWS," and more, all of which are top-notch. There were no children's menus, so we shared the extra-large Chicken Tonteki Ramen and Chashu Don. The soup is blended with a blender to create a creamy texture that is not too thick but still coats the noodles well. The noodles have a firm texture with a good bite. The large piece of chashu is tender, and the Chashu Don with lots of chashu has a satisfying chewiness. During lunchtime, you can get the ramen for 850 yen and add rice for 150 yen, making it a total of 1,000 yen. Diving the rice into the soup could also be a good option."

I tried the chicken tonkotsu ramen after a long time. The taste of the soup has changed. It has become smoother without sharp edges, but the richness and saltiness have been reduced, and the unique flavor is also gone. Remembering the taste when I first tried it made me feel a little sad. Thank you for the meal.

After voting in the election, doing some shopping, and working out, I realized it was already past 1 p.m. and I didn't feel like taking the train to a ramen shop. So, I decided to visit this place nearby. It had been a while since my last visit. The 1100 yen special house ramen had all the toppings increased. The two large slices of chashu were incredibly tender and had a delicious flavor without being overpowering. The straight, curly noodles and creamy chicken-based soup paired together perfectly. It was a well-balanced bowl of ramen that was a treat to enjoy.

I hate waiting, so I arrived at the restaurant at 11:00, only to find out that it actually opens at 11:30. I killed time at a nearby convenience store and returned at 11:30 to find one group already waiting. The restaurant opened at 11:30 and I tried the 100 yen gacha, winning a bowl of white rice. I ordered the house special ramen with flavored egg from the ticket machine. The ramen arrived in 10 minutes, with a delicious pork bone aroma. The creamy appearance hinted at its taste, and the noodles had a good texture. The soup was slightly salty but paired well with the rice. The flavored egg topping was perfectly cooked with a runny yolk. I would definitely like to visit again.

Looking for delicious ramen, I headed to Esaka. "Ramen Itsuki" @ramen.itsuki I had it once 3 years ago when I was drunk and barely remember it (lol) The popular No.1 house-style Soba, large serving for ¥950. The Chashu bowl for ¥400 (¥50 off during lunchtime). It's creamy and mellow with a deep flavor, and it's delicious. The Chashu bowl also had rice sprinkled with bonito flakes, which was also good. Thank you for the meal. #Ramen #RamenItsuki #OsakaRamen #KansaiRamen #OsakaGourmet #KansaiGourmet #SuitaGourmet #HouseStyleRamen #WantToConnectWithRamenLovers #WantToConnectWithGourmetLovers #RamenGirls

I had been curious about this ramen shop for a while, even though its rating on Tabelog wasn't that high. However, when I checked recently, it had gone up to 3.6 so I decided to give it a try. I arrived around 11:45 am and there was already a wait of 7 to 8 people. The staff were two friendly young men and a kind young woman. I ordered the Chicken Tonkotsu KARAMEN for ¥950 with extra noodles. Despite the name suggesting spiciness, the soup was not red at all. I sprinkled some yuzu pepper and tried it, but it wasn't spicy. The taste of chicken broth was clear, but the spiciness was lacking. I added some ichimi pepper halfway through, but it didn't change much. It wasn't bad, just okay, but had a strange taste. By the time I left around 12 pm, there was no more wait. It's a peculiar restaurant. Next time, I'll try the most popular Tonkotsu Ramen. *Note: There was a discussion about a wheelchair user entering, but they were able to comfortably eat at the counter.

"I visited 'Ramen Juki' in Esaka and tried the 'Kakei RED' (850 yen). The broth is made from a blend of chicken and pork bones, with a slightly thick soy sauce base that is smooth and creamy. The rich umami flavor from the chicken and pork bones is complemented by a hint of spiciness from the red pepper, creating a flavorful and rich broth. The noodles are thin and straight, providing a good chewy texture. The chashu pork is tender and well-seasoned, adding to the overall deliciousness of the dish. You can choose the level of spiciness from normal, 2x, medium, or extra spicy. I chose the normal level of spiciness. You can also customize the flavor with black pepper, yuzu pepper, or shichimi on the table."

I visited Ramen Itsuki in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture. It is located about 550m north of Exit 1 of Esaka Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. There is a coin parking lot nearby, making it easy to visit by car. When I visited on Sunday at 2 pm, there were about 6 customers already there. The interior has 7 L-shaped counter seats and 3 tables for 2 people. Next to the entrance, there is a 100 yen gachapon machine where you can try your luck to win a free noodle upsize. I selected the "House Style Soba" for 800 yen at the ticket vending machine without specifying the noodle firmness or amount of chicken oil. There were no fresh garlic or spicy miso on the table, but instead, there were cayenne pepper, yuzu pepper, and black pepper. The ramen had spinach and seaweed toppings, but the appearance was more like a creamy, foam-like style rather than the traditional house style. The slightly creamy chicken-pork broth had a rich umami flavor. The milky tonkotsu soy sauce flavor reminded me of the Ichigen style within the house style category. The noodles were medium-thin straight noodles with a good balance of wheat flavor and flexibility. The toppings included spinach, seaweed, thinly sliced rolled pork chashu, and plenty of white negi. If you try this ramen without preconceptions of it being a house style, you will find it to be a delicious bowl of foam-style ramen. Thank you for the meal!

Today's lunch was at Ramen Juki, where I had the House Style Soba for ¥800. The fluffy white cloudy soup with foam was amazing! The sweet flavor of the chicken and pork bone soy sauce, combined with the soft texture, was delicious. As it is a house style ramen, it came with the classic toppings of two large seaweed sheets, spinach, white leeks, and spiral-shaped chashu pork. The noodles were from Kyoto Menya Tetsuoku, with a sweet wheat flavor and round straight noodles that paired well with the soup. Despite being a hearty house style ramen, the overall dish was soft and well-balanced, creating a gentle and delicious bowl. Thank you for the meal!

It was so delicious! I tried the fluffy creamy soup for the first time and it was amazing. I chose the level 2 spiciness for the house RED ramen, and it was spicier than I expected, which surprised me a bit! If I have it again next time, I'll go for the regular spiciness haha. But it was really delicious and I liked it a lot. I didn't think I liked ramen that much, but I love it here! The added egg was also delicious with the perfect consistency.
