The excellent soba restaurant is located in a hidden gem. Delicious soba requires delicious water. The old farmhouse is lovely and the surrounding scenery is perfect. I ordered the mixed soba and rolled omelette. The soba is incredibly delicious, maybe the best I've ever had. The rolled omelette is fluffy and delicious. Even though it's far, I definitely want to come back to this place. Thank you for the meal.

I had been interested in this restaurant for a while. I made a reservation over the phone three days ago. It's a popular place, so if you go without a reservation, they might be sold out. I had the "Tsutaya Soba Trio", Nosesu vegetables, Mori Soba, Seasonal Soba (Nosesu Hachiku and grated soba), and Duck Soup Soba for lunch. For dessert, I had homemade sweet bean paste and kudzu pudding. The Soba Trio was a delightful menu for soba lovers, with each one having its own unique flavor. The Nosesu vegetables for the appetizer were fresh and crunchy. The kudzu pudding I had after the meal had a gentle flavor that paired perfectly with the homemade sweet bean paste. The restaurant is located in the mountains, surrounded by lush greenery. My stomach and heart were both satisfied. I would love to go back again.

First visit with a friend couple, they were very happy and praised the delicious food. The soba at Tsuta is so delicious that you can't find it at other stores. On this day, we had a variety of soba dishes - zaru soba, mixed soba with grated yam, and warm soba with duck dipping sauce. Each dish was incredibly delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant with a thatched roof, located in a natural setting in the mountains, also adds to the enjoyment of the soba. I come here almost every month. It's always best to make a reservation because they often turn away walk-in customers.

My favorite Tsutaya in Osaka offers three types of soba: zaru soba, tororo soba, and duck soba. I always ask for mountain village cuisine, but I always end up getting full, so I also ordered dashimaki and sobagaki separately. Even then, I got quite full. The soba at Tsutaya comes in thin, medium, and thick noodles, all of which are delicious. The restaurant is always full on business days, and those who stop by without knowing are all turned away. I think they only make soba for the reservations of that day. The weather in April was nice, so eating soba while looking at the landscape from the straw-thatched roof building and windows was a blissful time. I'm looking forward to going again next time.

I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. They didn't accept walk-ins without a reservation. I tried a course with three different types of soba. The "morisoba" was made with soba from Nagano, and it was delicious. It had been a while since I had salt soba, and it was tasty. The tororo soba and duck broth soba were also delicious, but I felt that the soba flavor was a bit lacking. Next time, I want to ask if I can get a large serving of the "morisoba" when making a reservation. The atmosphere was nice and peaceful.

I have been coming to this restaurant since it was in Gomachi, and I appreciate their consistent quality soba. The atmosphere of the old folk house matches the soba perfectly, making it even more delicious. The homemade pickles served as a complimentary dish were also exquisite. Feeling good, I also enjoyed some sake.笑

It was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the meal. It takes over an hour by car from Osaka city, but it is worth it. The carefully crafted soba noodles were delicious, and the surrounding environment was wonderful, allowing us to spend a peaceful and tasty time. I would love to revisit this restaurant if I have the chance.

Today, I visited "Sobakiri Tsutaya" in Noses, Osaka. I had a reservation for 13:30 on a Sunday. I have been a regular customer since they were in Taniroku, and the taste has not changed. The course with 3 types of soba noodles was filling, and I enjoyed a satisfying meal of soba noodles.

Three types of soba noodles (mori soba, seasonal soba, duck broth country-style soba) from a popular restaurant in Osaka have moved to Nose. The soba noodles, enjoyed while being surrounded by a lovely view and spending a relaxing time, were incredibly delicious. Reservation is required. Thank you for the delicious meal! ☺️

This is a shop renovated from an old farmhouse in the mountains. It's by reservation only, so it's hard to get a reservation on weekends, but luckily there was a cancellation and I was able to go on the same day. I ordered a set of three types of soba noodles. It was the perfect timing as it was the season for new soba noodles. The assortment of homemade pickles was a nice touch. The first dish was zaru soba, the second dish was nameko mushroom and grated radish soba, the third dish was duck dipping soba, and finally soba pudding. Each dish had a different thickness of noodles and was carefully made. I realized that because it's a set menu, they can offer different types of soba noodles. The attention to detail in the tableware was also wonderful, and you can feel the owner's sense throughout the place. Not only the taste, but the whole experience feels well thought out. At 2500 yen, the cost performance is also great.

I visit my favorite Tsutaya once a month, and on this day, the weather was great with a clear blue sky. I was so happy to eat soba while enjoying the view. No matter how many times I eat it, the soba at Tsutaya is really delicious. I became addicted to soba after eating it for the first time at Tsutaya. I have never had such delicious soba before. The dipping sauce is also delicious, and the duck broth is amazing. The aroma of the delicious soba is also great. The delicious soba eaten in this location is even more delicious. It's worth coming all the way here for this soba.

I had three types of soba noodles. The location is good, with the smell of firewood and delicious air, making it a refreshing place to dine. However, the soba itself lacks aroma and the texture is not very good. It might be suitable for those who prioritize the smoothness of the noodles. I tried three types, but the amount of soba was a bit too much, and the soba itself is plain, so I got bored halfway through. It's not worth recommending or revisiting, so I rate it 2 out of 5.

For lunch, I had soba noodles at Tsutaya. It's located in a nature-rich area in Nose, which was a bit far. I tried three types of soba noodles: mixed soba, seasonal soba, and duck dipping soba. They were all delicious. The restaurant was full of reserved customers, so I wonder how many regulars they have. It took a bit of time for the dishes to come out, but I would like to visit this restaurant again.

Soba Tsuta is my number one choice for eating soba. It takes about an hour by car to get there, but it's totally worth it to enjoy the delicious soba at Tsuta (^_-)-☆ It's a nice drive, especially on a sunny day. Today, I visited with a friend's daughter and her husband for the first time, and they were really pleased with the tasty soba. Not only the soba, but all the dishes were delicious too. I've had good soba in Osaka, but once you try the soba here, you won't want to go anywhere else (laughs). I always order the pickles, vegetable dishes, and three types of soba, instead of a set course. The servings are quite large, so if you have a small appetite, it's better to order half the dishes per person. Thank you for the always delicious soba. Thank you for the meal.

Six years ago, Soba Kiritsutaya moved from Taniroku to Nose. I've been wanting to go for 6 years, and finally made it. I ordered the menu "Three types of appetizers and two types of soba." The soba was amazing, but the appetizers were also incredible! If you want to fully enjoy everything, this is highly recommended. And... I regret not coming for 6 years. In a natural location, with delicious soba. In a world where things can be tough, it makes you forget about it. It even makes you feel kinder. The deliciousness of the soba, the hospitality of the landlady. The only inconvenience is the transportation to get here. I don't drink alcohol, so when my heart is tired, I want to come back for another mental refresh ✨ Thank you for the meal ♫

A few years ago, I came to Tsutaya and became a fan of their amazing soba. I try to come every month because I love it so much. I always invite my friends to come with me, and they also really enjoy it. The soba is delicious, and the simple dishes are also very tasty and filling. Surrounded by fields, mountains, and greenery, on sunny days it feels like time stops and you can relax in a luxurious way. It takes time, but it's worth it to come here. I always order the full course: 2 vegetable dishes, 3 types of soba, pickles, and dessert. 1. Zaru soba: thin noodles with a great texture and incredibly delicious. 2. Choice of sesame, nameko, or tororo soba - all are tasty. 3. Duck dipping soba: I always get it warm, and it's so good with the thick noodles and flavorful duck broth. I believe you can't find soba of this high quality at other restaurants. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Every year, I used to come to Tanba to buy black edamame. I wanted to eat delicious soba, so I moved a little and made a reservation to visit. The location of the parking lot was a bit hard to find, but when I called to confirm, they responded politely. I enjoyed two courses, "Soba Sanmai" and "Inaka Yasai," with various soba dishes like Mori Soba, Duck Soup Soba, Nameko Soba, and Salt Soba. They were all delicious.

About a month ago, I tried to visit this place, but all weekend slots were fully booked for the next month. Curious about its popularity despite the inconvenience, I decided to visit on a weekday. I made a reservation in the morning of the same day and drove there as public transportation seemed inconvenient. It took about an hour from Osaka city. I arrived at 12:35 and found the place almost full with 12 customers in 4 groups. The restaurant, with a thatched roof, seemed to be a renovated old house with a charming atmosphere. Inside, there were unique dolls hanging and the visible structure of the thatched roof was impressive. The restaurant had a seating arrangement of 6 seats x 1, 4 seats x 2, and 2 seats x 3, managed by a couple. I ordered the following: - Soba set (tax excluded): 2800 yen - Pickles and three types of soba - Nonsense grape soda: 650 yen - Non-alcoholic drink: 450 yen - Kudzu pudding: 300 yen Here are my thoughts on the food: - Soba only: - Pickled cucumber with perilla, soy sauce pickled cucumber, cucumber with rice bran, edamame - Soba from Tsunan, Niigata, with ultra-thin noodles boiled for 20 seconds. The aroma and flavor were strong, and the broth had a mild taste followed by a sharp bonito flavor. - I chose the soba with hijiki out of three options. The soba was the same as the previous one, and the dish was surprisingly refreshing despite the dark broth. Unfortunately, the soba deteriorated quickly and became difficult to eat halfway through. - Thick soba noodles from Otari, Nagano (3-4mm square) with duck soup resembling a clear pork soup. The texture of the noodles was delightful, but the visual appearance of the duck meat was a bit disappointing. The restaurant also offers soba from Gunma (Akagi?) and Shimane (Sanbe), indicating a high potential for different types of soba. Despite my selection mistake, I felt that this soba restaurant has great potential. I left the restaurant at 14:20, with 4 customers remaining. The restaurant seems to control the number of customers by operating with only the couple present.

This is my favorite soba restaurant that I have ever eaten at. I have tried some of the top soba restaurants and famous ones, but this one is the best for me, at least for now. It is currently located in Kawashinosei, and although the business format has changed drastically from when it was in Taniroku, I am happy that I can relax and enjoy a leisurely meal here. I hope they bring back the mackerel sushi! The location, taste, and hospitality are all top-notch at this soba restaurant.

The soba restaurant with a strong presence has a very nice atmosphere. I made a reservation for a weekday lunch. The 3500 yen course was fully booked on this day. The two types of soba served had quite a generous portion. The nuka-zuke served at the beginning was delicious. The soba itself was also tasty. Both soba dishes had a decent amount, so by the second half of the course, my stomach was full. There were more female customers in the restaurant, probably because it was a weekday lunch. Thank you for the delicious soba. *Note that the restaurant has specific hours for accepting reservations (by phone), so be careful when making a reservation. I called outside of the reservation hours and unintentionally caused inconvenience to the restaurant staff... (I'm sorry to the staff at the restaurant.)
