I, who don't like ramen, dared to eat ramen. I still can't eat noodles in soup very well. But when I passed by the tantan, I couldn't resist. The pot boiling as usual. The soup poured out with noodles. The only ramen that makes me feel relieved when I see it. What's that, haha. I'll make sure to take care of my health so I can eat it occasionally, and I'll pass by again.

The menu has only one option, ramen for 800 yen. You can eat all the leeks and Chinese cabbage kimchi you want, and you can have up to two free refills of rice. The ramen has a strong punch of sesame oil and is delicious, but the best recommendation is to wrap the char siu soaked in soup with leeks and Chinese cabbage kimchi, and eat it with rice. It's incredibly delicious!! Be sure to try it out.

I was suddenly asked by my wife to come and have dinner, so I decided to choose a restaurant that is only open at night. I visited the restaurant at 7:00 pm on a weekday and was able to enter without waiting, but there were customers waiting after me. I knew I didn't have to order, so when the food was ready, I just called out that I needed rice. It was a tonkotsu ramen different from Hakata style, but it was delicious. I really wanted to have an extra serving of noodles.

Yodogawa-ku, Osaka City. Tonoshi Higashiguchi, it's been a while since I had tantanmen. Lately, it's been called Osaka Light Tonkotsu. The large pot in front of me has three pots. The soup is delicious. I want to try sipping this soup slowly someday. The noodles may be too soft for some people, but they go well with the soup. I wish they would sell this soup online. As for the rice, I ordered a small size as usual. I quickly turned it into a nira kimchi bowl, but it was bitter. I wonder if my taste buds are off. According to the internet, it's due to stress and aging. I will visit again to confirm.

This is an open-style restaurant. It is a long-established ramen shop that reopened a few years ago after a fire incident that forced it to close temporarily. Before the fire, it was located near Shonben Yokocho, and I used to visit occasionally during my college days. When people think of Juso, many associate it with tantanmen! However, they do not serve tantanmen here. I visited on a weekday night around 8 pm after drinking. The place was not full, but it was crowded with customers. Here are the key points: You don't need to place an order. Once you sit down, the ramen will automatically be served to you. The price is 800 yen, which includes two free servings of rice. When the ramen arrives, you will be asked if you want rice. Answer accordingly. The ramen has a light Kansai-style tonkotsu broth with a hint of sesame oil. You can customize the flavor with items like Chinese cabbage kimchi, leek kimchi, pickled ginger, and garlic. It's a nostalgic and satisfying meal after drinking. I also tried the Char Siu Kimchi Don by placing the char siu on top of the rice. It was delicious! I will definitely visit again after a night of drinking. Thank you for the meal.

My wife and daughter are back home, so I decided to go eat ramen alone. I wanted to try the ramen at Juso for a while now, so I drove to the place and arrived a little before their opening time of 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, they were opening at 6:30 PM, so I had to wait outside. After waiting for 30 minutes, I finally got in and ordered the ramen with a small portion of rice. The ramen was lighter than I expected, but when I added lots of spicy garlic chives and kimchi, it tasted really good. The rice was also delicious. Overall, the ramen wasn't exactly to my liking, but the combination of spicy garlic chives and rice was amazing.

The 800 yen ramen menu is the only choice and it's seriously the best ramen in Juso. It's always crowded whenever you go, and there are people waiting outside during dinner time. Most of the customers seem to be regulars, chatting happily with the master and his wife. You can have up to two free refills, and the kimchi, garlic, and leeks on the table are also free. The tonkotsu broth is light and you can drink it all up. Even though the door is left open, it's hot in this season, but you'll sweat a ton when you dig in. The tantanmen is pure bliss.️

After drinking, the best option is the light pork bone ramen menu, which is the only option available. When you sit down, the ramen will be served without ordering. The ramen costs 800 yen and comes with free rice. There is also unlimited kimchi available on the table. You can have seconds of rice and eat until you are full. The light ramen has a gentle flavor that soothes the body, making it perfect after a drinking party!

The ramen and the small rice service are really delicious. There are many local ramen shops, but this one is the best. The way the chef prepares the ramen in the open kitchen style is fantastic. The soup is made from pork bones, but it's surprisingly light. The char siu pork comes in both lean and fatty options, which is a nice touch. The rice is also delicious, although I'm not sure where it's from. All of this for 800 yen is much appreciated.

I visited a popular restaurant in the shopping street after a long time! The exterior was comforting. The inside was full, so I had to wait a bit. There was only one menu option, so I ordered the "ramen" which also came with free rice. The open kitchen was very close, and I could see the owner and the lady boss working efficiently. The ramen arrived - the pork bone soup was light, the noodles had a nice texture, and the meat was delicious. The flavor was just right, not too strong or too weak. I also ordered a lot of kimchi rice to go with it. It was so good! I hope this great restaurant will continue to thrive. Thank you for the meal.

I finally visited this long-established shop that was founded in 1984 and has always caught my attention! They don't have a menu, just a sign that says it costs 800 yen. It seems like they only serve ramen! You can have up to 2 servings of rice for free! What a deal... Despite the name "Ramen Tantan," I thought they would serve tantanmen, but it's actually tonkotsu ramen, haha. It's a classic ramen that tastes really good. I recommend trying it with garlic for a flavor boost! It's definitely delicious when eaten with rice. It's more like a genre of ramen rather than tonkotsu ramen. There is a unique taste that popular new shops cannot replicate, including the atmosphere of the restaurant and the master or lady. Personally, it's not my favorite type of ramen, but it's worth waiting in line for.

I attended a company social gathering and ended up in Juso for the after-party, which I haven't visited in 35 years. After chatting for a while, instead of heading home, we decided to finish the night here with a bowl of tantan ramen. The menu only offers ramen for 800 yen. The taste was a light tonkotsu broth with kimchi, leeks, and pickled ginger. Even though it's not recommended to eat after drinking, why is this so delicious? Thank you for the meal.

Yes, it's ramen time at "Jusann Ramen Tantan"! Ramen for 800 yen, and rice is free. After work, I met up with my friend Tatsuya at Jusann for the first time. Many people might think it's a Tantanmen specialty shop because of the name, but actually, it's a light tonkotsu ramen specialty shop. I was excited to try their historic light tonkotsu ramen! When we arrived and sat at the counter, the ramen was served before we even ordered. The menu only has ramen, so the ramen is served without ordering. They also asked if we wanted rice, which we gladly accepted. The rice is free for up to 2 bowls, which is great! [Visual] The ramen had a simple composition with a yellow tonkotsu soup, chashu, and green onions. The simplicity made the deliciousness stand out even more! [Soup] Let's start with the soup... it was so delicious! The light tonkotsu soup was light yet full of umami flavor. It was seriously tasty! It may not be the trendy type of soup, but the deliciousness of the soup with a long history is timeless! [Noodles] The thin straight noodles had a good bite to them and paired well with the soup. [Toppings] The thinly sliced pork chashu had less fat but was tender and flavorful. On the table, there were spicy leeks, kimchi, pickled ginger, and garlic. It was fun to customize the taste by adding these toppings and exploring different flavors. [Ending] I topped the free rice with kimchi, spicy leeks, chashu, and poured soup over it... it was so satisfying! I finished it all quickly. It was delicious!

Today, the ramen enthusiasts in Osaka's Juso area unanimously recommend the legendary ramen shop "Juso Ramen Tantan" for their first visit. The shop had unfortunately burned down in a fire, but was revived thanks to the strong desire of dedicated fans. It almost closed for good, but managed to make a comeback in Juso with the support of loyal customers. This long-standing shop was on my list of places to visit. The menu only offers "ramen," and once you sit down, it automatically appears in front of you. Additionally, you can have up to two free rice refills! But remember not to ask for it in advance, as they might forget. It's best to order the rice after your ramen is served. The toppings of garlic chives, red ginger, and kimchi are complimentary. - Soup: The soup is a light pork-based broth with a shiny layer of sesame oil on top. It looks quite simple but has a rich pork flavor with the sesame oil adding a nice touch. The soy sauce base is mild and well-balanced, with a hint of vegetable sweetness. The refreshing aftertaste makes it easy to drink up. - Noodles: The medium-thin straight noodles are slightly soft and chewy, perfectly complementing the hot soup. - Chashu: The pork thigh chashu comes in large thin slices and medium-sized pieces, marinated in a flavorful soy sauce. It's so tasty that you could eat as much as you want. In conclusion, this ramen is delicious! A true legend that even broth lovers will appreciate. The unique atmosphere and excellent service make this place stand out. The heat from cooking the soup right in front of you might make you sweat, but it adds to the experience. Make sure to order rice and top it with kimchi for a flavorful side dish. It's highly recommended to eat before drinking as the long queue at the end of the night indicates its popularity. The menu simply states "¥800," but many customers enjoy sipping on beer while savoring the ramen.

Light pork bone ramen. Recommended by a colleague whose weight has been steadily increasing since arriving in Osaka. This day was a casual business dinner. After exploring Juso, we ended up at Tantan. There were about 4 people waiting, but the turnover is fast. As soon as we were seated, my colleague ordered a draft beer... I vaguely remember the price being 750 yen. There were pickled ginger, kimchi, and garlic chives on the counter for self-service. And unbelievably, you can have free refills of rice up to 2 servings. I couldn't eat the rice, but my colleague ate it heartily. The ramen had a light pork bone soup with medium-thin straight noodles, bean sprouts, and chashu. It was different from Hakata's tonkotsu ramen but delicious. 23rd bowl, 89th ramen.

One of the reasons I stopped by the Tennoji area in the evening was to visit this restaurant, which opens at 6 pm. I arrived around 6:10 pm on a weekday night, and the restaurant was almost full, but I managed to slide into a seat - lucky me! The turnover rate was good, so the 7 customers behind me didn't have to wait long to get in. There is only one option on the menu, so you order by raising a finger while wearing a mask. I ordered the "Dai" (800 yen), which I think is pork bone ramen. The dish was served in about 4 minutes, which was quite fast. They also offered free rice, which I accepted. The noodles were straight and thin with a slightly soft and smooth texture. The soup was a pork bone soy sauce base, not too strong in pork bone flavor and slightly thick, with a relatively mild taste. The balance between the noodles and soup was good, and it was delicious. The toppings were simple, with two large and soft pork belly chashu slices and green onions. I topped the complimentary rice with kimchi and garlic chives, which was also delicious. I added pickled ginger and minced garlic halfway through for a different flavor, and in the end, I added the remaining rice to the soup to finish everything. It was a great restaurant with delicious food, quick service, and good value for money. Thank you for the meal! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)

On a regular day around 9:00 PM. There was a line. Waited for about 15 minutes. ===Tonkotsu Ramen Shop=== Located about a 3-minute walk from Hankyu Juso Station. It is located in a shopping street. ===Big sign, easy-to-spot exterior. Inside the shop, there is only a counter. The counter is of low height. The kitchen is right in front, and you can see the cooking process well. The place is well-cleaned.=== The menu only offers tonkotsu ramen. ===Ramen 850 yen tax included. Delicious ramen. - Soup ★3.7: Milky tonkotsu broth. Delicious. A traditional and orthodox soup. It is light and somehow nostalgic. - Noodles ★3.7: Delicious. Thin straight noodles. They are soft but still have a good chewiness. - Chashu ★4.2: Very delicious. It has a fragrant taste.=== ===Thank you for the meal.===

After watching a baseball game at Koshien Stadium, I casually stopped by Jusanzaka and ended up getting pretty drunk. It had been about 10-12 years since my last visit to Tantantan, which was before the fire that happened a few years ago. Although the location has changed, the atmosphere inside the restaurant remains the same. I ordered for a certain number of people with rice, and it was served in about 5 minutes. The ramen was delicious, just like it used to be. I added some garlic chives kimchi and finished it in no time. I hope this taste continues for a long time after overcoming the fire. Thank you for the meal!

Ramen Tantan is a ramen shop located near Hankyu Juusan Station. It is a popular spot for people who have been drinking in Juusan and are looking for a place to eat before heading home. The shop often has a line outside, especially during late night hours, so it's a good idea to check the last train before heading there. The menu is simple, with only ramen available. You don't need to place an order, as they serve you when you sit down. If you want rice with your ramen, they offer up to two servings for free. The soup is a light pork bone broth with a strong salt flavor, perfect for finishing off a night of drinking. They also provide kimchi and garlic chives kimchi on the table to add to your rice. My friend said that having ramen and rice together is the Tantan style. Whether you believe it or not is up to you. Thank you for the meal!

The ramen was a gentle tonkotsu-based broth with medium-thick noodles, bean sprouts, and chashu. It had a simple, old-fashioned flavor without any strong punches or unique features, making it a representative everyday ramen. The price of 800 yen with free refills of white rice up to two bowls was unbeatable in terms of cost performance.
