The day I visited was January 3rd! While many other shops were still closed for the New Year holidays, I found out that this shop was open in conjunction with the business hours of Crysta Nagahori and decided to visit. Upon entering the shop shortly after it opened, I saw that there were already three customers seated. The staff kindly guided me to choose any seat I liked, so I chose a seat by the aisle of Crysta Nagahori. Each seat at the counter had partitions for COVID-19 prevention measures. I ordered the Pork Chashu Ramen from the staff and waited for it to be served while observing the atmosphere inside the shop. Due to the relatively low number of customers at that time, my ramen arrived in about 5-6 minutes. The clear appearance of the ramen soup caught my eye. When I tasted the soup with a spoon, I found that it had a nice balance of richness and sweetness. The noodles were well coated with the richness of the soup and tasted delicious. As I was about to finish the noodles, I remembered the staff's recommendation to eat the rice with the Chashu and garlic chives, so I followed their advice. In terms of the recommended way to eat the ramen, I would say it was decent, but personally, I preferred to alternate between noodles, soup, and rice with some kimchi and Chashu in between. Thanks to the richness of the soup, it remained hot until the last sip, making it a perfect choice for a cold day. I finished the entire bowl and left the shop. Thank you for the delicious Pork Chashu Ramen experience.

The normal serving size of tsukemen is said to be 200g, but I asked for half, which is 100g. The noodles were slightly thinner than the main branch's, but I really liked the smooth texture. However, they put too much salt, making it very salty, so be careful when adding salt. The vinegar citrus did a great job. It was very refreshing and delicious, and it paired well with the soup. I originally planned to visit the main branch, but it was closed on Tuesdays, so I came here instead. It was delicious, so I would like to visit the main branch next time.

I had the flavored egg tsukemen, regular size, while my partner had the large size tsukemen with extra char-mayo rice bowl, and both servings had generous portions of noodles along with thinly sliced and chunky chashu in the dipping sauce. First, I sprinkle some salt and sudachi on the noodles and enjoy them as they are. The noodles have a nice texture. Then, I squeeze some sudachi into the soup and dip the noodles in. The tangy flavor of the sudachi complements the soy-based soup perfectly. Despite getting full halfway through, we were able to enjoy the meal until the end. Thank you for the delicious meal! Next time, I'll try the warm noodles.

I had to have lunch in Shinsaibashi during work. I found a restaurant online with my colleague, and after some wandering, we finally arrived. There was a wait for three people before us, and more people kept coming in. I decided to order the chicken ramen with rice and kimchi, as they didn't have ramen as a standalone option. It took about 10 minutes for the food to arrive. The soup was very light and simple, and you could add garlic and bean paste if you wanted. Even though I love garlic, I decided to eat it without any additional toppings. The soup was delicious and not too salty. I can see why there was a line. It was a very enjoyable meal.

I came to the Kadoya Shokudo Krista Nagahori store. Just like the main store, you can enjoy Chinese soba and salt soba. The distinctive feature is the sharp-edged angular noodles, and the aroma of chicken oil in the soup is strong. I had the kaeshi with soy sauce! Kadoya's level of completion is really high! I am very satisfied.

I hadn't planned on going to "Yonaki Sobа" for a while, but I couldn't resist and ended up going in. The blunt female waitress showed me to a seat at the counter. The menu was surprisingly limited for a ramen shop, so I quickly made my choice. The chewy and delicious char siu, paired with the tonkotsu soup, invaded my taste buds. The soy-based soup, which gently soothes Fukuoka locals like me, was truly satisfying. It was a perfect end to my day. (Minus 1.5 for the waitress's attitude, the price, and the firm flat noodles - not my favorite, but that's just my opinion.)

It is located right after you exit the ticket gate at Nagahoribashi Station! It was delicious, but I felt it was a bit expensive for ramen and tsukemen. The tsukemen I ordered was 1280 yen, with an additional 200 yen for extra noodles. The soup for the tsukemen had a slightly sour taste, which was not boring. ^_^

I visited a branch of Kadoya Shokudo in the Crysta underground shopping mall in Nishi-Nagahori for the first time. It was around 8:00 pm on a weekday and there were only 4 other customers, so it was not crowded. I decided to try the salt ramen set (with kimchi and rice) for 980 yen, instead of the dipping noodles which I usually have at the main store. When the bowl arrived, I was a bit disappointed by its small size, but the soup had a nice flavor with a good amount of seafood broth, especially from scallops. The noodles were thin and firm, with a satisfying texture. I mixed the char siu and kimchi on top of the rice and enjoyed it. I even poured some of the seafood salt soup over the rice to make a delicious porridge. Despite initially having low expectations, I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was.

I used to go to the Imabuku Tsurumi store often, but the Crista Nagahori store was my first time and it was a bit different, with that difference being quite significant. Well, I probably won't come back again. It's not that it's not delicious, but it's not enough for me to want to come back...

On a holiday lunch visit, three of us lined up and entered the restaurant in less than 10 minutes. Although I was tempted by the limited-time tsukemen, this time I ordered the highly recommended salt ramen. Noodles: ○, Soup: ◎, Chashu: ○, Soft-boiled egg: ◎, Kimchi: ○, Customer service: ◎. As expected from a well-reviewed ramen shop, it was delicious and we enjoyed our meal comfortably. Thank you for the meal.

The soy sauce ramen at Kadoya Shokudo is delicious as expected. This time, I decided to challenge the salt ramen! When it appeared in front of me, it was so clear and beautiful! I was impressed when I tasted it. The soup was full of umami and perfectly seasoned with salt. The noodles were delicious as well! The bamboo shoots had a good texture and were tasty! The chashu matched the soup perfectly and was delicious! The seaweed had a nice ocean flavor and was tasty! It also went well with the rice and kimchi, making me feel like I had a good salt intake! On August 18, 2023, I got off at Nagahoribashi Station on the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line and headed to a nearby restaurant for some "cold udon" for lunch. In the evening, I felt like having some hot "ramen" in a restaurant with strong air conditioning. I arrived at "Kadoya Shokudo Crista Nagahori" after a 2-minute walk in the underground shopping area of Crista Nagahori. This restaurant is a branch of the famous ramen shop "Kadoya Shokudo" in Osaka, and I have visited their Hanshin Umeda and Nishi Umeda branches before. I once lined up for an hour and a half before the opening of the main store in Nishi-machi, Nishi Ward, enjoying a bowl of tsukemen with pig's feet topping while drinking beer. There were only two customers waiting in line outside the store, and I was able to enter in just 5 minutes. I was seated at the counter and ordered the following: - Special tsukemen for 1280 yen - Pig's feet topping for 650 yen I didn't expect the branch to have the most popular "tsukemen" like the main store, but I found a signboard for it outside and decided to go for the luxurious version with pig's feet topping, just like at the main store. It took 15 minutes for the bowl to arrive, and I dug in. At the main store, they would shape the noodles by hand, rinsing them with cold water, gently squeezing them to straighten them out. Here, the noodles were simply placed into the bowl. The texture wasn't as smooth as at the main store, but it was still deliciously chewy. Unlike at the main store, they served the noodles with rock salt and vinegar with citrus, which I sprinkled on top before savoring the wheaty flavor by chewing on the thick noodles. I then dipped the noodles into the rich soy sauce-based broth, underneath which were tender pig's feet, along with thick and thinly sliced chashu, menma, naruto, and chopped green onions as toppings. The portion of noodles and meat was generous, satisfying my hunger. The well-cooked pig's feet melted in my mouth, and the next morning, my skin felt smoother and younger, thanks to the collagen. I ended the meal by asking for soup refills, and the deliciousness was so overwhelming that I ended up finishing the broth. Bon appétit!

After the Singers High live show, I often find myself struggling to find a place to eat dinner in Shinsaibashi, as the shows usually end around 9pm. This time, I went to Kadoya Shokudo in Crysta Nagahori. I ordered the Pork Chashu Ramen for ¥980, which came with rice and kimchi for some reason. The ramen had plenty of chashu and the soup was light yet flavorful. It was a classic and delicious dish. Thank you for the meal.

I had the Chinese pork ramen for lunch. It came with rice and kimchi as a set. The simple toppings were thinly sliced chashu and green onions. The rich soup warmed my body and was delicious. It was a simple and very tasty Chinese ramen. I'm sure the chicken soup or salt soup would be delicious too. I would like to eat it again when I come nearby. I didn't like the rice and kimchi.

Today, I had the famous Kadoya Shokudo's salt ramen. The restaurant was quite busy, but there were empty seats so I didn't have to wait. Right after me, a line started forming quickly. It's truly a popular place. Normally, the ramen comes with freshly cooked rice, but I'm on a diet so I didn't have any rice. The salt ramen I had today was delicious, with perfectly cooked noodles that had a nice texture. The saltiness of the soup was also delicious, but I wonder if it would be even better with rice. The rice at this restaurant is freshly cooked and delicious, so I'll have it once I've completed my diet.

I tried various delicious ways to eat from the restaurant's recommendations. It was so good. Sprinkling a little salt on the noodles and eating them as is was really delicious. The noodles made from new wheat were even tastier. Diving into the dipping sauce afterwards, the slightly sour soup paired well with it. There were plenty of chunks of meat inside, making it satisfying and delicious. Lastly, mixing the soup was nice as the sourness mellowed out. The tea-flavored pork and burdock cooked rice was delicious with the flavors well soaked in. It's a limited item, so it's lucky if it's available. Thank you for the meal.

I was looking for a ramen shop that is open until around 3pm, and found that Crispy Chubo Naga Hori is open all the time, so it's easy to go even if it's late. I was drawn to the limited wheat noodles, so I chose the tsukemen, but I regretted not getting the ramen later. Haha, next time. Thank you for the meal.

Kadoya Shokudo Ajitama Tsukemen ¥1460. I recently like whole wheat noodles, the aroma of wheat is nice. The soup is Chinese-style with soy sauce and a good amount of fat, it smoothly goes up the nose with a rough yet elegant feel. Adding toppings of green onions, sudachi, and salt made it briefly sweet at first, then a bit spicy towards the end. The chashu was tender and didn't overpower the soup, it paired well. It got a little cold towards the end, wondering if they reheat it. Also, do they offer extra soup? I drank it all without asking, haha. I went around noon and there were about 4-5 people in line, but there was space inside with all counter seats, one empty between each person. They could probably fit more if they had more staff, but I think they choose to have people wait in line. The appearance of the noodles is very beautiful, but I don't understand what's good about dipping cold noodles in slippery soup and eating them slimy. However, the chashu here is really delicious! The old-fashioned marinated flavor is recommended, maybe the chashu ramen is the way to go. If the ramen is lukewarm, it could be a fatal flaw.

I wanted to eat ramen in a hurry, so I went to Kadoya Shokudo in Crysta Nagahori. I was happy that I could enter without waiting in line. I ordered a different dipping ramen than usual. I followed the instructions from the restaurant on how to eat it. First, I tried the noodles with salt and sudachi. The chewy texture, smoothness, and the flavors of egg and wheat were delicious. Next, I dipped the noodles in the soup. It was tasty, but personally, I might prefer regular ramen. Lastly, I drank the soup with a bit of sourness. Thank you for the meal!

I ordered the Special Pork menu for 1,300 yen (tax included) which came with rice and kimchi. The soup was boiled too much and ended up too thick, which was disappointing.
