A new branch of Ichien, Enishi, and Homura series, known for their rotating menu items. Considering past hits like Chicken Shoyu and Spicy Miso, and misses like Miso Pork, I placed my order. I got the Chicken Shoyu Ramen (¥800) with extra toppings of bamboo shoots, char siu, half egg, and seaweed. The large menma here is delicious. The noodles are straight and firm, with a good chewiness. The portion size is standard. The broth is shiny with chicken oil and soy sauce, and it's really good. The overall balance is well-maintained with no flaws. I also tried the Gyoza (¥400), a small portion of 6 pieces. The seasoning is good. Though a bit oily like the main branch, a splash of vinegar and chili oil made it refreshing and satisfying. I also made a surprise visit to the ramen shop next door. How did it turn out...
