I've been here a few times but haven't left a review yet, so I decided to take some photos during the banquet ☆ This place in Furano is quite delicious, so I highly recommend it. What's more, there are not many restaurants with this kind of nice atmosphere, so it's very convenient for various occasions. At night, they usually only offer course meals, but after 9 pm, you can also order a la carte dishes! This time, a few of us visited after eating elsewhere, so we only ordered a la carte dishes! Here are some memorable dishes I'd like to introduce: - Shrimp Ajillo: This was incredibly delicious! It was at a level that moved me. The flavor of the crustaceans came out richly in the sauce, which was thick and rich. It goes well with alcohol, and the bread served with it is also excellent! We asked for extra bread as well (laughs). - Pizza (Seafood, Blue Cheese, etc.): The pizza here is also delicious... It's a crispy type that is crispy and fragrant when baked. The toppings range from simple to hearty, with about four varieties to enjoy! If you order the Blue Cheese pizza, they will also bring honey. It's delicious. - Western-style Braised Pork: A French restaurant serving braised pork!? The braised pork, topped with large mustard seeds, is tender and easy to eat. The seasoning is hard to describe... It's Japanese-style, but with a hint of Western cuisine, making it very interesting. Of course, the taste is also good! - White Wine Steamed Mussels: I hope I got the name right (laughs). It was also delicious! As it is steamed in wine, there is a slight bitterness or wine astringency. It changes the pace of drinking alcohol while eating. - Homemade Ginger Ale: There is also homemade ginger ale! It's a slightly spicy ginger ale, with a good ginger aroma, sweetness, and easy to drink. The spiciness and refreshing carbonation make for a very tasty drink. It left me feeling refreshed when I finished drinking it. This is the kind of food they serve. The course meals are also delicious! Recently, they have been participating in Sapporo's Autumn Festival, so the restaurant is on the rise! The service is usually for one to two people. There are about 20 seats. On busy days, the owner also helps out (laughs). It's a small restaurant, so the chef can accommodate various requests if they are not unreasonable! The interior is calm, so please try it once. Lunch should be available from around 1500 yen. Note that they may not be open for lunch depending on the season!
