It's been a while since I visited. I went during lunchtime and was seated at a reserved table towards the back. I ordered the corn and chicken pizza, Margherita pizza, and dried tomato and chicken cream pasta. They were delicious. The staff was also very friendly, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.

This is the main store of Tsubaki Salon, famous for its Tsubaki sandwich with pancakes and fruit. It is located in a quiet residential area in Kuwon, one station away from Sapporo Station. It always seems to be bustling with housewives who are likely to live nearby. This time, I used it for lunch with my friends. We were torn between pancakes, pizza, and curry, but since pancakes were only available from 2 o'clock, we were hungry and wanted to eat something substantial, so we ordered the popular skillet curry with additional drinks and salad. About 10 minutes after ordering, the salad and drinks arrived first. The dressing on the salad had a fragrant aroma of sesame seeds and was very delicious! With this, I feel like I could eat vegetables deliciously as much as I want. As soon as I finished the salad, the curry was brought to us. The round rice on top was cute. The cheese on top of the rice was lightly grilled. The curry was a well-stewed chicken curry, with a gentle spiciness and a deep umami flavor. We were able to have an elegant lunch sitting comfortably on the lovely chairs at the counter. Next time, I definitely want to try the pancakes or pudding!

This cafe in Chuo Ward is always crowded. I've been wanting to go there for a while but never got the chance until now! I wanted to try their limited edition pancakes! They weren't too sweet, and the salted cream sauce went perfectly with the pancake batter!

While visiting my hometown, I came to this place with a friend. It's a very nice atmosphere with delicious coffee. We had pizza, pasta, and skillet curry for our meal. I think the set with Margherita for dessert, drink, and salad was over 2000 yen, which felt a bit expensive. The relaxed atmosphere was nice though. Thank you for the meal. I have been to Tsubaki Salon many times, but I finally tried their hotcakes. Until now, the large cafe latte was impressive, but the hotcake with salty cream was too delicious ❤️ The coffee ☕️ is always delicious ❤️ It's the best ❤️

The lunch menu is quite expensive, but considering the time spent in this space, it's reasonable. It's a luxurious time. I was impressed by the design of the chairs, so I want to try sitting at the counter next time. I might even challenge the evening opening days. It's a bit tough in winter, but it's within walking distance.

I stopped by for dinner, but the only options were pizza and curry, so I ordered the curry. The curry had plenty of vegetables and was tasty, but it didn't have a unique flavor that would make me want to come back for it. The coffee after the meal was served in a cute coffee cup that was easy to drink from and tasted delicious.

When I went to the mulberry garden area and needed to kill some time, I decided to stop by this place. I had trouble opening the door because the handle was quite unique. Luckily, a customer was leaving at that moment, so I managed to sneak in. The restaurant was almost full, but they had a couple of seats available at a large 8-person table, so we were seated there. Our order arrived in 15 minutes. I had an "Iced Coffee" (600 yen) which was quite acidic with a strong bitterness that followed. I recently learned that fruity coffee refers to coffee with strong acidity. Since I'm not a fan of acidity, I'll avoid it next time (laughs). My companion had an "Iced Cafe au Lait" (680 yen) which was creamy and delicious. I wanted to try the pudding as well, but the noise from nearby customers using their laptops and chatting loudly made it difficult to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. It may have just been bad timing, but we decided to leave soon after finishing our coffee. Perhaps sitting at the counter or by the window would have provided a more peaceful experience. I had imagined this place to be sophisticated and atmospheric, so the noisy environment was a bit disappointing. Thank you, Tsubaki Salon.

I visited for a meeting and light meal. I had a parfait last time, so this time I ordered something different. I decided to try the pancake this time. I remember it was sold out last time, but luckily it was still available this time, so I had the salty cream pancake. The rich and creamy texture with a strong salty flavor went perfectly with the pancake. The pancake itself was slightly sweet, but when combined with the cream, it created a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The amount of cream was more than I expected, so I ended up eating a lot of it. The fruits served on the side added a nice touch, with their acidity enhancing the overall complex and deep flavor. I think this place has a great atmosphere and a variety of menu options, making it a good choice for lunch dates or girls' gatherings.

I visited Tsubaki Salon after several years. As someone who travels by car, having a parking lot is very important to me, and Tsubaki Salon has a few parking spaces in front of the shop, which is great for those who drive. The interior of the shop has a calm atmosphere and there are private rooms available. I had the frypan curry and a cake for dessert, and also bought a chiffon cake as a souvenir on my way home. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious, and it was a relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

I happened to pass by and suddenly hit the brakes! Oh, Tsubaki Salon is here too. The entrance with firewood is lovely, perfect for autumn. Of course, it's essential for winter too. I had plans next, so I got my usual pancakes as a souvenir. Tsubaki-san's Fruit Assortment for 1300 yen includes strawberries, pink grapefruit, kiwi, and pineapple. Even without fruit, the pancakes with whipped cream alone are delicious. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious. I really like the lunch menu here. I want to come for lunch soon. I used it for a cafe time with my boyfriend. I was hungry, so I had a hearty parfait haha I ordered a milk parfait. Caramel with a hint of black sesame, pound cake with rusk and various accents adorned it, making it look beautiful and the taste was subtly mixed with milk soft serve with a hint of salt, which enhanced the sweetness. Under the ice cream was a solid cookie base, and underneath that was soft serve. While the milk soft serve was the main theme, it was not the only thing, with thoughtful touches to keep it interesting, I love milk soft serve and was very satisfied with this dish. I ordered rosehip and lemon tea. The complex and elegant aroma is irresistible. It was delicious with the parfait. I came in this time for a quick break at the cafe, but I also saw people having regular meals here and couples too. They also have pizza! It might be a good place for a casual dinner date. I will definitely stop by again if I have the chance.

I received the premium set. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. However, there were mysterious water droplets in the container with red beans & butter, and the butter seemed to have melted. Additionally, despite the elegant atmosphere inside the restaurant, a female staff member was talking quite loudly, which was disappointing. The taste was good, so if you don't mind the small details, I recommend it.

You can relax without worrying about the distance between you and the next customer. The atmosphere is nice and the shop is clean, making it a great place for a date. They may ask if you have a reservation, so it might be better to make one. The pancakes take about 30-40 minutes to cook, and they will let you know when you arrive. The pancakes, which you've been eagerly waiting for, are delicious and disappear in a moment, leaving you feeling a bit sad.

It's been a while since I last visited. Even in the afternoon, the restaurant was crowded. Truly a popular spot. I ordered the caramel mousse tart. Delicious. This tart can bring peace to the world. My partner had the cheesecake, which was also delicious. I decided that I'll try that next time I come. I chose Ceylon Dimbula tea, but it was just average.

The spacious interior allows for a relaxing time. I had pizza for lunch with friends and enjoyed coffee afterwards. The quiet and calm atmosphere makes it a good place to have a leisurely chat with friends.

Tsubaki Salon main store. It's been a few years since my last visit. I ordered the Tsubaki Deluxe Pudding and the Nut Gâteau Chocolat. The Tsubaki Deluxe Pudding came with pudding and catarana on top. Delicious!! The Gâteau Chocolat was also delicious, of course. The seats in the back were child-friendly, so moms with kids might want to reserve a seat in the back.

Upon entering, there are counter seats and table seats, creating a relaxed and spacious atmosphere with plenty of natural light coming in through the large windows. The restaurant has a chic atmosphere with a focus on Hokkaido ingredients, produced by Hasegawa En. Menu Check: The lunch menu includes pizza, pasta, curry, and other cafe dishes, as well as a variety of desserts such as cheesecake, gateau chocolat, apple and potato butter cake, milk parfait, roll cake, and pudding. I ordered the Tsubaki Deluxe Pudding that caught my eye before entering. 1. Tsubaki Deluxe Pudding 950 yen (tax included): Appearance: Two types of pudding - a classic pudding with whipped cream and caramel sauce, and a creme caramel. They are served on a wooden plate, adding to the stylish presentation. Texture & Taste: The classic pudding has a creamy texture with the flavor of eggs and the richness of whipped cream, complemented by generous caramel sauce. The creme caramel, on the other hand, has a crunchy caramelized top that provides a different texture. It is recommended to let it sit for a bit before attempting to scoop it with a spoon to avoid it flying off due to its firmness. The contrast between the sweet and bitter flavors of the creme caramel, along with its coolness, make it a favorite. Both puddings are delicious, but the creme caramel stands out with its bittersweet taste and unique texture.

Since I went with my child, we were guided to a seat in the kids' area. I ordered the lunch menu, which included a skillet curry and a Margherita pizza with Hokkaido mozzarella. It came with a limited salad, drink set, and today's dessert. The dessert was a chiffon cake. The curry was hot and delicious, and the pizza was also good. It was a stylish and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, there were two types of coffee sets available, and I chose French coffee, which had a rich and bitter taste and was incredibly delicious.

The Tsubaki roll was elegantly presented in a beautiful dish, with moist cake and smooth cream. The carefully brewed coffee had a delightful aroma. They also offer pizza, pasta, and other meal options. During lunchtime, they have salad and drink sets available. I had the Bolognese last time, and it was delicious.
