Today's mood is Chinese ramen! So, I visited "Chukasoba Fumoto" in Hirakata City for the first time. There is a free motorcycle parking lot across the street, which is very convenient. The entrance doesn't look like a typical ramen shop, more like a hamburger or Western food restaurant. Inside, it's counter seating only, giving off a curry shop vibe.
- Arrival time: 11:20 AM
- Crowdedness: There were two young women dining ahead of me, and then a few more customers arrived, including an elderly couple and a man dining alone.
I ordered the W Chashu Ramen and it arrived in about 5 minutes. The chashu was beautifully arranged on top, a double portion! The soup was a light color, not typical for Chinese ramen. The flavor was strong with seafood notes, but had a unique Western-style taste. The menu explained that it was a double soup of pork and seafood, with burnt shallot oil. The salty soy sauce base was balanced by the soup and oil, creating a refreshing taste, almost like salt ramen. The chashu was plentiful and stayed hot throughout the meal. The noodles were thin and slightly firm, with a good chew. The chashu, marinated in red wine soy sauce, was flavorful and not too heavy. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is the kind of place that makes you feel at ease. Overall, a great restaurant that would make a nice addition to anyone's ramen rotation if you live nearby. Thank you for the meal.

Lunch Special: Double Char Siu Ramen with Half Fried Rice Set for 1,500 yen. The rare char siu is delicious, and getting the double portion was the right choice. The soup is light and easy to drink. The noodles are flavorful and tasty. The char siu is simple but excellent.

I'm in Hirakata. I feel like eating delicious ramen. I'm heading to a ramen shop I've had my eye on. It's located towards the Daiei side. The shop is at the corner. When I enter the shop, there is a ticket machine. I press the button and take a seat. The interior of the shop has only L-shaped counter seats. After a short wait, it arrives. It looks so delicious. First, I try the soup. Wow, the soy sauce flavor really stands out. They combine a double soup of Dolce Volcano and seafood with a secret soy sauce seasoning. I really liked the taste. The noodles go perfectly with the soup. Oh, and the chashu was delicious too. It was quite good overall. I'm very satisfied with the delicious ramen. I'd love to go back and eat there again.

At a ramen restaurant, since "Rokku" is included, it's probably the third store in the same chain, right? I've already visited the two other affiliated stores and know they are delicious, so this time I decided to try something a bit more expensive. I ordered the W Chashu Men for 1,150 yen (tax included). The "W" in the name indicates that it comes with double the normal amount of chashu, which covers the entire surface of the bowl. It definitely has a lot of meat, but eating so much of it can get a bit overwhelming. Still, there is a satisfying feeling of having eaten a lot of meat. The noodles are thin but have a firm texture. The soup is soy sauce-based like a typical ramen, but it feels a bit lacking. However, the green onions on top did a good job of adding some flavor. Overall, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I visited around 11 am on a weekday. It was not crowded as it was just after opening. I ordered the Chinese ramen and half fried rice set, and as mentioned in reviews, the chashu was excellent and the pork in the fried rice was delicious! The straight noodles had a deep and satisfying aftertaste, and overall it was very tasty.

Ordered the "Chashu Ramen". The noodles were more like soba than traditional ramen, with a simple and rustic flavor! However, some people may not like it. It wasn't the ramen I had imagined. The chashu was indeed large and rare, just as the reviews said! The seasoning was carefully done, and I could eat as many slices as I wanted. Personally, the fried rice was the winner.

I usually eat rich and creamy ramen or chicken broth ramen, but the soy sauce ramen here is delicious! The double soup with pork and seafood, combined with soy sauce, offers a depth of flavor within its sweetness. The chashu is also marinated overnight in a sauce made with red wine, making it so tasty that you would want to eat it on its own. Double chashu ramen for 1,280 yen. The staff, who are all good-looking and energetic, work here.

The owner of the shop used to work at the popular local shop "Menroku". I always end up ordering the fried rice because they claim to be serious about ramen and fried rice. I ordered the "Chuka Soba with half fried rice set". The soup has a balanced flavor of animal and seafood, with their unique homemade noodles. The fried rice is delicious and the cost performance is excellent. It's a convenient shop!

I used to love this place since it opened, but this time it was not that great. First of all, it was lukewarm... I used to love the chashu, but this time the rare chashu was not rare anymore! Looking forward to the next visit!

The bottom of the bowl was filled with bonito flakes, indicating a strong fish broth flavor. The DOLCE PORCO soup apparently combines a broth made with ham with a dashi base, which is then used for the chashu. The Fattutichon soup, featured in a manga, uses Jinhua ham as one of its ingredients, creating a unique and luxurious taste. The noodles at this place were firm and had a rough texture, reminiscent of soba noodles. Despite the rising prices, the bowl of ramen only costs 750 yen, making it a great value for its quality. The shop was quite popular, with a line of about 10 people even before opening. The location seemed familiar, possibly being the former location of Ramen Sho Hirakata branch.

I visited the restaurant right around opening time, so I was able to enter without waiting in line. I ordered the chashu ramen. The noodles had a good texture and a nice aroma. Personally, I really liked the chashu. I'm thinking of trying the double chashu ramen next time.

I went around 3 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon. If you have a parking ticket, parking is free for cars. The entrance to the parking lot is just a little ahead of the store. I ordered the W Char Siu and fried rice set. You buy it from a vending machine, so it's a good idea to study in advance in case it's crowded. First, the fried rice arrived. A female staff member skillfully shook the pot. It's quite cool. The fried rice is not too greasy and very easy to eat, and delicious. It has chunks of Char Siu in it, which is nice. The ramen has a light taste with straight noodles. The soup is not too heavy and easy to drink. The meat is neatly arranged. The meat is thin and easy to eat. The green onions on top are crunchy and delicious, making it seem like I could have even ordered extra noodles. If the meat had just been a few slices, it might not have received such a high rating, but I realized that the appearance and luxury are also important. Compared to the common high ratings for visually appealing parfaits or shaved ice, this ramen is definitely delicious.

The soup was delicious on a different level. The noodles, chashu, and menma all went perfectly together, making it hard to stop eating. The addition of sansho pepper for a change in flavor was also tasty. I heard the oil noodles are also delicious, so I want to go back at night next time.

Chuka soba with seasoned soft-boiled egg topping, half fried rice set for 1,200 yen. I came to Moriguchi Station for errands, so I visited this place that I've been wanting to try since it opened. It's a popular spot, so when I arrived at 12 o'clock, there were a few people waiting outside. After waiting for a while, I entered and ordered the chuka soba with seasoned soft-boiled egg topping and half fried rice set with a bang. The taste was amazing! The double soup made with pork and seafood, flavored with bonito broth, combined with the firm whole wheat thin straight noodles was delicious! The famous fried rice was also moist and tasty as rumored. Furthermore, by changing the taste with the table grapefruit pepper, it became a completely different flavor. Despite being busy during lunchtime, I was comforted by the sight of the two female staff members vigorously shaking the fried rice pan and their attentive service. It was a wonderful lunch. Thank you!

As it looks, the chashu has a big impact and is very satisfying to eat! It tends to get quite crowded. ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ It was really delicious. Thank you.♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫♫

【Chuka Soba Fumoto】
- Chashu Ramen with Flavored Egg Topping ¥1,000
- Double Chashu Ramen ¥1,080
I arrived around 2:00 PM and had to wait for about 5 minutes for a seat because the restaurant was full. The regular Chuka Soba is priced at ¥680 and offers great value for money. The soup has a Japanese-style seafood flavor, and the medium-thin noodles have a firm texture similar to soba noodles. The chashu slices are not greasy, so you can easily eat as many as you want. They provide Budou Sansho (grape and Japanese pepper) as a condiment, which adds a refreshing twist to the already light ramen. It would have been even better if they had black pepper available.
The visual impact of the Double Chashu Ramen is truly impressive with seven times the amount of chashu piled on top. It's like a bouquet of chashu! If you want to take some Instagram-worthy photos, this is the dish to try. Personally, I think the Chashu Ramen is the best option.

I wanted to visit this restaurant but didn't have a reason to go all the way to Hirakata, so it remained on the back burner. However, by chance, I had to go support someone in that area for work, so I decided to stop by after work. I was feeling hungry and ordered the "Char siu ramen" with a half fried rice set. I purchased the meal ticket and watched the cooking process at the open kitchen. The ramen was cooked by a man, and the fried rice was cooked by a woman, both beautifully presented. The first sip of the ramen soup was perfect, with a delicious seafood flavor and generous portions of char siu. The char siu was especially delicious! Next time, I definitely want to enjoy it with a beer. The more char siu, the better! As for the noodles, they were tasty at the time, but I felt that the fried rice stole the show as time went by. Overall, I was really hungry and the deliciousness of the fried rice stood out. I definitely want to go back to this place again, but I'll need to find a reason to go to Hirakata.

Hello ( ̄Д ̄)ノ This time, I had some business in the Hirakata area. I found a restaurant on social media near Keihan Hirakata Station that serves beautiful char siu ramen and delicious fried rice. It's called #Chukasoba Rokko (1F Biorn North Building, 7-1 Okamoto-cho, Hirakata City, Osaka Prefecture). I arrived 15 minutes before opening and saw on the food review website that the Char Siu Ramen and Half Fried Rice Set for 1200 yen is recommended. The place has about 10 counter seats, and I was the first one there, so I chose my favorite seat. There was Wakayama Prefecture's Sansho pepper on the table. I ordered the Char Siu Ramen and Half Fried Rice Set for 1200 yen. It arrived quickly, and the char siu was so beautiful! The char siu petals were rotating around the bowl. I was excited! The fried rice was also served at the same time. I dug in and started with the soup. It had a Japanese-style broth, maybe made with bonito flakes. The noodles were just right, thin and firm, perfect for this soup. The char siu was delicious, with a meaty flavor and a hint of sweetness from the fat. I then sprinkled some of the Sansho pepper on the char siu, and it elevated the flavor even more. The numbness of the Sansho pepper complemented the deliciousness of the char siu. The fried rice was seasoned just right, and alternating between the ramen and fried rice was the perfect combination. I finished everything in no time. It was a delicious meal of char siu ramen and half fried rice. Thank you, it was a great dining experience! ===========

I had some business in Minohashi and decided to visit. I hadn't eaten lunch yet, so I searched for a good restaurant around the station and found this place. The chashu was arranged like a blooming Rafflesia flower in the bowl. It was refreshing and very delicious. I ended up ordering the half-fried rice set, but it turned out to be quite high in carbohydrates. Thank you for the meal.

The set meal costs 1000 yen. I thought it was a bit expensive for fried rice, but it was delicious. If you like strong flavors, I recommend ordering it. The ramen also has a strong seafood taste, which I like. It's a good find in an area I often visit for work. The ramen alone is not too expensive, so it might become a favorite spot for me.

Osaka Hirakata "Chuka Soba Rokuro" is a ramen shop that I like in Hirakata! It is located on the first floor of Viorne, and there is a parking lot available with Viorne partnership where you can get a parking ticket! The cost performance is good and it has a delicious seafood and Dolce Porco double soup! The noodles are straight. You can have it for 680 yen by default. I bought a ticket for the popular Chashu Ramen Half Fried Rice Set for 1200 yen! The moist and flavorful Dolce Porco chashu was delicious with a petal-like rotation? I finished the soup completely as it was light and tasty (^^) The fried rice was also delicious with a nice texture! #Diet starts tomorrow#The Szechuan pepper goes well#Hirakata gourmet#Hirakata lunch#Hirakata ramen#Chuka Soba Rokuro#Viorne#Hirakata Viorne#Dolce Porco
