Gourmet Trip Part 12 Osaka Trip 2023 Part 2 Visited at night. Located near the Tobita Shinchi area, known for its prohibition on women and photography, where famous Japanese red-light district culture still remains. I wasn't particularly interested in that aspect, but happened to be close to this restaurant, so I decided to take a look as a tourist. The scene was truly amazing... Just as rumored, there were only incredibly beautiful women there, truly amazing. The pinnacle of those working in Japan's adult industry was there. When I arrived at the restaurant at 5:30 PM, there was already a long line... mostly foreigners. In fact, I was the only Japanese person there. Seriously, the inbound traffic is amazing!!! The weakening of the Japanese yen has increased demand from foreigners for hotels, leading to higher prices and crowded restaurants... It's a good opportunity to attract foreign demand, but it also makes you realize how Japan is becoming a developing country (T ^ T). After waiting for about an hour, when I finally entered the restaurant, the sign indicating the end of business hours was already displayed outside. Sold out by 6:30 PM with only inbound customers. Seriously, Japanese people should go to this restaurant early! I ordered the Pork Mix Tamago (Okonomiyaki) for 1,300 yen. The actual appearance of the okonomiyaki was impressive with plenty of squid, shrimp, and pork toppings!! I thought the price was a bit high, but with such quality toppings, it was somewhat justified!! And when I tasted it, the batter was generously coated with mayonnaise and sauce, giving it a strong junk food flavor. At first, I thought it was a restaurant catering to inbound tourists, but it was actually delicious!! Furthermore, as I continued eating, I felt a mysterious sweetness... Could it be the pineapple written on the menu?! It does go well with it!! Haha. Adding a fruity flavor deepens the taste!! (Sorry for the simple thinking haha). Then I tried adding the recommended chili oil by the staff!! It added a bit of spiciness and made it even more delicious!! A great flavor enhancement!! Well, it was surprisingly delicious!! Not only for foreigners, but also for everyone in Japan, it's worth a try!! If you like junk food-style okonomiyaki, you'll definitely love it!!
