"I visited 'La Ramen TORRY' in Suita City and tried the 'Salt Ramen (3 servings) (850 yen).' This time, I had the Salt Ramen, which has a broth made from chicken, pork bones, animal ingredients, and seafood, with a low viscosity salt soup with a yuzu flavor accent. The well-balanced round salt base enhances the elegant flavor of the seafood broth, with a moderate chicken umami. It has a light yet well-balanced depth of flavor. The noodles are made with medium-thin straight noodles from 'Mineya Food Industry,' with a good texture and firmness. The chashu topping includes two types of pork shoulder and belly, with a tender texture and delicious seasoning that brings out the meat's umami flavor."

Visited "raamen TORRY" near Aikawa Station in Suita City. This shop is known for its soy sauce ramen. The signature soy sauce ramen costs 900 yen. The soup has a tangy soy sauce flavor with a rich umami taste, paired with firm straight noodles and rare pork loin chashu. It was simply delicious and well-balanced. I visited around 11 am on a Saturday and was able to get a seat without any trouble.

At lunch in Suita for the second time, I had a tantanmen with soup for 900 yen, a bonito rice for 300 yen, and a sesame-flavored tantanmen. I felt the spicy punch was a bit lacking, but then I found out I could customize it to my liking by adding sansho pepper and ichimi. After having it as is, I added the sansho pepper and ichimi to take it to the next level. Feeling bold, I added an extra serving of noodles for an even spicier kick. Finally, adding vinegar gave it a taste similar to tantanmen. Sweating and feeling full, thank you for the feast. Next time, I'll try the miso ramen.

For lunch in Suita, I visited a place and tried the bonito and kelp soy sauce ramen for 850 yen, as well as the generous pork bowl for 400 yen. While I was curious about the limited menu, I decided to go with the classic soy sauce ramen this time. The rice with the generous pork bowl was also tempting. The soy sauce ramen was carefully made with bonito and kelp, and I look forward to trying the limited menu or the tantanmen next time. I will likely come back soon and provide another review!

Since its opening on April 10, 2019, this is my second visit! The café-like relaxed atmosphere is really nice! I ordered the "Shoyu Ramen" - a gentle soup with a delicious broth and slurp-worthy noodles. The meat was also tasty! It's a perfect match for the relaxed atmosphere of the shop.

Thursday 11:10 am. Two customers were already seated when I arrived. I was seated at a table in the back. There were two staff members, and the interior of the restaurant was filled with figurines, soft wooden textures, and ambient lighting, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff members seemed like they could be managers of a clothing store in America-mura, and their friendly demeanor was very appealing. - Chilled soy sauce dipping noodles ¥1200 - Soupless tantan noodles ¥700 - Kama-age shirasu rice from Wakayama Prefecture ¥400 The menu included ramen for kids and a selection of sake and Japanese rice wine, reflecting a strong connection to the local community. The lighting was stylish, and the restaurant could also be used as a small bar. The chilled noodles had a subtle kelp flavor, with a base of bonito-based dipping sauce that paired perfectly. It felt more like soba noodles than ramen. The tantan noodles were slightly lacking in portion, but the gentle umami flavor spread nicely. Adding Sichuan pepper midway through made it complete! Although it's just a guess, maybe they intentionally don't add it to cater to a wider audience, and allow customers to customize it themselves. This attention to detail may be a reflection of their consideration for the local families and community. Oops, I ordered two dishes that weren't chicken-based at a chicken ramen restaurant. Haha, I'll make sure to try the chicken next time!

Lunch visit. About 4 people arrived first. You order at your seat and pay afterwards. It was a hot day, so I chose the limited menu. Cold soy sauce dipping noodles for 1200 yen. Rare chashu for 250 yen. The cold soy sauce was quite mild, made with kelp water. It tasted stronger when eaten with salt. It goes well with the soy sauce dipping sauce, but a stronger kelp flavor would be nice. The rare chashu came with 2 slices. It was a bit firm, but delicious.

Order: Cold tsukemen with soy sauce (1.5 servings). Located between Hankyu Sakurazaki Station and Aikawa Station, this ramen shop visited around 5 PM. It was my first visit, so I was planning to try the normal soy sauce ramen, but it was scorching hot outside so I ended up ordering the cold version. The result... it was incredibly delicious! The toppings and condiments were stylishly presented, making it visually appealing as well. On hot days, I unconsciously crave this cold ramen here, it's so delicious that I highly recommend it to those nearby. However, it may be tough to walk there as it is quite far from the station...

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:38 on a regular day, and when I left, there were 4 people in the restaurant, it was 12:55. I ordered the mushroom soy sauce dipping noodles with a large portion of 1.5 servings, flavored egg, and 100g of chicken chashu for a total of 1000 yen + 100 yen + 100 yen + 250 yen. The dipping noodles were delicious, with a smooth texture and a refreshing soup with a slight acidity. The noodles were thin and there were plenty of mushrooms, flavored egg, and chicken chashu. The soup refills were also tasty. It's a hidden gem, and I will definitely come back again someday. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I had a sudden craving for tantanmen! After considering a few nearby options, I finally decided to visit "Raamen TORRY" for the first time in about 1 year and 8 months. Tantanmen seemed to be a new menu item this year. Arrival time: 12:20 PM, Crowdedness: One family waiting outside, Wait time: 5 minutes. TORRY is a great restaurant where all the noodle dishes are well-made, and you can usually get in without much of a wait. The bright, refreshing, and clean interior creates a pleasant atmosphere. I ordered the soup-based tantanmen and the chunky rare chashu rice (today's special). The rice dish I wanted was the chashu rice, and it was recommended to me from the extensive rice menu. The arrival order seemed to be mixed up, but the staff was apologetic and attentive. The tantanmen had a nice kick with a good amount of spiciness, although I personally prefer it even spicier. It lacked a bit of sweetness, but the addition of vinegar would have been a nice touch for flavor variation. Now, onto the recommended chunky rare chashu rice. The name is long! The bowl was huge, not a mini! The chunky chashu pieces were over 1cm in size, providing a satisfying and delicious meal. Thank you for the recommendation. Tantanmen without soup was popular for a while, but recently, many ramen shops have been adding soup-based tantanmen to their menus. It seems like soup-based tantanmen is trending. I've been intrigued by soup-based tantanmen for the past 4 years as well. TORRY also offers soup-less tantanmen on their menu. Despite being quite far from the station, the restaurant has maintained steady popularity since its opening, thanks to its diverse menu and consistently delicious dishes. Overall, I was completely satisfied with my meal today. Thank you for the delicious food.

On my day off, I visited JR Suita, located between JR Suita Station and JR Kishibe Station. If taking the Hankyu line, it is located between Aikawa Station and Shojaku Station, about a 15-minute walk from all stations, which can be tough in the summer or winter. The interior of the restaurant, with a wood-based theme, is clean and the figures displayed on the walls are eye-catching. There is an L-shaped counter that can seat 7 people, and two 4-person tables in the back. After ordering from the staff, you are served chilled tea while waiting for your food, which arrives promptly. The clear golden broth is made from a combination of chicken and pork dashi, seafood, and salt sauce, with a gentle flavor but a good balance of umami. The mild saltiness complements the richness of the chicken and pork flavors, and the thinly sliced pork belly and shoulder chashu are tender and incredibly tasty. The medium-thin straight noodles have a resilient texture, and the hint of yuzu adds a nice fragrance. Although it's a bit far from the station, I would like to try other menu items in the future. Thank you for the meal.

Located around halfway between Akigawa Station and Suita Station, I stopped by here today. The interior of the restaurant has counter seats and table seats, and the main menu consists of ramen and tsukemen. I ordered the soy sauce tsukemen. Let's dig in! The dipping sauce is quite refined and light, with a noticeable kelp flavor. The noodles have a good texture and I personally quite like them. The soup refills are heated up and served upon request from customers. So, thank you for the meal! I found the humidity inside the restaurant slightly bothersome, but the taste was good. The lack of a parking lot in front of the restaurant and the distance from the station make the location less than ideal.

I visited for lunch on a regular day. The restaurant was full and there were about 2-3 groups waiting outside. The owner was a young and handsome man. The ramen looked good and the taste was just right, not too strong. I ordered the spicy miso ramen, but it wasn't very spicy, so it might not be satisfying for those who like spicy food. I also ordered the Iberico pork salt lemon bowl, which was delicious. The simple seasoning made it easy to eat. The portion of rice was large, so I ended up putting the leftover rice into the remaining soup, which was also delicious. I would definitely like to go back again.

Charred miso dipping noodles with extra noodles and a large serving of chashu. Visited on a weekday night, and there are table seats at the back of the restaurant that are child-friendly. The staff warmly accommodated us, providing kids' menus and utensils. The aroma of chili oil and the tanginess of vinegar stimulate the appetite, and the dipping sauce disappears quickly with the extra noodles. The assorted 5 kinds of chashu are a must-try delicious treat.

Today, it was cold with snow flurries, so I decided to try the limited-time thick miso soup ramen. Miso soup really warms you up. This place is also popular, but I was able to visit right away because it was early. ○Ramen TORRY, 35-29 Suitocho, Suita, Osaka

I visited a ramen restaurant in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture around 1 pm on a weekday. There is no dedicated parking lot for the store, and the interior has a bright and modern atmosphere with counter seats and table seats lined up. At this time, the restaurant was about 40% full, so it was a popular place but surprisingly not crowded, which was lucky timing. On this second visit, I ordered this menu item: ★ Soy sauce ramen with the umami of bonito flakes and kelp - 850 yen It had been about a year since my last visit, but as mentioned at the beginning, the stylish appearance of the ramen remained unchanged. The soup had a rich and deep flavor of soy sauce that complemented the bonito flakes and kelp, a taste that would delight Japanese food lovers. The balance between the flavors of chicken and pork was well done, and I couldn't help but drink up the soup eagerly. The ramen came with two types of chashu (roasted pork slices) made from chicken and pork, as well as two types of sliced green onions. The medium-thin straight noodles had a good texture and were cooked to perfection, although I regretted not getting the large serving. I have been visiting this place since it opened in 2019, and I prefer the stability of this restaurant over other popular ones nearby. Thank you for the delicious meal. It was a weekday around 2 pm, and it looked like it might rain but didn't. I came to this shop. The interior has a cozy izakaya atmosphere, giving off a sense of cleanliness and comfort. I ordered the soy sauce ramen with a rich flavor of bonito and kelp for 850 yen. You order at the counter. It's a nice touch that they serve tea instead of water. The ramen arrived in less than 5 minutes. At first, I thought the broth was a bit light, but as I continued to eat, the flavor became richer with the aroma oil and toppings. The base seems to be chicken broth. The bonito flavor and animal-based umami become more prominent, creating a perfect balance without the usual monotony of traditional dashi broths. The noodles were firm and chewy, with a slight thinness to them. Delicious! The chashu consisted of two types, shoulder loin and belly. They were a bit on the small side but had a great taste. The toppings, such as thin menma and neatly arranged trefoil stems, added individuality and kept the eating experience interesting. It was a well-balanced bowl of ramen that combined freshness and nostalgia. Thank you for the meal.

This time, I went to "Ramen TORRY," located a 17-minute walk from Sogawa Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Main Line. I ordered the "Soy Sauce Ramen with Distinctive Bonito and Kelp Flavor" for 800 yen. The noodles were medium-thin straight noodles with a great texture. The chashu topping included two types of pork: shoulder loin chashu and belly chashu, both of which were delicious and full of meaty flavor. The soup had a strong soy sauce flavor, with the umami of bonito and kelp coming through nicely. I would like to try the "Elegantly Yuzu-scented Salt Ramen" next time I visit.

During a break in my sales activities around 3 pm, I was able to easily get a seat. [Order] Soy sauce ramen ¥800, flavored egg ¥100, roasted pork over rice ¥400. The soup had a gentle flavor, the flavored egg was tasty, and the rice paired perfectly with the onsen egg. Thank you for the delicious meal.

Here, we have La Men TORRY! This shop has been featured on TV and is run by brothers. They are constantly developing new menu items, including various noodle and rice dishes. While there is no parking on the street, there is a coin parking lot behind the shop!

It's a popular restaurant that is a bit far from the station, but if you go early, you can get in without waiting in line. They have a wide variety of ramen and rice bowl dishes, so it's always hard to decide what to order. Torry Ramen in Suita, Osaka.
