This is Teine. After having sushi, I stopped by a nearby Toraiya for a quick visit. As soon as I entered, I could smell the delicious fried food! Even though I'm trying to lose weight, my feet stopped on their own. A small menchi-katsu costs only 60 yen. I thought it wouldn't hurt to have just one. I bought one and put it in my backpack. I couldn't find a good place to eat, so I decided to eat while walking. I ended up eating in a large vacant lot next to an elementary school. Eating menchi-katsu under the blue sky felt so nice. It was still warm and juicy, with a strong meat flavor. It tasted even better than on a plate! I recommend trying menchi-katsu under the blue sky. It was a great meal. I hope no one saw me eating there! Haha.

I visited the restaurant to buy lunch. They mainly sell yakitori and zangi, but I discovered they also sell bento boxes! This time, I bought the "Other Bento." I guess they found naming it troublesome (^^;;) The bento was filled with tsukune, zangi, and croquette. It was affordable and a good deal. I changed locations and tried it right away. The tsukune, zangi, and croquette were all delicious! They are perfect as rice side dishes. It was my first time trying the "Other Bento," and it was delicious! I would like to come back to buy it again. Thank you for the meal٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

In the trial section, there is a take-out specialty store. They have samples of Zangi and such, so I always end up trying some as I pass by. I've bought Zangi a few times before, but the batter is too thick and the meat ends up dry, so it's not popular at home. Just casually looking around, I see the words "Time Sale 88 yen!" I've never bought skewers before, and I always order yakitori at izakayas, so I decided to give it a try. Since everything was 88 yen, I couldn't help but be drawn to the items with higher original prices. (^^; Bibai Yakitori Salt 140 yen, Bibai Yakitori Sauce 140 yen, Yagen Cartilage 100 yen, Gizzard 110 yen, Skin-wrapped Breast 120 yen. I bought 5 pieces for a total of 475 yen including tax. Is this what take-out yakitori is like? I might prefer the yakitori from a certain convenience store. I thought the meat would be more tender... The sauce was good though. The salt was a bit salty. The gizzard tasted good, but it was small. It's fine for 88 yen, but I probably wouldn't buy it at regular price. They always have Zangi samples available, and I always end up trying some, and they often have some sort of sale going on, so I might end up buying something on a whim in the future (*´ω`*) Next time, I'll aim for the half-fried option♪(´ε` ) Thank you for the mealヽ(*´∀`)

Welcome.---------- November 2016 ----------Around the Super Trial In-Store on Shotoina-dori, everyone is withdrawing |o| °д°)ノHello. Freshly fried items are lined up from the kitchen at the back. It's a good time to come, as there's a wide variety of freshly fried items. The large boxes make it look like a paradise of side dishes. The salesperson's smile and politeness are also nice. There's also an eat-in area, which is quite spacious. The white zangi is different from the salt zangi, as it's crispy and moist with a rich flavor from the tender red meat along with the crispy skin. The chicken skin senbei is crispy and juicy, with the fat evaporating even more when baked, making it a perfect snack. The chicken skin gyoza has a crispy and chewy fried skin filled with a savory filling that's enhanced with chives. One piece of filling is not enough for a drinking snack. The seseri salt is crispy and has a nice chewy texture with a good balance of saltiness. The hina skin and well-trimmed fat provide a refreshing taste. The yagen nankotsu salt has a crunchy surface and a good bite with a mix of soft and crispy textures. In between the ribs, there is a soft and firm belly with a rich flavor. The raw tsukune has a tightly packed and chewy texture with a gentle saltiness. The pork belly salt has a good balance of fatty and lean meat with a crispy texture from the green onions. The soft tsukune with sweet and sour sauce has a fluffy texture with a tangy and sweet sauce coating. The meatballs are soft and firm with a hint of garlic, and the sauce could be a bit stronger. These are only available in Teine, and it's the only place to stop by on the way back from shopping. It's supported by the locals on Jimoti, thank you. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited the Trial Teine store after a long time in October 2015. In the food court, I found Bihoro Grilled Chicken and Delicatessen En. Bihoro Grilled Chicken and Delicatessen En is a takeout specialty store, part of a local Sapporo chain. They sell yakitori and karaage, mainly on the east side of Sapporo. Their popular "Salt Zangi" is a registered trademark at the Patent Office. This store is located on the first floor of the Trial Teine store along Shoten Street in the Maeda area of Teine-ku, Sapporo. They often have special deals on products, with the "Zangi" being 30% off frequently. On this day, the "Salt Zangi" was the discounted item. I noticed they had one piece of "Young Chicken Half-Fried" left. When I asked the staff if they had resumed selling the "Young Chicken Half-Fried," they confirmed that they had restarted sales in small quantities. Despite being slightly small, I bought the "Young Chicken Half-Fried" from En after a long time. The actual weight of the "Young Chicken Half-Fried" was 279g. It was a relatively light and crispy fried chicken with a slightly strong saltiness. The meat was juicy with a good cut. It went well with beer. The price was 638 yen (including 8% consumption tax). I was happy that they had resumed selling the "Young Chicken Half-Fried" even in small quantities. Personally, the "Young Chicken Half-Fried" is my favorite item at En. Although it was slightly salty, it paired well with beer. I would rate this particular "Young Chicken Half-Fried" 3.8 stars due to its smaller size. The regular size would have been rated 4.0 stars. I would definitely buy the "Young Chicken Half-Fried" again next time. It was delicious, thank you.
