A wine party with a large group of people. The food was served at the perfect timing when we opened the wine. The fish dish was incredibly delicious! And most importantly, the cat was adorable. A chubby tsundere cat, but she seemed to enjoy being petted.

A wine bar and restaurant in America where wine enthusiasts gather. The food is delicious too, so you can enjoy it as your first stop. I couldn't get in early because it was full, so I visited late. The lamb, which is my favorite, was reliably delicious. The sautéed halloumi cheese I tried for the first time was also delicious. I was drinking with someone who seemed to be rubbing salt in my wounds that day, so I must have had a face like the lion on the wine label (laughs)

Visited for the wine selection. This shop focuses on wines from America and New Zealand, I think. They recommend wines based on the color, weight, and preferences you mention. Enjoy a dinner featuring popular Italian bistro dishes with a rating of 3.69 on Tabelog, paired with a wine course for a delightful wine pairing experience. The cool atmosphere of the restaurant and the excellent service from the master create a comfortable space. The dishes use seasonal ingredients and are very delicious. ⭐ First, soup and wine ⭐ The pumpkin potage is slightly sweet to match the wine, and the wine is refreshing! ⭐ Salmon and mushroom pasta The chef kindly changed the ingredients for me as I'm not a fan of mackerel! ⭐ Fish dish The wine was flowing, so I forgot what kind of fish it was, but the skin was crispy and the flesh was fluffy! It goes well with the sauce and the wine goes down smoothly! ⭐ Roasted duck The sweet sauce is very delicious, and when paired with the wine, the sweetness disappears. This is amazing! Very delicious! ⭐ Dessert I was recommended dessert wine, but I had quite a bit of wine, so I opted for herbal tea to sober up! It was delicious! We arrived at 7:00 pm and were seated, with only our group in the restaurant. We ordered a glass of wine with a food pairing. The mini wagyu burger was juicy and delicious, and the potato soup had a great potato flavor. The mackerel was tasty, and the truffle and Parmigiano were a great accompaniment to the drinks. I had a great time with my favorite friends. The Galician-style octopus went well with both sparkling wine and Pinot Gris, and it was delicious. The highlight of the day was when they brought out a Chardonnay from Montelena after discussing the movie "Bottle Dream." It was my first time trying it, and it had an elegant and classic feel to it, different from Napa wines. I was also happy to try the Pinot from Eyrie Vineyards. They served us various wines in glasses, so we were able to enjoy a variety of them together. Here are some notes:
- Mansfield & Marsh Methode Traditionnelle NV: Fine bubbles, bread (yeast), almond, lemon, muscat, quite rich
- Ch. Bianca Pinot Gris 2018: Fruity, clean acidity, tropical nuances
- Ata Rangi Raranga Sauvignon Blanc 2018: Passion fruit, melon, lemon candy
- Ch. Montelena Chardonnay 2016: White flowers, lemon peel, vanilla, toast, mineral notes, complex taste
- The Eyrie Vineyards Pinot Noir 2016: Cranberry, cherry, black tea, rich fruitiness without being too sweet, light and refreshing.

Wine bar in Nishi-Temma! It is a bit hidden in the back, but they have a real walk-in wine cellar with a wide selection of wines. On this day, I had the following daily course:
- Cold potage
- Fresh fish carpaccio
- Eel and bell pepper oil pasta
- Pan-fried fresh fish
- Roasted French duck breast
- Chocolate terrine
The course is easy to pair with sparkling wine and white wine. You can also order a la carte, so I recommend trying different wine pairings. Thank you for the meal.

I was so engrossed in the wine that I didn't take many photos. With my usual close friends, we had a fun time while also studying seriously. We enjoyed dishes like rape blossoms and firefly squid, bamboo shoots, carpaccio, and lasagna, each with a unique accent that made them interesting. The chef seems to have created them with wine pairing in mind. The rape blossoms and firefly squid had a crispy, nutty flavor, enhancing the refreshing taste of the rape blossoms. The lasagna had a cinnamon-like aroma that was very impressive, and it paired perfectly with a slightly bold red wine. Even wines that may be difficult to drink on their own become really delicious when paired with food. The sweet Riesling we had at the end was my favorite.

We wanted to drink some beautiful wine, so my friend and I visited the restaurant. We started with a toast with bubbly. We enjoyed some pate, water eggplant, and prosciutto. Then we ordered a beautiful white wine recommended by the sommelier, Viognier and Gewurztraminer. The Viognier was refreshing and perfect for the hot day, while the Gewurztraminer might be better enjoyed when it's a bit cooler. For red, we had Pinot Noir from Alsace and Oregon. The Alsace Pinot Noir was from the same producer as a Riesling I had enjoyed before. It's quite rare and special. Lastly, we tried a Sangiovese, which we usually don't like, but surprisingly found it easy to drink. Both my friend and I love Burgundy wines, and we appreciated that the restaurant served wines according to our preferences. We also admired the sommelier's cool demeanor. We left the restaurant happily chatting and laughing. ❤️笑

It is a casual restaurant that serves dishes that go well with alcohol. It was my first visit, but it was crowded even on weekdays. My favorite was the soup that came first and the oil pasta. The soup has a nice sweetness of vegetables, which is comforting. The pasta has a spicy kick with chunks of conger eel, garlic, and olive oil blending together to make it incredibly delicious. The dessert at the end was refreshing, making it a perfect summer course. There were also multiple wine sommeliers present, making it a great place for wine lovers.

I visited Conextion in Umeda. The interior is mainly black with unique decorations like Sanskrit-like curtains and rock-themed guitars and amps, creating a distinctive atmosphere. It is primarily a bar, but the food was also delicious. The duck croquette had a nice duck aroma and just the right amount of saltiness. The grilled lamb and beef steak were perfectly cooked with great seasoning. The lamb, in particular, had sweet fat and was very cost-effective. The portions were generous. The house wine was very tasty, and they even opened a wine not on the glass wine menu. It's a bit far from Umeda, but I would like to visit again.

Conextion in Nishi-Temma seems to be a popular bar, but this time we focused on their food! The first dish, Duck Cutlet Burger, was not only cute in appearance but also packed with the delicious flavor of duck meat. The size was perfect for a single bite and it was simply amazing! The main dish, Ribeye Steak, was also very tasty. We enjoyed a bottle of wine which was easy to drink and incredibly delicious. The service from the staff was smart and lovely. I finally visited a restaurant that I had been wanting to try for a while. It is located on the first floor of a building in Nishi-Temma, with a spacious interior that includes a counter and table seating. In front of the cellar, there is a life-sized Darth Maul figure. Since I had already eaten, I decided to just have some wine. They had a list of wines by the glass, but they also offered other options if you asked. I started with a Riesling, a 2014 vintage from Washington state. It had a sharp taste with a hint of fruitiness, which was exactly what I was looking for. For the red wine, I asked for a bold Pinot. They brought me two different types, one from Oregon with a strong fruit flavor and another with a solid structure. Both were delicious, with the former being rich in fruitiness and the latter having noticeable tannins. The owner was very friendly and the conversation was enjoyable. I look forward to trying their food next time.

Recently, I've been hooked on Italian food, maybe because of my visit to #conextion in Nishitenma. The photo shows pasta with shrimp and gnocchi-like potato Genovese. The aroma of shrimp, the chewiness of the potato, and the richness of garlic and basil were delicious. It made me want to cook Genovese again after a long time. We also ordered potato salad, green salad, and roasted lamb, all of which were excellent. I just can't resist lamb. Writing this review makes me crave something like lamb with coriander. Looking at food photos on Instagram always increases my appetite. It was a delightful meal!

Hidden gem found! An Italian and bistro restaurant in Nishi-Temma. The atmosphere of the restaurant is like a dining bar. Many couples were dining there. The meat is incredibly delicious!!! So tender. The salad also has a great flavor. Desserts are okay, and they also have a cheese platter.

After attending Mr. Fujitsugu's class in Tokyo, I decided to visit his recommended restaurant. When I mentioned that I would be submitting my marriage papers the next day, I received many thoughtful gestures from the staff! They also taught me about the fun of decanting wine. It was truly a wonderful restaurant experience.
