On the second floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store, I was captivated by the elegant and passionate service at the Hermes in-store counter and ended up buying a 100ml cologne that was nationally sold out. As I entered the store with the bag hanging, I wondered if they mistook me for a customer from the neighboring Hermes shop. A young staff member recommended a seat at the far end of the long counter, where I could overlook the glasses on the counter and be close to the chandelier paired with decorative flowers. The chief bartender greeted me politely and I ordered a Gimlet, my go-to drink. I asked for it to be served in the glass recommended by the attendant and made in my favorite glass. The bartender started preparing the cocktail a little away from me, first icing the crystal glass, then shaking the ingredients in a shaker and pouring it into the glass. The Baccarat glass he used was elegant and had a stem that was seamlessly integrated with the cup. The bartender's expertise was evident as he served a delicious Gimlet, which I thanked him for. He jokingly said that with good liquor and a beautiful glass, anyone could make a delicious drink. The adjacent customer, a wealthy foreigner, was talking to a Baccarat shop staff member about duty-free shopping, a common occurrence at Bbar. I decided to try a Coupe glass for my next drink, opting for the weighty Massena Coupe, which was introduced in 1980. The bartender emphasized the importance of tilting the glass properly to avoid spilling. I savored the drink, appreciating the glass's design and the bartender's skill. For my final drink, I chose a Heritage glass with a modern design and a metal stand. The bartender's selection of glasses reflected Bbar's unique style. He also included a water-filled glass, showcasing Baccarat's cutting-edge design. The experience at Bbar was luxurious, and I marveled at the artistry of the light and shadows in the restaurant. The bill exceeded 10,000 yen, but the high quality of the food and drinks made it worth it. Dining at Bbar was not just about enjoying cocktails but also about appreciating knowledge and culture. I left the restaurant feeling happy about the Baccarat glasses and delicious cocktails I had enjoyed. Baccarat.

Next to the Baccarat store on the second floor of Plaza Ent, there is a Baccarat BAR. The chandelier's crystal is luxurious and incredibly beautiful, true to Baccarat's style. The glasses are also beautiful, with the letter "B" engraved in the ice inside. It's lovely. However, being frugal, I feel it's a waste to throw away the ice after each drink. Plus, drinkers tend to finish their drinks quickly. I couldn't afford to stay for multiple drinks, so my luxurious time ended in a flash. If only this place were on a higher floor with a view of the night scenery... I truly think it's a shame that it's on the second floor. The service at this establishment is top-notch, one of the best I've experienced recently, so I would rate the service 4.5 out of 5.

On the 4th floor of Hilton, there is a Baccarat bar which is really cool. The drinks are delicious and I quickly had a light melon and mango cocktail. The water was also unique and impressive. It's a great place so I definitely want to come back!

It's been a while since I had a B'bar Negroni for 3000 yen, followed by a Moscow Mule for 2600 yen with a 1300 yen cover charge. It may seem expensive, but I guess that's just how it is. The place has been getting noisier lately, but today I was able to have a quiet conversation. I apologize for not having any photos of the drinks.

I found this restaurant near the hotel I was staying at and also a friend recommended it to me. The atmosphere was relaxing and they served drinks in Baccarat glasses. They had a fruit cocktail with melon and mango, which was delicious with added cream. The price for a drink was 3500 yen, but considering the atmosphere, location, and Baccarat glasses, I think it was reasonable. I would love to go there again. :)

Just seeing this is worth a visit. The tension at the counter between men makes them gradually silent. Long time no Blue Margarita! In September 2022, after enjoying the night view and French cuisine, I will have a cocktail here. It's been years since I last visited. It's a grateful experience to be able to spend such a time as an old man in his sixties. The Blue Margarita, it's been a while since I had one! The Baccarat glass enhances the taste and atmosphere. I had dinner at a new place and left the restaurant a little after 6 p.m. They open early and have a lovely atmosphere. I was seated at the middle of the counter. It's always a nice space whenever I come here. This time, I had a fruit cocktail. I chose a pear on the rocks and it was really delicious and easy to drink! My partner had a black fig cocktail with a beautiful rose garnish. This one might be a bit divisive because the rose has a strong scent, so if you don't like it, you might not enjoy it.

I stayed at Hilton and found a Baccarat shop on the same floor. The shop had a large chandelier and displayed many beautiful glasses that were available for purchase. I bought some glasses and enjoyed three delicious pear cocktails. They also offered several seasonal fruit cocktails. The shop, located within the hotel, was open late into the night and had many customers. I heard there is a Baccarat shop in Marunouchi as well, so I would like to visit there too.

It's a very lovely space! Even for those who can't drink alcohol, there are non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks available, so you can enjoy yourself. The seats are comfortable. I was impressed by the staff's clean and beautiful nails. When I asked about it, they said it's because they touch the drinks when serving customers. What a wonderful attitude! I entered the restaurant in search of a Manhattan. I was guided to the counter, placed my order, and after a short wait, my Manhattan arrived. The Maraschino cherry was served on a separate plate. I took a bite as it was and found it to have a soft texture. I then placed the cherry on a pick and added it to the glass, creating a beautiful Manhattan. The red color is lovely. The cherry had a crispy skin when eaten. I was told it was from BABBI. The strawberry cocktail was mixed with gin and had a frozen-like sensation with the ice. It had a refreshing acidity and was very easy to drink. The chocolate for palate cleansing was also delicious.

Today, I still didn't feel satisfied with my drinks, so I went to a baccarat bar for the first time in a while. I could enjoy my drink in a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff made me laugh from time to time. I feel like we talked for hours about things I couldn't quite understand about highballs (lol). When I tried to smoke a cigar at The Bar at Ritz, I was told that smoking was prohibited due to the impact of the coronavirus, so I visited here as recommended. It was a wonderful moment to enjoy a cigar in this beautiful bar while admiring the exquisite Baccarat glasses. The bartenders were all gentlemen, making it a great authentic bar. Although the prices are indeed high, with many places where you can no longer smoke cigars, being able to relax in such a lovely space is the best. I would love to visit again when I come to Osaka.

I came to an amazing place, Bar B, and I was very nervous. It feels like the first time I've been to a proper bar. As someone aspiring to be a bartender, I thought I should go to a hotel bar, so it was a good opportunity. My impression is that the hospitality was excellent.
