The soy sauce seasoning was also intense, contrary to the simple name of the ramen. The noodles were homemade thin straight noodles with a rich wheat color, providing a pleasant slurping experience. The toppings included thickly sliced chashu, menma, green onions, shallots, and what seemed to be spring greens. The chashu was tender and well-cooked, while the spring greens added a refreshing and surprising touch to the ramen.
