I ordered the char siu ramen! It was delicious with three types of char siu and a light yet flavorful soup. The regular customers seemed to enjoy the curry set, so I might try that next time. The owner and his wife were friendly and easy to talk to. There is also an ashtray for smokers outside, making it a great place to relax and have a smoke.

This is Ramen Seisakusho Kanade. It's just before 7 pm. It's near JR Namba Station, around Namba where there are few people passing by, right? It's near that former boxing world champion's gym. There are a few customers already. Today's menu is tsukemen. You can choose between seafood or chicken white broth. Today, I chose chicken white broth tsukemen. The noodles are medium-thick flat noodles, topped with flavored egg, chicken flakes, and chashu. The soup is a relatively light chicken white broth, with a slightly sweet soy sauce dipping sauce and green onions on top. Dipping the medium-thick flat noodles into the chicken white broth soup, the flavors mix well and it's delicious. The texture of the green onions is good, and the chicken flakes add a nice flavor. Adding garlic from the table enhances the flavor, especially in the cloudy soup. The flavored egg is well-seasoned, and the chashu is tender and tasty. After finishing the noodles, I added some soup to make a delicious soup-wari. It was a delicious bowl of ramen that I enjoyed after a long time.

I searched for a ramen shop nearby for lunch with a hangover and this place was highly rated. Due to the effects of the previous day's drinking, I feel like eating everything I see. A combination of soy sauce ramen, rice, and fried chicken is a sure winner. It's been a while since I had ramen that hit the spot. As I ate, I thought I might have ordered too much, but I managed to finish it with ease. I will definitely come back again! Thank you for the meal.

I had been curious for a long time, but finally had the chance to go! It was my first time, so I ordered the regular fish sauce ramen with flavored egg. The soup was definitely fish sauce flavored, light and refreshing. Personally, I prefer a bit more richness in the soup. The noodles were firm and chewy, which I liked. Next time, I want to try the version with chicken broth as well.

I found this place on Tabelog and decided to visit. The atmosphere is kind of like a hidden gem, but the location isn't great and the interior isn't particularly clean. It seems like they're running the place with just one person. When I went, they had a sign at the entrance saying they were out of noodles and couldn't make tsukemen because they didn't have someone to prepare it. The ramen had a rich soy sauce flavor, which was tasty but I've gotten used to it so it doesn't stand out as much anymore. I ordered the half portion of noodles and they were chewy and delicious. They mention it's made with chicken and bonito broth, which gives it a refreshing taste. The ramen is quite flavorful, so if it's this strong, I might have preferred to try the tsukemen. But since they had a sign saying it wasn't possible, I guess it wasn't an option.

Located in the hidden gem of Naniwa Ward, this place exudes a delicious atmosphere from its exterior. It's usually crowded, so I went right before closing time. I ordered the soy sauce ramen. The fish broth had a strong flavor but a light and refreshing taste that was irresistible. The friendly demeanor of the owner is also a charming aspect of this place.

Ramen Seisakusho Kanade (located in Inari 1-chome, Naniwa-ku, Osaka City) is a shop known for its delicious soy sauce ramen, right on the west side of JR Namba Station. They have announced that they will be open during Golden Week on social media. The shop has only counter seats and operates on a ticket system. Their signature Soy Sauce Ramen with Ajitama (seasoned egg) costs 950 yen. The slightly darker soy sauce soup has a strong umami flavor from seafood broth and aged soy sauce from Shimane. It pairs well with the slightly firm straight thin noodles, providing a good chewy texture and smoothness. The seasoned egg with its firm egg white and sweet egg yolk is also impressive. With a calm atmosphere and a friendly owner, even solo customers can feel comfortable dining here.

Today's lunchtime was in the JR Namba area. I visited a modest-looking restaurant called "Ramen Seisakujo Kanade" that I had been curious about as I passed by occasionally. It was during Golden Week, so I was worried, but they were open and doing well. It was just past lunchtime, but luckily there was one seat available. With only 8 counter seats, the restaurant fills up quickly. There were no menus or pictures, so I hesitated in front of the ticket machine, but seeing someone at the counter eating it, I decided on the "Curry Mixed Noodles" for 900 yen. It's officially called "Chicken and Seafood Soy Sauce Mixed Noodles" curry. I also purchased a small rice for 50 yen, but since it was a set, they refunded me. After a short wait, the dish arrived. The noodles were said to be 150g, but it seemed like a sufficient amount. It had minced meat, chopped green onions, and two types of chopped onions. The spiciness slightly interfered with the taste, but it provided a nice texture. The curry was spicy and coated the thick noodles well. After finishing the noodles, I dived into the white rice. Mix it all together and you have curry porridge. It was gone in no time. Today, I am grateful for a healthy body.

I visited Ramen Seisakusho Kanade for the first time. I ordered the Chicken Kanade Ramen and Tan Tan Minced Pork. The soup has a strong chicken flavor and is rich and delicious. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles and have a good texture. The chashu is tender and tasty. Thank you for the meal.

This time, I visited Ramen Seisakusho Kanade at JR Namba Station's west side for the first time in a while. I used to visit during the time when it was called Men Life Takusan, but this time it has been about 2 years since my last visit. After finishing my business trip, before heading home, I stopped by because I was feeling a bit hungry. They offer both ramen and tsukemen, but since I had been having a lot of tonkotsu broth the day before, I decided to go for a quick and easy tsukemen this time, choosing the shoyu tsukemen. To make it a bit more interesting, I added chashu to my order. The chicken-based dipping broth was delicious and coated the smooth noodles well. The thick chashu provided a satisfying chewiness. I left feeling full and satisfied. Thank you for the meal!

Today, I received a message from my wife saying "Let's eat dinner out tonight." So, I took this opportunity to explore a new ramen shop. I visited a place called "Ramen Seisakujo Kanade" located a little southwest of JR Namba Station. I had been wanting to try it since I use the Hanshin Namba Line for work. They had two types of ramen, soy sauce and chicken, and I chose the soy sauce ramen this time. I ordered the "Kanaderu Shoyu Ramen with Ajitama" which came with a flavored egg. The toppings included pork and chicken chashu, menma, green onions, and it was simple yet delicious. The soup had a subtle fish broth base with a refined soy sauce flavor that wasn't too overpowering, and the thin noodles were really tasty. It was truly a blissful bowl of ramen. I didn't see the curry tsukemen that was apparently on the menu before, but they have a variety of options like chicken ramen, chicken tsukemen, and maze-men. I would love to go back if I have the chance.

Visiting a ramen shop with coworkers in Naniwa-ku, Osaka City, just a few minutes' walk from JR Namba Station. The shop is called Ramen Seisakusho So. The photo shows the Shoyu Ramen with seasoned egg, priced at 850 yen plus 100 yen for the egg. The soup is a soy sauce-based broth with medium-thin straight noodles. It has a hint of sweetness with a rich dashi flavor. Toppings include chopped green onions, bamboo shoots, and two types of char siu pork. On the counter, there are black and white pepper shakers along with shichimi spice. I tried black pepper but I think shichimi would also go well. I'd like to try the chicken ramen next time.

Kanade-san, whom I have visited many times. Around March of this year, I went there with friends after researching online. Since then, I have visited about four times. Whenever I come to Namba, I can't help but think about this ramen. Today, I arrived just before the 6:00 opening. There was a group of people lined up in front, but I managed to get a seat. I ordered the soy sauce ramen and a chashu rice bowl. You can get a free large serving of chashu rice bowl. Amazing! The chef is alone, so you have to wait a bit. Even though he is alone, he works efficiently and I think it's really cool. I find people who handle food quickly cool. As I looked around the restaurant, I saw they also had mazesoba, which looked delicious and increased my appetite. Before I knew it, the ramen and chashu rice bowl arrived. The soup of the ramen is amazing. The sharp soy sauce and dashi are exquisitely delicious. It's not too strong, just right. The noodles are a bit firm and go well with the soup. The chashu on the ramen is big and delicious. The crunchy green onions also go well with the soy sauce. This is a perfect bowl. And then there's the chashu rice bowl. There's a lot of chashu in it. The combination with the sauce is outstanding. When you take a big bite, it's a blissful moment.笑

Yesterday (7/5), I visited "Kuso Oyaji Saigo no Hitofuri Namba-ten" on foot from Namba Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line, enjoyed a delicious bowl of clam broth, and then walked west as the rain had fortunately stopped. I had been wanting to visit this shop for a while, but hesitated because of its location near JR Namba Station. I finally decided to visit and purchased a ticket for the "Kanaderu Shoyu Ramen (850 yen)" at the ticket machine outside the shop. I sat at the counter and soon the bowl arrived. The soup was a soy sauce color with straight thin noodles, topped with chicken and pork chashu, menma, chopped green onions, and white spring onions. The soup was slightly sweet with a rich flavor of chicken bones and bonito flakes, making it quite delicious. The noodles had a chewy texture that paired well with the soup. The toppings were simple but each added a nice touch to the dish. Despite being my second bowl of ramen that day, I finished it all as it was a truly delicious and delightful bowl of ramen.

Ramen Seisakusho Kanade's first visit. It seems to be a popular shop with a line outside. There is a ticket machine outside, and I ordered the Kanaderu Shoyu Ramen with Chashu for 1,100 yen. It seems like there is no option for extra noodles. After a short wait, the ramen was served. The clear soup has a light seafood flavor. The noodles are thin straight noodles. The chashu consists of chicken breast, pork belly, and thigh meat. It also has white and green onions as toppings. The soup is light and goes well with the thin straight noodles. The noodles are highly recommended! Thank you for the meal.

I was drinking moderately yesterday... But work is work! Finished the job in Imazato area in the morning, next is the job in Naniwa Ward. Time specified for 1:00 PM... I really wish they would stop with the time specifications. I hate having free time... but I'm grateful for the work so I'll endure it. Parked at a coin parking near the site, searched for the current location. Found Ramen Seisakusho Kanade in 3 minutes on foot, around 11:30 AM. Bought a ticket from the ticket machine outside the shop. Shoyu Ramen for 800 yen, with the option of rice or pickled vegetables for an additional 100 yen. Entered the shop with one other customer already there. Placed the ticket on the counter. Self-service water, but no instructions were given. Soon after, the pickled vegetables and then the shoyu ramen were served. The shoyu ramen had a slightly oily shoyu broth with two types of chashu (pork and chicken), green onions, and bamboo shoots. First, tried the soup... It was a shoyu broth based on chicken bones with a strong flavor of bonito. Not too strong or too light, an elegant shoyu broth that was delicious! Slurped the noodles... They were medium-thin straight noodles, but they felt a bit soggy. Tried the chashu... Moist chicken breast and not rare pork chashu. The pickled vegetables on rice... Just store-bought pickled vegetables on top of rice. It was nice to have the option of white rice or pickled vegetable rice. Couldn't finish the soup completely as I had hoped. Thank you for the meal.

I had been really curious about a ramen shop near my house! I tried to go a few times but they were always closed, so I finally went for lunch this time and luckily got in when there was just one group ahead of me! The shop only has counter seats. The shop had a high rating of 3.59 on Tabelog (as of May), so I was excited while waiting. When I took the first bite, I was surprised that not only the soup was delicious, but the noodles had a great flavor too. The soup was elegant and the seasoned egg was incredibly tasty. I enjoyed it until the last drop, finishing the soup completely. I feel so happy to have such a delicious ramen shop near my house.

Ramen Seisakusho Kan is a ramen shop located in a slightly hard-to-find place. It is an independent shop opened by a former chef from Menya Life. The soup is a chicken broth base with a seafood flavor and a nice soy sauce taste, with a deep umami from bonito. There is a generous amount of chicken oil floating on top, adding richness and flavor to the light soup. The noodles are medium-thin, flat straight noodles made by Hanabusa Seimen, smooth, firm, and with a good chewiness. The balance between the soup and noodles is great, creating a flavorful bowl of ramen. It was delicious.

Let's start the day with some train spotting, and have lunch at JR Namba. Let's choose from the candidates listed in the BM. Hmm, maybe it's best to avoid the center of Namba and look for a place near OCP. How about ramen or curry near OCP? Alright, let's wait in front of the ramen shop. I'll go with the top option on the ticket machine, which is the number one soy sauce ramen. We quickly got a seat. The master was working hard alone. Let's dig in. The soy sauce broth looks rich and the noodles are thin and straight. I wish I had a bit more. I ate about 2/3 of it and ordered extra noodles for 100 yen. I also asked for the spicy meat topping for 150 yen. Just as I finished, the extra noodles arrived. The noodles are plentiful and slightly coated with sauce, maybe to prevent sticking. I eat them as is, but it lacks a bit of impact. When I add the spicy meat topping, it's delicious. This is my favorite. I find it hard to leave any soup behind. I want to finish it all. I really enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal!

I went to eat ramen for lunch. The shop I visited on that day is called Ramen Seisakujo Kanade, located about a 5-minute walk from JR Namba Station. It's a small shop with only counter seats. I went around 1:30 pm on a weekday, and the shop was full so I had to wait a bit. I bought a food ticket at the ticket machine at the entrance of the shop. I was interested in the Shoyu Ramen, but I decided to go with the Chicken Kanade Ramen with flavored egg. When a counter seat became available, I entered the shop and handed my food ticket to the staff. After a short wait, the Chicken Kanade Ramen with flavored egg arrived. The ramen toppings included chashu, menma, green onions, bonito flakes, and flavored egg. The slightly thick chicken broth soup was rich and delicious with a seafood umami flavor. The medium-thin straight noodles had a great texture and paired well with the flavorful soup. The chashu pork was very tender and tasty. It was a delicious ramen. They also had a Shoyu Ramen on the menu, which looked appetizing. I only had ramen this time, but I would like to try their chashu rice bowl when I'm really hungry next time.
