On Thursday at 13:15, I went to "Panante Temma Bridge" for "Rekka". I ordered the "Thick Kon Ramen (870 yen)". I had the "Thick Kon Tsukemen" at "Joto Rekka" the other day and I wanted to eat that taste again. Since this shop doesn't serve tsukemen, I had to go with the "Thick Kon Ramen (870 yen)". It arrived in 8 minutes. One bite. Delicious! Just as I remembered. The tsukemen broth is rich in flavor, but for ramen, the soup has a good balance of saltiness and umami. It already has yuzu peel in it, so the aroma is great. The noodles are, of course, homemade medium-thick curly noodles, with a chewy texture that blends perfectly with the soup. I finished it in no time. Even the soup was gone. With a wide variety of ramen options, "Rekka" is definitely a business person's best friend. Thank you for the meal.

Located in Yabu 4-chome, this is a shop that serves Yamagata-style ramen. They also have a branch near Keihan Temmabashi Station. Every summer, they offer cold meat soba, and this year I tried it here. The Yamagata Cold Meat Soba costs 850 yen. I waited for about 10 minutes. A chilled bowl of noodles arrived, topped with slices of chewy chicken. The cold soup was delicious with a hint of sweetness. The noodles were different from regular soba, with a nice texture. The generous portion of chicken chashu was also tasty. I'm glad I got to enjoy it again this year. I'll be back next year. The female staff in the restaurant was very efficient and provided excellent service, making it a comfortable place to dine.

The noodles were thick and chewy curly noodles. I always order the mixed soba noodles, so I decided to try something different this time. Hmm, it's not that great...maybe. It became a bit better after adding fresh shichimi spice. Eating it together with half-fried rice might have been a mistake. It's my own fault.

There is a place in Yamagata where you can enjoy various types of ramen, each with its own unique features that make you want to visit regularly. It tends to have a long line during lunchtime on weekdays. Today, still feeling the heat of summer, I wanted to try their summer limited cold meat soba for 850 yen. Surprisingly, there was no line on Sunday, but the place was bustling with customers coming and going. I bought a food ticket, found a seat, and after a short wait, my order arrived. It's not really ramen, more like soba noodles, with a sweet cold broth and thick chunks of chicken on top. I enjoyed it while adding some freshly ground seven-spice blend. There were plenty of green onions, giving it a nice touch. It was refreshing and satisfying! I also appreciate that they take allergies into consideration, so I made sure beforehand that the soba was safe for me to eat.

The signboard menu at this restaurant is the "Hippari Mix Soba." I usually only order the regular size, but for some reason, I ordered the large size this time. I ended up feeling too full and uncomfortable. As always, the taste is exquisite. I tried adding a little plum vinegar halfway through, suggesting a new way to enjoy the noodles that can only be experienced here. Towards the end, it became like a different food with the addition of rice, and I finished the meal.

"Got the Spicy Stir-Fried Fire Ramen (970 yen) which I could pay with PayPay, so convenient. I always go for level 4 spiciness with added natto and saba-like sea chicken which really enhances the flavor and makes it delicious. Added rice at the end for a satisfying finish. Enjoyed every bite until the last. Thank you!"

When I want to eat until I'm full, I always go to this restaurant. They accept payment with PayPay as well. This time, I ordered the Rekka Ramen level 4 spiciness with the Gori Karaage set. They provide paper aprons so you can enjoy the soup to the fullest. The karaage is huge! Thank you for the meal!

After finishing work, I came to the reliable Rokkasen for dinner. I arrived around 7pm and was seated right away. It's located in an office district, and I feel like it's less crowded than when I came around 8pm last time. The taste is similar to the main branch, but I think the turnover is faster here and it feels more available.

This is a ramen shop inside the station. This time I tried the mixed soba. It had minced natto and mackerel as toppings, and I was curious if they would go well with the sauce, but they actually complemented each other nicely. It also came with extra rice, so I mixed it well and finished it all. At first, I thought the amount of extra rice was small, but considering after finishing the mixed soba, it was just right.

Thank you for opening on a day when a typhoon hit, I went after about 2 months. I usually only eat the natto and mackerel mixed soba here. It's a reliable belly filler, and I could hardly eat anything else at night haha. They were playing Southern All Stars songs as usual. I wonder if other branches do the same? #Want to connect with gourmet lovers #Gourmet #Dinner #Tenma Bridge #Tenma Bridge Lunch #Tenma Bridge Gourmet #Ramen #Want to connect with ramen lovers #Ramen Instagrammer #Ramen Club #Love Ramen #Ramen Tour #Mixed Soba #Mountain Style #Mountain Style Unrivaled Raging Fire Panante Keihan Tenma Bridge Branch #Unrivaled #Raging Fire #Mountain Style Unrivaled Raging Fire #Mixed Soba #Southern All Stars #Southern All Stars Supporters #Kuwata Keisuke #Mackerel #Natto #Osaka

【Visit Date】August 12, 2023 Lunch【Order】Yamagata Cold Meat SobaI ate too much for breakfast yesterday and felt bloated. Took a quick training break nearby between matches. Tried Yamagata's soul food, cold ramen. The meat was chicken, which was okay. It wasn't crowded, but being assigned a seat at the counter was not great. Thanks for the meal.

Located in the Pannante dining area in Keihan Temmabashi, Osaka, this ramen shop specializes in Yamagata ramen. The Yamagata specialty dish, Chicken Chuka, costs 870 yen. The shop operates on a ticket system, but the staff are there to assist you. The ramen features a light soy sauce broth with tender chicken. Personally, I'm not a fan of thick noodles in soy sauce flavor, but overall, it was delicious. The ramen had a Japanese twist with toppings like seaweed and mitsuba.

"Intense Fire Stir-Fried Mixed Noodles (970 yen) allows you to choose the spiciness level from 1 to 10, so this time I ordered it with a moderate level of 4 spiciness. It includes natto and mackerel tuna, making it delicious. It also comes with extra rice, which is a nice touch. It was enjoyable until the last bite."

In the past, during the snowy winter, I went to Tsuruoka City in Yamagata Prefecture for a TV shoot for Osaka Honwaka TV's program. For lunch during the shoot, I asked the local staff for a recommended meal, and they suggested meat soba. Despite the cold weather, I thought warm soba would be a good choice to warm up, but to my surprise, the soba came with cold broth! The locals said that cold broth actually makes the soba taste better, which was quite shocking to me. The cold meat soba, which is usually served only in summer in Osaka, was priced at 850 yen. The black, firm noodles from Yamagata had a unique taste, with a refreshing yet flavorful broth that was different from typical Japanese soba. The chicken in the soba had a good texture as well. Together with the green onions, it created a harmonious and delicious combination. However, maybe it's because of my age, but eating it alongside a mini pork cutlet bowl (420 yen) was a bit challenging. I felt that there was a lot of meat in the soba this year, and the curry powder on the mini pork cutlet bowl seemed a bit excessive. But overall, I felt incredibly happy and refreshed by the cold soba. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Located inside the Tenma Hashi Panante, this ramen shop offers Yamagata ramen as its specialty, with their signature dish being the mixed noodles. However, I have been enjoying trying different ramen dishes instead. The Yamagata Tori Chuka and Yamagata Seafood Ramen are both delicious, offering a taste of the local flavors. Highly recommend trying the Tori Chuka!

This time, I visited the Yamagata ramen restaurant "Rekka" at "Panante Temmabashi" in the Keihan City Mall directly connected to Temmabashi Station. I had the "Yamagata Cold Meat Soba" which felt like a trip to Yamagata while staying in Osaka. The broth was cold and light, and the soba noodles had a unique elasticity that was addicting. I also tried the "Nama Shichimi" spice that added a nice flavor to the dish. The chicken was tender and delicious, and the large portion of crispy fried chicken with rice was also very tasty. I would love to visit again and feel like I'm traveling to Yamagata!

Since visiting the restaurant, I had a sudden craving and decided to come back. This time, I ordered the "Raging Fire Ramen" instead of the mixed noodles. You can choose the spiciness level from 1 to 10, with 2 being the normal level, so I went with 3. As a result, even at level 3, it was quite spicy. I generally like spicy food, but I'm glad I didn't go for level 4 or higher.

This popular ramen specialty shop, with three locations in Osaka, offers a dish called "Raging Fire Mixed Noodles." I ordered it with a spice level of 3 out of 10. It includes spicy miso, chashu pork, mackerel, and minced fermented soybeans mixed together with hot noodles. Even at level 3 spiciness, it packs a punch. The flavor is strongly Japanese, with a mix of different ingredients. It also comes with a small bowl of white rice, which tastes great when mixed with the leftover sauce.

The majority of ramen dishes at ramen shops are typically known as "chuka soba," but I was surprised to find thick and authentic soba noodles made from buckwheat flour. The soup was soy sauce-based with a hint of sweetness that complemented the soba well. The separately served shichimi spice added great flavor and enhanced the dish perfectly. The generous amount of tender and thick meat was also impressive. In today's inflationary times, this meal priced at 850 yen offers excellent value for money.

During my lunch break, I hopped on the subway for the first time and had lunch at a station. I tried a modified version of Yamagata's "hippari udon" called "hippari mazesoba" with natto and mackerel. The flavor of the mazesoba itself is strong, so the natto and mackerel don't overpower it. There is spicy miso, so you have to time it right or it can be too spicy.

I visited Retsuka-san after a long time! I was planning to go for the classic dish, but they had cold noodles! I tried the Yamagata cold meat soba, which had a sweet soup and medium-thick noodles. The crunchy leeks added to the summer feel of the dish. Thank you for the delicious meal!
