The McDonald's inside the Ion Rumoi store feels like a retro McDonald's from the Showa era, as the Ion itself is old. The interior is a bit small, so it may not be the best place for a leisurely meal, but it's good for a quick bite. The McDonald's in Noboribetsu store is larger. I'm torn between the Teriyaki and Samurai Mac, but the Samurai Mac with its thick beef patty is delicious. The spicy Samurai sauce adds a nice kick. For a side, I recommend the salad with onion sauce. Enjoy a quick meal and head out.

This is a McDonald's located inside the Aeon Mall in Muroran. It may be the only McDonald's in Muroran, as there seems to be one in Noboribetsu as well. The interior of the store feels a bit old compared to newer stores in Sapporo. It's a bit inconvenient that there are no toilets inside the store, and there is no place to wash hands. Especially during this time of COVID-19, it would be nice to at least have a hand washing area. The lunch set for 550 yen with a side menu and a drink is cheap. McDonald's is something I crave occasionally.

It's in Higashimachi, Muroran. Today's shop is McDonald's Aeon Muroran store. Normally, I don't write about fast food chains, family restaurants, or bento shops that are found nationwide because the taste is the same, but this place was a bit shocking. I had a free day so I decided to go around visiting shops during the day. The first stop for breakfast was here. It's a bit inconvenient to get to from my house, so I haven't eaten at McDonald's in a while, maybe half a year. It's been over two years since I had breakfast at McDonald's. I decided to have a Sausage Egg McMuffin for breakfast. There are four single seats and five four-person seats, so it's quite small. When I tried to order the Sausage Egg McMuffin set, I was shocked to hear, "We don't serve breakfast menu items." What? Is that even possible? I understand if it's outside breakfast hours like when a supermarket is inside and opens at 11 am, but is there really a store like that? I ended up getting a similar option with an Egg Cheese set. McDonald's after a long time was delicious, but I wanted to eat the muffin with my hands covered in flour... They also don't seem to have pies, so people who love apple pies should be cautious! On the other hand, it may be a rare shop that can fulfill the dream of eating a Big Mac in the morning. Thank you for the meal.

I'm in Muroran. Finished work, checked into the hotel, and looking for a bar to have a drink. Usually I go with my colleagues, but due to the pandemic, I can't invite them this time. So, I'm having a solo drink. Before that, I'm looking for a place while sipping on a shake at McDonald's. However, this store is old, with poor layout and cheap furnishings, giving off a Showa-era McDonald's vibe. I tried the Kinako (soybean flour) and Wasanbon (Japanese sugar) flavored Tsukimi (moon-viewing) Shake. It's been around for about 30 years. It felt like a bold move for McDonald's to use Wasanbon and Kinako, but when I drank it, I could taste the Kinako but the shake was elegant, not too sweet, and smooth. It felt a bit lacking though. Maybe if they used more Kinako, it would be too overwhelming! Haha. Thank you for the meal.

I went to McDonald's because Milky Fair was going on. I went to see cherry blossoms in Muroran, but they weren't blooming at all (lol). They were only about 20-30% bloomed. There is no food court in this Aeon, only McDonald's and Baskin Robbins.
- Waffle cone with strawberry milky flavor: 250 yen
The original packaging with Milky's floral pattern is cute! There is crushed strawberries on top, but it doesn't taste much like strawberries. The Milky sauce is generously poured, very milky! It's very creamy with lots of condensed milk. I love waffle cones, so I'm happy. Is it really Milky flavored? Not sure, but it was just a delicious condensed milk soft serve. Thank you for the meal!

It's an unusually hot May in Hokkaido, not feeling like spring at all. Visitors who came expecting the refreshing early summer must be quite surprised. Some people were even wearing layers of short sleeves, making it feel like January at noon. I came here for hydration and Wi-Fi access. I bought a large iced coffee for 210 yen. I quickly drank about a third of it. As usual, McDonald's puts a lot of ice in their drinks. It's cheap and I like the taste, so it's okay... My throat felt refreshed, so I started using the Wi-Fi. I thought it would connect easily since I had registered as a member before, but...? Although I connected, it seemed like the upload was working, but the download wasn't coming through... Why? I struggled for 30 minutes... I forgot to drink my iced coffee, and it became watery with all the ice melted... (T_T) I wasted time and left the store without knowing the cause of the issue.

In September of that year, there was an intense battle for first place in professional baseball between Nippon-Ham and Softbank! It was the day when pitcher Shohei Ohtani, who was with Nippon-Ham at the time, hit 164 km/h. I attended a party and came to develop the photos from that day. I went to McDonald's at AEON Muroran for lunch and chose the cheapest Chicken Set for 500 yen. Even though it was Nuggets instead of fries, the meal was good. I wonder if the menu has changed now. I miss the days when you could eat a Teriyaki McChicken Set for 450 or 500 yen. Sometimes, I crave that cheap but delicious sauce with mayonnaise and wilted lettuce. Thank you for the meal!

I went to try the Rice Burger which is rumored to be delicious, only sold in the evening. I tried the Chicken Fillet Rice Burger, but it was just okay. I thought it could have been a bit cheaper for the taste.

Stopped by McDonald's for a quick break. Ordered coffee and a double chocolate melt. The coffee was okay. The double chocolate melt was sweet but not very tasty. There weren't many seats and no Wi-Fi, so I left pretty quickly.

I don't necessarily crave it, but the seasoning is geared towards the masses and it's reasonably tasty.

I was on a business trip in Muroran. I wasn't very hungry that day, so I decided to have a light meal at this McDonald's for dinner. The restaurant is located inside the Aeon mall near JR Higashi-Muroran Station, with a spacious parking area making it convenient to visit. The eat-in space inside the restaurant is not very large, so it seems like many people opt for take-out. Since it was late, there was only one group eating inside. I ordered the "Double Cheeseburger Set (640 yen)." The burgers seemed smaller than they appear in the menu photos, but overall, the prices are set at a reasonable level. The quality matches the price, with a taste that is quite average. The fries were freshly fried and delicious. I recommend it for a light meal.

To be honest... I went for a run near the coast and ended up at a store in the direction of Higashi-Muroran Station on a Saturday evening. It was a big supermarket with limited seating, but there were also customers getting takeout and it was bustling. They strangely had us line up and wait for one register, then when it was our turn, they opened another register and called the next customer. Maybe they were busy, but there were potato chips all over the floor, and it seemed like they didn't have enough staff. The quality of both the products and service was inconsistent. I usually feel at ease using this place, but this time was a bit off.

I went shopping with my 5-year-old nephew. The staff at the McDonald's we visited were very polite, and my nephew was smiling as he placed his order. This McDonald's, which is rare in our local area, always has long lines. This time, I recommend trying the takeout option. The store was also very clean! We ordered a Teriyaki burger (without lettuce and mayonnaise), chicken nuggets, fries, and milk. It had been a while since I last shopped at McDonald's, and I found the total price to be reasonable. It's a convenient option for a small child's souvenir. The proximity of the parking lot was also helpful.

I haven't had a McDonald's hamburger in a while and I don't really like it, I prefer the chicken. I tried the new Icon Chicken with Italian Herbs that was on the menu. My first impression was that the portion was small for the price. It seems like McDonald's prices have gone up overall with the recent discontinuation of the 100 yen menu and other low-priced items. The taste of the Icon Chicken was okay, but the bun was not great as usual. I ordered a large fries with the set and ended up with heartburn, so I think a small or medium fries would have been enough.

Located in the heart of the iron town, Muroran City, is Aeon Muroran store. Due to the aging of the building, there have been considerations for relocation in recent years. My family visited this store to purchase Christmas gifts and we decided to grab a bite at the McDonald's located inside the facility. I ordered my favorite, the "Teriyaki McBurger," along with a Coca-Cola. The store was crowded, so we ate in the car. While it may not be a gourmet hamburger, the combination of lettuce, sauce, and mayonnaise in the Teriyaki McBurger is always satisfying, making me order it every time I visit.
