I bought some items for breakfast at a bustling shop, so the products were wrapped in plastic. Best Bread Selection: A small pack with 6 mini breads, great value. Fresh Cannele: Sweet and chewy. Fresh Croissant: Fluffy and chewy croissant. I would like to try them fresh out of the oven.

The score at the time of the visit was 3.59 (July 2023). I'm sneaking in an old Osaka review among the chaos caused by the Tigers doing something. I was in high spirits because I almost paid off my Youth 18 ticket in just one day. This day, I had lunch quickly with the main couple reviewers of the trip, probably until night. After finishing lunch early, I went from Osaka Station Building No. 2 to Daimaru to buy some bread. I was worried that the bread might get crushed. I was aiming for hard bread, but there were mostly soft breads here. Here is what I purchased: - Apple Pie: 356 yen - Chocolate Sweet: 237 yen - Bag fee: 3 yen The Apple Pie came in a plastic container, so that was a relief, but I was a little worried about the Chocolate Sweet. However, my worries were unfounded, as it remained intact the next morning when I ate it at the inn. The Chocolate Sweet, advertised as for adults, had a mild sweetness that was quite good. I bought this along with vegetable juice from a nearby Tamade, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast with the outside background music of cicadas. The Apple Pie was quite voluminous, I thought I couldn't finish it (laughs), but it was highly recommended! Due to a war started by a foolish former leader of a foolish country, the price of wheat has skyrocketed, causing a serious situation with bread and noodles. Both bread and noodles are the cause of obesity, but they are essential food! Furthermore, recent climate change has increased drought damage, which is worrying. I don't mention global warming because the condition of constant solar activity is how it is. After that, if volcanic activity becomes active and abnormal solar activity occurs, the so-called "ice age" will come. I'm concerned about the fact that methane gas, which has an impact 20 times that of carbon dioxide, is being released unchecked! This is also the concern of the SD grandparents, not the SDGs. Understanding and empathizing with others' pain has become necessary. Oh, I realized I started talking about a broad topic (sweat). Well, it's from Tabelog, so... Anyway, thank you. Bon appétit (at the inn).

I visited a bakery in the department store basement in Umeda, Osaka for the first time! I went on a Saturday afternoon at 6 o'clock, and about half of the products were sold out. The shop was clean and tidy, located in the department store basement. I bought a chocolate donut, which was moist and had a crispy chocolate topping - it was delicious!

The Canadian Maple Mille-Feuille Baguette for takeout at this store in the basement of Daimaru Umeda is a delicious item. When toasted, the baguette is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, allowing you to enjoy the aroma of wheat. It is so good that you can eat it as is without adding anything, indicating that the quality of the bread itself is high.

I visited "Paul Bocuse Daimaru Umeda Store" in Kita-ku, Osaka. The store is located on the 2nd basement floor of Daimaru Umeda, and I went there to buy some "bread for tomorrow (lol)". The store is spacious with a wide variety of products, allowing customers to take their time to choose. Today, I purchased two items: "Croissant Leskue" (291 yen tax included) made with AOP fermented butter (Leskue) known as a top-quality butter. It has a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior with a strong buttery taste. The other item was "Ultimate Salt Bread" (194 yen tax included) with a moist interior and a crispy exterior with a savory salt flavor. The combination of these two creates an exquisite taste. The salt on the surface adds a crunchy saltiness that is irresistible. Although there are many bakeries in the basement of Daimaru Umeda, the variety of products at this store is impressive, making it stand out. The staff work efficiently, and I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the meal.

I felt like eating shokupan. Since there weren't many good options at Hankyu Department Store, I came to Daimaru Umeda and found fresh shokupan here. It was a bit pricey at 594 yen for 1 loaf, but it was moist, fluffy, and very delicious!

I chose the "Apple Cinnamon Roll" first, which had plenty of cinnamon in the dough that was rolled around cooked apples. It was slightly sweet. Next, I tried the fresh Cannele, a popular item that sells out quickly. It was made with fresh cream and had a crispy outer layer with a soft and delicious inside.

When I went to buy bread in the evening for a taste comparison, there were hardly any bread left; it was too scarce. There were a few deli-style options and mainly sandwich bread. Popular bread sells out quickly, it seems. I tried a bread with walnuts, butter, and cheese in it. It was sweet but the combination with the dough was excellent and very delicious! I also got a takeout of salted bread. The salted bread is light on its own, but when you put it in the oven, it becomes very buttery and delicious! I would like to try ordering various other items if I go there early next time.

At the Daimaru Umeda, there is a bakery that offers a variety of creative breads. While the dough itself doesn't have any particular characteristics, the bakery is known for its innovative breads. I particularly enjoyed the Croissant-style Maple Noah priced at ¥259 and the Croissant Melon Pan priced at ¥226. The Double Chocolate Mille-feuille priced at ¥324 was also a favorite.

I love Paul Bocuse's bakery. I have been eating their bread since I was a child, so whenever I go back to Osaka, I always buy some. My favorite is the Cream Raisin bread. The combination of raisins and custard cream is incredibly delicious. My husband also loves the Garlic Toast and Spicy Cod Roe bread. We will definitely go buy some again.

I bought a cheese bread and a cream croquette doughnut with snow crab. I ate them right after purchasing, even though they were cold, they were delicious! The snow crab was amazing! The bread had a nice crispy crust and a fluffy texture, with two kinds of cheese that melted even though they were cold. The bread was soft and there were other delicious-looking breads that I don't see often in other places!

At Paul Bocuse in the basement of Daimaru Umeda, I had the following items: Snow crab cream croquette (205 yen), anpan (194 yen), milk France (194 yen), chocolate cream France (194 yen), peanut cream France (194 yen), and bonboroni (248 yen). Daimaru has branches in Kyoto and Kobe, but I always find their bread easy to eat and reasonably priced. It was delicious!

Today's breakfast was an apple pie from the underground bakery "Paul Bocuse" near Daimaru Umeda store on the second floor. They offer a variety of hard breads, making it difficult to choose just one. As I scanned the display, I found the "Luxury Apple Pie (297 yen)." Although the price seemed a bit high for a quarter cut, at 297 yen, it felt like an odd pricing. The pie had a crispy crust and a subtly sweet, chunky apple filling, giving it an elegant taste. This is a shop I always end up visiting when I have time at Osaka Station.

On a weekend evening, I went to Paul Bocuse at Daimaru and had a mini croissant for ¥453 and a custard bread. The mini croissant had a lot of butter and was delicious on its own. I enjoyed it with coffee. The custard bread had plenty of custard cream inside. Thank you for the meal!

Extreme salt bread Setouchi lemon cheesecake. For breakfast during my stay in Osaka, I bought this at the hotel. What does "extreme" mean? It's a salt bread with a solid rock salt flavor and a light, airy texture with hollow spaces. It's delicious, and when you chew it, the scent of butter lingers in your nose. Setouchi lemon has a nice acidity, which refreshes the heaviness of the cheese, but the bread itself is quite heavy. If you buy this as a snack, you'll end up feeling full. Wherever you go, you can always find delicious bread at this shop.

Vegetable and meat bread ◎○... The meat is well-seasoned, giving it a pizza-like flavor. Melon pan milk bread ◎○... A milk bread with plenty of butter that peels off layer by layer. It has a cookie dough topping like melon bread. Chocolate scone ◎○... It's so crispy that it crumbles easily.

"Paul Bocuse" in the B2 floor of Umeda Daimaru. In the spacious store, there are many types of bread lined up. ★Yudane Shokupan 388 yen (bag 5 yen) The Yudane Shokupan that is also on the poster. I like the crust, so I bought the unsliced one. Since it's freshly baked, slicing is not available at the store, so I cut it at home. The crust is crispy, and the inside is soft and delicious~♪ I still prefer mountain bread (^-^) With this deliciousness and volume, this price is a great deal! My family also said, "Buy it again," and seems to have liked it."

I purchased 5 slices of freshly baked bread at Paul Bocuse in Daimaru Umeda B2. I'm happy to see that they are now pre-sliced, which I don't remember them being before. The bread is made with ingredients like fresh cream and honey, giving it a hint of sweetness with every bite. The texture is soft and fluffy, with a light and pleasant mouthfeel. On the second day, I toasted the bread and it became even softer and fluffier.

I came to Umeda for work and bought my favorite curry bread on the way back. I went to a highly rated shop and bought a Premium Aged Curry Bread for 248 yen. The name itself sounds delicious! The outside of the curry bread was crispy, and the curry inside had plenty of chunky potatoes. It was delicious!

Cheese Toast - Croissant-style Toast For today's breakfast, I purchased a croissant-style toast with cheese on top from Paul Bocuse at the Daimaru Umeda store located on the 2nd basement floor. It cost 370 yen (including tax). It was delicious.
