When I arrived at the restaurant, there was one table available, and I was seated immediately. Apart from burgers, they also offer attractive plate menus with rice combinations, making it a tough choice. However, since this is one of the top 100 burger restaurants, I decided to go with burgers. After a while, the gourmet burgers, which are always towering, arrived. The patty here is coarsely ground, which I imagined might lack juiciness compared to the usual finely ground patties. But to my surprise, the patty was juicy and oozing with meat juices. The coarsely ground texture added an extra meaty sensation, and the flavor was rich and intense. It was so delicious that I couldn't even pause to take a sip of my drink, I just kept devouring it. Although the gourmet burger is on the expensive side, the taste justifies the price. I can't wait to come back and try the Brooklyn Mashed Beef Plate next time.

Feeling unsure, I chose the Bacon Cheeseburger for 1,870 yen including tax, and also ordered a cola for 275 yen including tax. The cola arrived in about a minute, followed by the burger in about 8 minutes. It seemed fast, like they were used to handling weekend crowds. As I climbed the stairs to the second floor, I found myself in a completely American diner-themed restaurant. Surprisingly, all the customers were foreigners. I added some extra options and ordered the Bacon Egg Burger. After waiting for about 10 minutes, a huge burger was served. I grabbed the dripping sauce with my hands and took a big bite. The buns were large, making it hard to reach the meat at first. But on the second bite, I finally tasted the juicy and flavorful meat, complemented by the large bacon. I quickly devoured the burger, sandwiching bites of salad and potatoes in between. My stomach was satisfied, and I left the restaurant feeling very content. Interestingly, there was no comedy atmosphere inside the restaurant, but as soon as I stepped outside, I was surrounded by the lively spirit of Yoshimoto Kogyo.
