Raw meat permit shop This is a quite rare and valuable shop. You can eat raw yukhoe from lunchtime at Toro Yukke Maruichi Maruyama. I couldn't experience this kind of shop during lunchtime, so I definitely wanted to come and look forward to it, so I came. If you look at the store information from Hot Pepper, it says that over 99% of the beef circulating in yakiniku restaurants nationwide is for heating. In other words, it can be said that it is a rare and valuable Wagyu beef that is only 1% in circulation. And there are no wholesalers handling raw meat in Hokkaido. Of course, it should be carefully selected Wagyu beef, and it seems that the quality control is also solid, but actually eating it, I was satisfied, both the white yukhoe and the red yukhoe were delicious. The two toppings for the white yukhoe are the red yukhoe and sea urchin, a little difficult to understand from the menu, but the white yukhoe menu seems to be in a set meal. It is recommended to eat the first in Hokkaido, the white yukhoe, which uses Wagyu rib roast, according to Hot Pepper information. The white yukhoe, with a slight richness and sweetness from the melting in the mouth, is certainly delicious! It is best to eat it before too much time has passed since it was served. The red yukhoe, when eaten with the yolk, is delicious with a creamy richness, and the sea urchin, however, has the strongest influence of alum-like taste among those I have eaten recently. Also, the rice was on the tastier side, but it was delicious even when made into a soup with dashi, and the pickled radish looked good in terms of presentation, but personally, I prefer it to be served separately. I wonder if Yukke is famous. I tried both regular Yukke and white Yukke, and the regular Yukke was more delicious. Despite being advertised as a yakiniku restaurant in Maruyama, it was just a regular yakiniku restaurant. Maybe it was just bad luck, but all salads were sold out and there were no vegetables. I didn't feel like going back again.

I had a lunch of red and white Yukke bowls. They use Biei Wagyu beef. The white Yukke arrived first, with thinly sliced Wagyu beef mixed with egg, sauce, and pickled radish. It was deliciously melt-in-your-mouth. The red Yukke bowl came in a bamboo container with a generous portion of red Yukke and egg yolk on top. Transfer the red Yukke to a separate plate and mix it with the egg yolk. It was also incredibly delicious! The rice was freshly cooked and shiny. I would love to go back and eat there again!

I love meat, especially rare meat, I really enjoy raw meat. It has been 12 years since the food poisoning incident with Yuke that has faded away. I finally found a place to eat it. It specializes in Japanese beef. I made a reservation thinking it would be crowded, but there were no customers. There were only 4 staff members, 2 in the dining area and 2 in the kitchen. - White Yuke for 1980 yen: It was made from rib roast. As a fan of roast, I was thrilled! It came with an egg yolk in the middle and pickled radish at the bottom. I took a bite of the meat only. Wow! It's delicious! It was my first time eating rib roast raw, and it just melts in your mouth. I broke the egg yolk and mixed it with the pickled radish. The egg yolk added richness, but I felt the pickled radish was unnecessary. Still, it was incredibly delicious. - Red Yuke Don for 2080 yen: It was made from Japanese beef, and it was my first time trying it. It was made from the thigh. I moved it to a separate plate, mixed it with the egg yolk, and took a bite. Wow! It's delicious! What is this deliciousness? It had a good texture because it was from the thigh, and the richness of Japanese beef. Isn't this art? Personally, I found the red Yuke more delicious than the white one. I finished it in no time and was very satisfied. Even though it was so delicious, no customers came during my visit. Maybe it's a matter of awareness and price? I don't like crowded places, but I hope they continue without closing down, and I vowed to come back again. I recommend it to those who love raw meat.

There is a yakiniku restaurant near Maruyama Koen Station, and their specialty is Yukke. There is also a second floor seating area in the restaurant. Orders are mainly placed through a touch panel, with the staff explaining the process. The highlight is the White Yukke, which can only be eaten here in Hokkaido. We ordered the White Yukke, as well as other items like tongue and harami. The White Yukke was delicious with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. We quickly finished our meal. The other meats were also tasty, so we would like to come back again. The only downside is that the variety of alcohol options is not extensive.

The restaurant has tables for 2 people and 4 people, as well as private-like seats in the back. Although the lunch is somewhat pricey, the atmosphere is not intimidating and you can even bring your eco bag. I had decided to eat white yukhoe, but I was torn between adding it to the grilled meat or not... In the end, I went with the white yukhoe with 3 toppings: red yukhoe, sea urchin, and roast beef. You can choose the amount of rice - small, medium, or large, and I went with medium. I waited for over 30 minutes! Why does it take so long for raw food, right?! Yay!! It looks beautiful!! It's delicious!! Wrapping the meat with meat is the best!! The sea urchin was not in season, so I thought truffle might have been better, but overall I'm satisfied. Maybe I should have gone with a small portion of rice. When I asked about the amount of rice, they said it would be about the size of the neighboring customer's rice bowl, so I decided on medium. But when it was served, it was a mountain in the rice bowl. The customer next to me had already finished that mountain, I found out later, haha. It's amazing that you can enjoy raw yukhoe so confidently. The reasonable options are the garlic butter rice for 1600 yen and the wagyu hormone set meal for 1400 yen. For lunch only, alcohol such as draft beer and highball is at a special price. The red yukhoe is around 550 yen for two bites. Most customers, like me, had questions about the menu, such as whether rice was included or if you could get this at this price, and the staff answered them cheerfully and promptly. The operation seemed not quite stable yet, and they even forgot the miso soup haha, but it was delicious, I felt their consideration, and I was satisfied. Thank you for the meal! ♡

On January 21, 2023, I visited Totoron with my friends. Last time, one of my friends had red yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) rice bowl and I also wanted to try it. So, we decided to go together. It was my first time trying raw yukhoe. They only serve it raw, and you can't order just one portion. The dinner menu was quite different from the lunch menu, with a different quality of meat. We ordered one plate (serving 3-4 people) of raw yukhoe. We mixed the raw meat with egg yolk and sweet and savory sauce before eating. It wasn't mind-blowingly delicious, but the experience of confidently eating raw meat, openly sharing that experience, and enjoying it with the members of our secret raw meat eating group was the best part. We also tried red yukhoe, mango cut, and beef tongue, but the white yukhoe at night was a unique experience. Splitting the bill for three people was a bit tough though.

Actually, Totolon, who posted about eating beef tendon curry on their first visit, also had the plain Red Yukke Don for 1,900 yen from the main menu! As you can see in the picture, it's Japanese beef Yukke! To make it easier to eat, transfer the Yukke to a small bowl, crack the egg yolk, mix it all together, add your favorite sweet soy sauce, a little wasabi, and enjoy! So delicious! Rice will definitely be refilled haha. The amount of Yukke meat is surprisingly large, maybe around 180g, but it's actually 120g. Still, it's plenty. You can even pour hot broth over it like ochazuke at the end haha. However, Totolon loves raw meat, so they enjoyed the hot broth separately later haha. Pouring the strong broth over it would take away the flavor of the raw meat haha. So it was the right choice to keep them separate (laughs). For those who really want more Yukke, there's an additional Yukke option for 1,000 yen. Maybe next time, they'll come with someone who also loves raw meat (*^^*)

On January 5, 2023, I visited a restaurant that serves Yukhoe (Korean-style raw beef) bowls for takeout. They also offer lunch service, so I decided to stop by. However, their lunch menu is the same as their regular menu, so there were no special deals or lunch sets. They mainly focus on takeout sales during lunch hours. They offer oxtail soup for 400 yen, simmered beef tendons for 500 yen, and beef tendon curry for 700 yen. Although they usually only offer takeout, they kindly allowed me to dine in on this occasion. The reason being that I parked my car in a coin parking lot without realizing it was takeout only. The beef tendon curry was amazing, with a lot of beef tendons in it. It was so rich in meat and fat that the curry flavor was a bit subtle. I wished it had a bit more spice, even if not too spicy. They mentioned that they cater to children and those who are sensitive to spiciness since they mainly focus on takeout sales. I also wanted to try their oxtail soup while I was there.

Visited a new Tore Yukke restaurant near Maruyama Park. It seemed like they had just opened in early January 2023, so the operation was a bit awkward, but the food was delicious. However, considering the awkwardness and the coldness inside the restaurant, the prices were a bit high. Each person has their own limits when it comes to pursuing safety, but since Yukke is raw, ultimately it seems to be a matter of personal responsibility. White Yukke (with red Yukke on top) was priced at 3,080 yen.
