マス オオヤマ
I couldn't read the kanji for "ひしめ" (hishime) as usual, so I was taken by my master to visit this place after work. As soon as you enter, there is a showcase with meat that is chilled and solidified. There are counter seats, box seats, and sunken kotatsu seats, and there are also seats on the second floor. Before the meat arrives, I started with some appetizers. Assorted kimchi without additives for 640 yen, including Chinese cabbage, radish, and cucumber. The spiciness is moderate and delicious. Raw senmai sashimi for 680 yen, eaten with homemade spicy vinegar miso. It's crunchy and fresh. Beef tendon ponzu for 430 yen, which makes you want white rice. Salted tongue of black-haired wagyu for 1,380 yen, with a moderate thickness. I ate it without overcooking, and it was tender with a good texture. "Akami" (lean meat) shabu-shabu for 1,680 yen, thinly sliced and quickly seared with ponzu sauce. As expected, lean meat is good for older people. Kalbi for 780 yen, with some fat, I only had a little. It was delicious, so I had to restrain myself from eating too much. Special sirloin with salt for 1,380 yen, which also had quite a bit of fat. I only had one piece, but the fat was sweet and tasty. We also ordered small intestines or something else, but I passed on that this time. I ate quite a bit, but the price was not too high, and the meat was delicious.
