"Natsuzora no Furusato" is also active on Tabelog, and it seems like it is being manipulated by Kakaku.com. Mercari is the epitome of this. They keep pushing you to list items for sale, and I ended up selling quite a bit because of it. With the proceeds, I bought quite a few things, but I end up selling half of them again. Whether buying or selling, each time, Mercari takes a 10% cut. It's a good business for them.
I am alone in Otofuke today. I came here from the Otsuk Blue to the Tokachi Sunny Otofuke. Today, I thought I would explore Otofuke first. I made a note at a store in Otofuke. When I looked it up, I found that most roadside stations are registered, so it's not surprising that Otofuke's roadside station is also registered.
I arrived early and planned to start from the roadside station, but I ended up starting much later. I wanted to have lunch in Otofuke, but couldn't find a place that caught my eye. When I spread out my notes to Obihiro, I remembered a good soba restaurant in Obihiro. So, I ended up choosing that, and the roadside station became the last stop.
Even though it was the last stop, there were still a lot of people. It's always a popular roadside station. In the courtyard, a monkey performer was showing off his skills. What should I have? I ended up having soba. Surprisingly, it was good. I asked for extra wasabi, and the reaction I got made an impression on me, but the soba and soup were decently delicious.
I thought about buying something at the shop, and I found that melons from Ibaraki were being sold at a good price. My wife likes melons, so I thought she might be happy, although I'm not sure how she will react. Even if it fails, it's okay, right? So, I bought it. It's a red-fleshed melon, but it's still quite hard. It seems like it will take some time to ripen.
I'm still undecided about whether it's better to let it ripen or not. It's still quite hard. But, I'll leave the judgment to my wife. For now, I'll eat it on my day off. It's still hard, but the firmness doesn't bother me. However, it's not ripe yet. This seems to be a matter of quality. Will it become richer if left to ripen? I don't know. But, I do know that it won't become much richer than this. It's a light melon.
A message came saying, "Both the melon and cherries are disappointing." The melon was something I bought. Well, it's a mutual thing. The melon I bought was 980 yen, while my wife's cherries were 12,000 yen, which we received as a tax payment.
