I had been curious about this restaurant for a while. It was my first time, so I ordered the classic chicken and vegetable curry. I added grilled cheese on top of the rice! I heard that the spiciness level was not too high, so I chose extra spicy, but it still wasn't very spicy. (It might vary depending on the person?) The curry had lots of vegetables and looked great, and the taste was amazing! I don't usually go to soup curry restaurants, so it was a fresh experience. It was so delicious that I want to go again soon. ♩

I went to a curry restaurant in Nishi Nagahori for lunch on a weekday. There was no line, but there were quite a few customers. I ordered the recommended vegetable curry for 1350 yen. It took about 30 minutes for the food to arrive, which was a bit slow for a lunch break. The curry looked good with various deep-fried vegetables in it. I haven't had soup curry much before, but the curry had a good amount of soup-like consistency, making it satisfying to eat. If the service improves, I would definitely want to go back again.

I'm happy that I can eat Sapporo-style soup curry in Osaka! The chicken soup curry was really delicious. They also offer takeout, and although I had to wait for over 20 minutes, the taste was worth it. The richness of the soup is addictive. You can choose the level of spiciness and the amount of rice.

I visited the restaurant with my colleagues for lunch for the second time. We arrived before 12 o'clock and the restaurant was almost full! It took a little time for the food to arrive... The curry was light and had a moderate spiciness (you can choose the level of spiciness), and the vegetables fried in it were delicious! We could also add toppings. I didn't really like curry that much, but the soup curry here is really delicious!

I walked from Nishi-Nagahori Station to a soup curry restaurant. It was my first visit on a holiday afternoon. The restaurant had a counter and tables, and was of medium size. It was almost full. I ordered the Chicken Vegetable Curry for 1250 yen, which was recommended. I chose medium spiciness, original curry, and 200g of rice. The vegetables included lotus root, broccoli, bell pepper, okra, carrot, daikon radish, cabbage, potato, eggplant, and pumpkin. The chicken was a whole thigh, including the bone which was edible. The curry was medium spicy and very delicious with various flavors. The rice was like Japanese rice, slightly yellow, and served with a slice of lemon. It was very tasty. I hadn't eaten much soup curry before, but I really liked it.

I visited this restaurant for lunch based on a friend's recommendation. We waited in line for about 10 minutes before being seated. I ordered the chicken soup curry rice with a grilled cheese topping. The spiciness level was medium, not too spicy, and it was very delicious! There were many other menu items that caught my eye, so I would like to come back again in the future!

Chicken curry with grilled cheese topping and lassi. I tried challenging the spiciness level to extra hot based on my previous experience, but it wasn't very spicy and I could handle it. A bit disappointing. This time, I topped the rice with grilled cheese and squeezed some lemon. It was really delicious. It goes well with soup curry and I kept wanting more. The broccoli was especially tasty among the vegetables. I can see why it's a highly recommended topping. The chicken was tender, but it had some bones which made it a bit inconvenient. The lassi was consistently sweet and delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I went there on the 9th night, and the seats were available. It was great to be able to eat curry at night, especially on a holiday. I ordered the braised pork curry with 200 grams of rice. The curry, which had the flavor of vegetables, was very delicious and went well with the braised pork. This is delicious. Although it is Sapporo soup curry, the atmosphere is similar to the curry shops in Shinsaibashi. I like this atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

It's been a while since my last visit. It was just before 2pm and there were 4 people ahead of me, showing that the place is still as popular as ever. I thought I could get in easily at this time, but oh well. I ordered the Chicken, Normal Soup, 150g of rice, and extra spicy. The bone-in chicken thigh meat melts in your mouth, and there's plenty of vegetables for a satisfying portion. I always go for the Chicken Veggie option as it fills me up nicely. I chose the rice size from small, medium, and large, and they were accommodating. Even though I ordered extra spicy, it wasn't overwhelmingly hot. You can still taste the richness of the soup. The lemon adds a nice touch for some flavor variation.

Located a little closer to Shinsaibashi from Nishi-Nagahori Station, Sapporo Soup Curry JACK is a popular soup curry restaurant run by a chef who trained in Sapporo. I arrived at the restaurant around 11:45 am and it was almost full. I managed to secure a seat at the counter. It had been a while since I last visited, so I ordered the Chicken Vegetable Curry, the signature dish, with extra curry sauce and egg topping. The cutlery was simple and a cup of oolong tea cost 100 yen. The soup curry and turmeric rice were served. The soup curry was packed with vegetables and looked delicious. I squeezed lemon over the turmeric rice. When I dipped the turmeric rice into the curry, it was already delicious on its own. The soup had a bonito broth base, giving it a Japanese touch. The curry included common vegetables like carrots, okra, paprika, sweet potatoes, eggplant, broccoli, potatoes, cabbage, and eggs (quail eggs). I shredded the chicken leg and it easily came off the bone with a spoon. The deliciousness of this chicken curry is indescribable. I couldn't stop praising how delicious it was and finished it in no time. Finally, I topped it off with the egg. It was my first time eating it in a while, but it was still delicious. Sapporo Soup Curry has evolved uniquely in Japan, influenced by countries like Indonesia, while maintaining its own distinctive Japanese flavor. The Sapporo Soup Curry in Osaka may be in a league of its own with no competitors.

I visited Sapporo Soup Curry JACK Shinmachi store in Shinmachi 3-chome for lunch. I arrived just after the opening at 11:30 am, so I was able to enter without waiting in line. I ordered the Braised Pork and Veggie Curry for 1350 yen, with the option of choosing the spiciness level (I chose extra hot) and the soup base (I chose the original). The rice portion was the small size of 100g. The curry was filled with braised pork, carrots, sweet potatoes, cabbage, broccoli, lotus root, pumpkin, eggplant, okra, red cabbage sprouts, paprika, and quail egg. The braised pork was very tender and delicious. The vegetables were prepared in various ways and each one was tasty. The curry soup with a Japanese-style broth went well with everything. The rice was saffron rice with a squeeze of lemon on top. The curry had plenty of ingredients, so the small rice portion was just right. I scooped up the fluffy rice with a spoon and dipped it into the curry. It was delicious. I chose extra hot spiciness this time, but I think I'll go for super hot next time. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for lunch because I was craving soup curry. Just as my friend had told me, it was really delicious! The broth was rich and flavorful. I can see why it's so popular for lunch on weekdays! However, there were some moments that made me go "huh?" like when people who came in after us got their food before us (laughs). It took about 40 minutes from entering the restaurant to getting our food. It might be a bit tough for lunch. For those in a hurry, please take note! The taste was delicious though! The portion size was also very satisfying ⭐

I love curry and I prefer it spicy! This restaurant perfectly caters to my selfish taste by allowing me to adjust the spiciness level and even add extra green chili peppers if needed. The curry was truly delicious. I believe both curry lovers and non-curry lovers will become fans of this place. It's great to be able to enjoy such tasty soup curry in Osaka!

I love this soup curry restaurant that a friend introduced me to and I keep coming back to. My favorite is the Chicken Vegetable Curry with broccoli topping. The chicken is cooked until the bones are soft and the grilled broccoli is amazing. I also like adding cheese as a topping, which you can choose to add to either the rice or curry. The rice comes with a lemon wedge which adds a refreshing touch when squeezed over the curry. I usually go for medium spiciness, but I plan to challenge myself with a spicier level next time. You can also choose the curry base, and I recommend starting with the original one. I have also tried the shrimp curry which was delicious with a rich flavor. I want to try the coconut base next time for a creamier curry. There are so many other dishes I want to try at this restaurant, like the Seseri Curry.

I personally love soup curry, so I occasionally visit the renowned Osaka restaurant "JACK." My go-to is the chicken curry, and I usually order it extra spicy! The turmeric rice is also delicious, especially when you squeeze some lemon on top for a flavor boost.

There were about 4 groups ahead of me, but I only had to wait for about 10 minutes to be seated! I usually eat curry, but this was my first time trying soup curry! I ordered the Chicken Vegetable Curry, mild spicy. It was incredibly delicious!! The vegetables were seasoned and grilled, with lots of them in the curry, and the broccoli was especially amazing! The chicken was so tender that it practically melted in my mouth, it was really delicious~

Visited on a Saturday night. Luckily, there were few other customers so no waiting time. I started to like soup curry in Hokkaido and have been to various soup curry restaurants. The vegetables and tender chicken were delicious. You can change the taste with lemon. They also have Sapporo Classic beer. Thank you for the meal.

After a business meeting, I visited this restaurant. It was full, so I had to wait a bit. It had been a while since I had soup curry, so I decided to play it safe and ordered the chicken and vegetable curry with rice, spicy level 300. The balance of vegetables, broth, and spices in the curry made it easy to eat, and the spiciness was relatively mild. I would like to visit again.

I visited a popular soup curry restaurant recommended by an acquaintance. I arrived around 1 pm on a weekday and the place was quite crowded, showing its popularity. I ordered the pork belly sooki and braised pork. It was a bit confusing to order as it was my first time, I wish they could have explained a little bit more... The taste was delicious, but it felt like a regular curry rather than the amazing soup curry I had in Sapporo before. I first tried soup curry at Magic Spice, so I might be biased towards that style. The pork belly was very tender, but the braised pork had a bit too much chewiness, which was disappointing. Even though I'm not a big fan of spicy food, I could handle the medium spiciness, so I think I could have gone for a spicier level. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

It's cold~ I had soup curry for lunch! I made a reservation so I was able to get in smoothly. Sometimes there's a long line, right? I ordered the basic chicken and vegetable curry with seared cheese topping. I chose the highest level of spiciness, but it was like medium spiciness at other places. I could probably go one level higher. Squeezed lemon on the saffron rice and added a little to the soup broth. Delicious~ The broth is really tasty. I finished it all in no time. I chose the M size with 200g of rice, but the cheese made it really filling. Next time, I want to try either Sapporo Classic or Abashiri Drift Ice Craft Beer.
