I was planning to go to the revolving sushi restaurant in Chitose, but since it was closed, I decided to try out Choisui, a revolving sushi restaurant in Eniwa, for the first time. You can either write down your order on paper or tell the staff. I tried a variety of dishes, but I was surprised by the cheap and generous portion of fried tuna. It was delicious! The Inca awakening was fluffy and the butter melted, making it delicious.

The rotating sushi in Hokkaido is not only high quality at the so-called "Big Three" sushi chains, but this restaurant was also delicious. The tuna and salmon were reliably tasty. I forgot to take a photo, but the battleship sushi was also plentiful. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

My mother-in-law used to like this place and went there often, but at some point she stopped going and before we knew it, it had been over 5 years since we last visited... It used to be a lively and very delicious restaurant, but it's a bit disappointing now... The lunch deals are good, but the rice is hard... Maybe they're packing it too tightly? I don't think they're hand-rolling the sushi!! Maybe I'll try going back in 5 years and see how it is! Lol

I went to Choisu. I found out that even within the same Hokkaido chain, the products can vary significantly. I arrived at 5:30 PM and many items were already sold out. Maybe this is the norm for this branch. The sushi rice was excellent. The fried oysters and squid were also delicious.

It had been a while since I last used it. Since Shunraku became delivery-only, I hadn't been eating conveyor belt sushi in Ebetsu, but today it was empty so I decided to eat quickly. I had a late lunch so I didn't eat much, but my husband was eating a lot. The tuna was delicious today. The platter of bluefin tuna toro and seared tuna cheek meat had a satisfying taste. Before, I didn't find it very appealing because it was mainly cheap plates, but coming back after a long time, I found the seasonal menu, Golden Week menu, and 3-piece menu to be quite good.

At the request of the children, we visited this store after several years. The parking lot is shared with nearby stores and has enough space to park. We were able to sit in a booth without waiting as we arrived slightly off the meal time. There were quite a variety of dishes on the plate called "◯◯ Sanmai" which included 3 pieces, perfect for those who want to try different things. The size and taste of the sliced fish were better than the affordable conveyor belt sushi we usually go to, and it was delicious, but the price was a bit of a concern (lol). I would like to use it again for a special occasion. Thank you for the meal.

I have visited Choisu many times. It's easy to go there and they have large parking lots, plus they have stores in various locations which gives a sense of security. Ordering is simple, you just write it down on a piece of paper and hand it over, so I really like it. It's hard to say things out loud these days and it can be awkward, so ordering this way is convenient. The tuna and cured mackerel are always delicious, it's a reliable choice. I want to visit this restaurant regularly.

Here is the second restaurant review: It was my first time at this revolving sushi tour and I didn't know about it before. It was surprising to see quite a few customers even though it was past 2 pm. The menu may be limited, but they had my favorite herb mackerel and shrimp head tempura. I didn't try the dessert, but it looked plentiful. I really liked it here! The crab was cheaper than the first place, so I was able to enjoy it (*^^*) Thank you for the meal!

On a certain holiday, I went on a little expedition for lunch to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Wakamatsu-cho, Ebetsu City, which I had never heard of before. There is a shared parking lot with plenty of space. I learned from other reviewers that it is a sushi department of a well-known local restaurant called Wakasaimo, but I didn't really feel the Wakasaimo vibe during my visit. The conveyor belt sushi restaurant had a typical layout with a counter and box seats, and as a COVID-19 precaution, they were conducting temperature checks and had white acrylic panels on the counter, which personally helped me not worry about the person next to me. Sushi plates were covered with plastic hats as they rotated on the belt. On this day, I tried to find fresh sushi and some unique options at a reasonable price. The sushi rice was relatively mild. I ordered the "Hokkai Zkushi (340 yen + tax)" first and it arrived last. The octopus had a large diameter and was spicy with wasabi. The crab legs were decent, and the scallops were sweet with a crispy texture. The "Salmon Feast (340 yen + tax)" had large pieces of salmon. The fatty salmon was very oily, so it might be too much for those who don't like oily fish. The normal salmon also had a good amount of fat. The salmon with salmon roe and onion mayo had a refreshing taste with the onions. The "Delicious Shellfish Feast (270 yen + tax)" had thick red clams with a moderate taste, thin surf clams, and white clams with a mild flavor but a good crunchy texture. The "Shiitake Mushroom Nigiri (130 yen + tax)" was ordered later and arrived first. When I took a bite, I was surprised by the crunchy texture of the shiitake mushrooms. I sprinkled some salt and lemon on it, and it turned out to be unexpectedly delicious, making me want to have more. The "Mackerel Roll (130 yen)" had a good balance of mackerel and was easy to eat with the large shiso leaves. The "Grilled Autumn Eggplant Nigiri (130 yen + tax)" had grilled eggplant topped with sweet miso, and surprisingly, it paired well with the sushi rice. It left a good impression. The "Fried Pacific Saury Nigiri (180 yen + tax)" had the typical crispy fried saury taste, with a strong flavor of saury, which might not appeal to everyone due to the high fat content. I couldn't help but notice that they seemed a bit short-staffed during peak hours. The service time and floor management took a bit longer than expected. However, it seems like a nice place for locals to stop by. Thank you for the meal.

Visited on November 14, 2020. There are a total of 6 rotating sushi restaurants run by the famous Hokkaido souvenir shop "Wakasaimo Honpo". They are quite delicious (lol) and the freshness is good. It seems to be a popular shop in the Iburi area. The stores are as follows:
- Choisu Noboribetsu Store
- Choisu Date Store
- Choisu Muroran Nakajima Store
- Choisu Muroran Chuo Store
- Choisu Eniwa Store
- Choisu Shizunai Store.
My wife really liked it when she ate at the Date store before, so we came for lunch while combining shopping and walking the dog. As expected, it is delicious with good freshness. If you've come all the way to Eniwa, why not come to Sapporo? (lol) It might be tough because it's a competitive area, but I will visit again if I pass by. Thank you for the meal~

I visited Choisu Ebetsu store for the first time! It's my first time at Choisu, so I'm looking forward to it. The interior of the store is spacious and very relaxing. I sat at the counter where there were partitions for COVID-19 measures. This is good as it prevents me from worrying about the person next to me. First, I had miso soup with five types of mushrooms. It was delicious with a light taste. The miso soup had plenty of mushrooms. I also ordered squid, snow crab, Hokkaido octopus, mountain wasabi, and seared sushi rolls. Although the appearance may not be impressive, the taste was surprisingly good. Everything was delicious! The conveyor belt was rotating with lively staff members greeting customers. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience at Choisu. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal!

The limited menu item "Cream Natto" at the Eniwa store caught my attention... (apparently a mixture of natto and cream). Another limited menu item, "Fried Egg Ball Sushi," consists of thinly sliced fried egg topped with mayo and sweet sauce, giving it a taste similar to okonomiyaki or takoyaki. The "Domestic Vegetable Flower Wrapped in Prosciutto" for 175 yen is a spring-like dish with a nice balance of bitter vegetable flower and salty prosciutto. The "One-Caught Bonito" for 175 yen from Shizuoka was fresh and delicious. I will try the Cream Natto next time! Thank you for the meal!

It's lunchtime in Eniwa... I'm looking for a restaurant with easy parking, and one that came up in my search is "Choi Su," a conveyor belt sushi chain with about 10 locations in the Do-nan area and Asahikawa. There are about 7-8 customers already seated when I arrive. I sit at the counter and order the Eniwa limited lunch sushi set with 8 pieces of sushi and miso soup for 600 yen plus tax. The sushi arrives in 6 minutes with toppings like tuna, shrimp, squid, octopus, salmon, herring roe, sardine, and cucumber roll. The sushi rice is standard for conveyor belt sushi, and the toppings are decently sized and satisfying, but a bit rough around the edges. The set doesn't feel particularly good value for money, although the herring was good, I could have done without the herring roe. It's a good option for a quick and light lunch, but may not be enough for adult men. The man sitting next to me ordered a few more plates in addition to the set. If you want to keep it under 1000 yen, it might be more satisfying to choose cheaper plates (starting at 130 yen) and eat 5-6 plates. Thank you for the meal.

I tried Choisu for a quick bite before heading out because I wanted to try something different from the two major players, Nagoyaka-tei and Triton, that I have already experienced. It was delicious and much better than your average conveyor belt sushi place. The cost performance is also good, but when compared to the two giants, it doesn't quite measure up. If there is one nearby, I would definitely consider going back. Despite being critical, I must say that Hokkaido's conveyor belt sushi is amazing.

When I was cycling from Chitose Airport to Sapporo, I met a fellow cyclist who recommended this revolving sushi restaurant around here. Since it was well past lunchtime, I was able to get a seat easily. I ordered the botan shrimp first. Even though it was revolving sushi, I was amazed at how sweet and delicious it was. The tsubugai (whelk) was also sweet and chewy, a taste that is hard to find in Honshu. The other sushi items were also delicious, and I was once again impressed by the high quality of revolving sushi in Hokkaido. I am grateful to the cyclist who recommended this place.

The hamo was tough and the shiratama had a bitter taste, different from usual. I ate a lot but only took two photos.

The marinade hasn't soaked in. A new type of marinade is needed. It feels like there aren't enough staff members...

I had lunch at a revolving sushi restaurant. The lunch set includes Gokumi Sushi, tempura, and soba for 1400 yen. Maybe I should have chosen a set with more sushi as the main dish? (laughs) Thank you for the meal.

I stopped by at a revolving sushi restaurant after relaxing at the day trip hot spring Honoka in Ebetsu with my mother. Unlike typical bustling revolving sushi restaurants, this place had a quiet atmosphere. When we took our seats, there was no explanation on how to order or recommendations for menu items like in other places. It took some time for the cups and soy sauce dishes on the lower rail to come around. Inside the counter, there was only one female staff member who seemed to be a waitress, not a sushi chef. The dishes seemed to be prepared in the kitchen at the back. The system was to write down the order on a piece of paper and hand it over. This might be tough for those who are not good at speaking up. It took some time for the food to be served as the staff took the order paper to the kitchen 1-2 minutes after receiving it. The sushi tasted good, with large pieces that were satisfying to eat. Although we ordered everything with wasabi, some dishes were served without it. My mother was full after about 5 plates due to the amount of rice in each sushi. According to my research on Tabelog, there are only two revolving sushi restaurants in Ebetsu, but for this price range, it might be worth considering other options outside of Ebetsu. The taste was good, but the operation was a bit lacking. Overall, thank you for the meal.
