On Friday, December 2, 2022, I visited this shop at 10:50 a.m. in anticipation of its opening at 11 a.m. There was already a line forming, and I was seventh in line. When the shop opened, I was seated at the counter and ordered the Ajitama Ramen. It only took about 10 minutes for the steaming hot seafood ramen to be served. Once again, I enjoyed the delicious flavors. But, I didn't realize the chashu (roast pork) at this shop was so thick! Haha!

On a day off, I decided to go to a curry restaurant known for its green pepper curry. Despite it being around 12:50 PM, there was no line outside the restaurant and even one parking spot was available, so I changed my plans and decided to go there. There were only three customers waiting inside, and two of them were quickly seated, so the flow was smooth. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I was seated at the counter (which only had 7 seats). I ordered the Ajitama Ramen as usual, and the owner and his wife quickly served it. First, I tasted the chopped onions and the soup, which were as delicious as always. The pork bone soy sauce and seafood double soup with a slightly thick texture paired perfectly with the crunchy and sweet chopped onions. Next, I tried the noodles, which were thin and straight, and they mixed well with the soup, maintaining their deliciousness. The bamboo shoots also played their part well. The thick slices of pork belly chashu were tender and satisfying to eat. The Ajitama had a golden yolk, which I love, and it was consistent in taste. The default amount of noodles was already a bit generous, so I was fully satisfied. If I could have eaten more, I would have added rice and poured the remaining soup over it to make a chashu rice bowl. It was still an incredibly delicious ramen as always. Thank you for the meal! This kind of ramen often tends to become too heavy with all the additions, but this one has an exquisite balance that considers subtracting as well as adding. It truly is the home run king of fish-based pork bone ramen!

I happened to pass by before noon and there was no line outside today, so I decided to go into the shop. I had the Ajitama Ramen today since I tried the regular ramen yesterday. Next time I come, I want to order rice and dip it in the leftover soup to eat.

When I went to the restaurant for work, I always saw a long line and gave up, but today I decided to give it a try. I found out why there is always a line. I would like to go again if I have the chance.

Ramen Keisai, located near Tsukisamu Chuo Station, was open until 2:00 PM. Be aware that they sometimes close early, so make sure to arrive on time. Their ramen is fantastic, with a delicious fish and pork bone soup that doesn't seem to contain any artificial seasonings. It's great to be able to enjoy this type of ramen in Hokkaido. The noodles are firm and satisfying, with a good portion size. The pepper shaker adds a nice touch. The thick, flavorful chashu is tender and tasty. Overall, it's a wonderful bowl of ramen that has been carefully crafted. The atmosphere in the restaurant is lively, but the service is friendly. Thank you for the meal!

Hokkaido Wanderlust Journey 152 Sapporo City [Ramen Top 100 Shops] "Ka Ramen continues its journey of making delicious ramen" Ka Maru Ramen We continue our journey of eating delicious ramen We arrived 50 minutes before opening and were first in line, but a couple lined up behind us while waiting in the car ('◉⌓◉') It was so hot, we should have waited in the car and lined up slowly~ (・o・;) The shop has only 7 counter seats with spacious seating and a calm atmosphere. We ordered the ramen for ¥800, which wasn't listed on the menu, and it looked delicious with its reddish-brown color. The base is a white soup made from pork bones, chicken bones, and aromatic vegetables, with a separate Japanese-style soup made from kelp, dried fish, bonito flakes, and scallops added just before serving. They use a rich soy sauce base that has been aged for a long time. The carefully crafted aromatic oil and fish powder on top bring all the flavors together in a smooth and delicious bowl. The homemade noodles were smooth and had a great texture. The thick slices of chashu pork and bamboo shoots were delicious, and the chopped onions added a nice touch. It was a delightful meal with a lot of flavor in each bite. When we said "It was delicious! Thank you for the meal," the owner smiled.

Visited on August 20, 2023, at 14:10. There were 5 people waiting for seats inside the restaurant, and I joined the line as the 6th person. At 14:19, a sign indicating the end of business for the day was put up outside when 3 people queued behind me. At 14:22, I was seated. At 14:29, the ramen was served. Although the menu described it as "Japanese-style," it turned out to be a rich seafood-based ramen instead of a light one. The soup was thick and the chashu was thick as well. The noodles were thin but they paired well with the soup. Since there was a gap between ramen servings, I was very satisfied with this bowl. It would have been even better if the service was a bit friendlier...

★ Greedy lawyer's food diary ★ [Instagram] joy_sound [Tabelog] _Chrome_--Popular shop for rich pork bone and seafood ramen!! Visited Ramen Yoshi in Tsukisamu, Sapporo. It is listed in Tabelog's Top 100 Ramen Shops. Visited around 12:30 on a weekday. About 4 people waiting outside, and 4 people waiting inside. The turnover is slow. The inside of the store is quite hot, and I ended up sweating a lot haha. The menu includes ramen, flavored egg ramen, and rice only. Chose the ramen (750 yen). Rich soup with a strong seafood flavor, tender chashu, really delicious!! If this was in Tokyo, I would definitely be a regular. Thank you for the meal! ---------- Likes, saves, comments, are encouraging!!

I arrived by rental car around 12:30. It was raining a little bit. About 5 people were lined up outside. As I moved forward and looked inside, about 5 people were sitting and waiting. The menu said, "Kano Ramen is a soy sauce ramen with a rich Japanese-style broth." So, I ordered the ramen. The soup is rich in seafood flavor, which I really like. The noodles are delicious too. The chashu is so tender that it crumbles into small pieces while you're eating the noodles. It's only 800 yen, great value for money. Thank you for the meal.

Sapporo has been experiencing summer-like weather for several days in a row, which is unusual for Hokkaido. On such hot days, it can be tough to wait in line at popular outdoor restaurants, especially after 2 PM. I decided to head to a ramen shop where the parking lot had just one spot available when I arrived. The curtain was down, indicating that there were no customers waiting outside, and the wait inside was minimal with only 6 people ahead of me. The seating was limited to 7 counter seats, but the air conditioning made it comfortable to enjoy the ramen. I ordered my usual ajitama ramen and was promptly served by the owner and his wife. The broth was delicious as always, with a rich pork bone and soy sauce base complemented by a hint of seafood flavor. The chopped green onions added a nice crunch, and the noodles were cooked perfectly, soaking up the broth well. The thick slices of pork belly were tender and flavorful, and the ajitama (seasoned soft-boiled egg) had a perfectly runny yolk. The portion size was generous, and I left the restaurant feeling fully satisfied. The customer next to me ordered a large serving of ajitama ramen with extra rice, showing that the restaurant's offerings cater to all appetites. Overall, the meal was incredibly delicious, and I left feeling happy and content. It was a great decision to visit at the perfect timing when there were only 2 customers left in the restaurant.

Today's lunch was at Tsukisamu Chuo Station. Yesterday was junk food, today is a refined restaurant with 100 seats. It was my first visit to Ramen Yoshio. The cozy interior has only 7 counter seats. There was only one person waiting, so I was seated quickly. Orders and payments are done verbally, with cash handed over. The menu is simple with only Ramen or Ajitama Ramen, and rice. You can feel their dedication. I ordered the Ajitama Ramen. It has a creamy fish-based soup with thin straight noodles. It also has fish powder, giving it a gentle seafood flavor. The toppings include onions, green onions, bamboo shoots, fish powder, chashu, and seasoned egg. The chashu is thick and tender, a real treat. It's a type of ramen that is rare in Sapporo. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

A ramen restaurant located near Sapporo city center. It seems like many people visit by car as it is situated in the city with a small parking lot next to it. Arriving before 1 pm, there was a line of about 10 people waiting under the scorching sun. The wait inside the not-so-cool restaurant was around 20 minutes on a bench. The menu was simple, with only one type of ramen available. The service was quick, and the ramen was served soon after ordering. The appearance of the ramen resembled a tonkotsu fish broth ramen that was popular around 20 years ago, similar to the style of ramen from places like Kisaragi or Sansan in Tokyo. The fish flavor was strong with a bit of thickness. The noodles were standard thickness without much uniqueness. The chashu was tender and thick, reminiscent of the style found in Jiro ramen. The taste felt stable and well-established over the years. The clientele seemed to consist mostly of older individuals, giving off a slightly old-fashioned vibe that might feel a bit outdated to younger people. Despite that, it showcased the depth of Sapporo's ramen culture.

The Ajitama Ramen was amazing. The broth had a rich umami flavor with a base of fish and pork bone, along with various other ingredients like onions. It was flavorful without being too salty, and had a nice depth of flavor. The noodles were thin and slightly chewy, complementing the broth well. The ajitama egg was perfectly cooked with a rich yolk. The thick chashu was tender and had a nice balance of fat. The rice was cooked just right and went well with the soup. I ended up finishing the large portion of ramen and even drank up all the soup. It was delicious. The parking lot seemed to have expanded as well.

Arrived around 12:00 on Sunday. There was a line inside the restaurant, with 4 groups waiting. The seating is only available at the counter, but you are asked for your order before being seated, so you don't have to wait long to start eating. Ordered Ajitama Ramen and a large Ajitama Ramen with extra rice, the total came to exactly 2000 yen for two people, with the large size costing an additional 100 yen. The ramen was delicious as always, but some customers find the attitude of the female staff and the seating arrangement at the front counter uncomfortable. Despite these issues, they are willing to give the restaurant another chance because the ramen is so good.

I tried the Tamaramen ramen. The customer service from the staff was bad from the moment I entered the restaurant, and the atmosphere was quite unpleasant. Is this really a famous restaurant? As long as the taste is good, who needs good customer service, right? It felt like a stubborn old man was forcing me to eat his ramen. The broth had a strong seafood flavor and the ramen was indeed delicious, but the attitude seemed to be saying, "Eat and get out." It makes me sad and frustrated, almost to the point of tears.

Personally, this fish and seafood tonkotsu ramen is number one for me! The flavor is well-balanced, rich, and delicious! Not only the soup, but also the chashu, egg, and noodles all had a sense of dedication to them. The satisfaction after finishing a bowl is different from other ramen! I will definitely go back again!

Ajitama Ramen for 900 yen. This popular ramen shop is located a short walk from the Fukuzumi Chuo subway station. There is a parking lot next to the store with space for three cars, but securing a spot can be competitive due to the shop's popularity. There is also a coin parking lot a little further back. The shop itself is small, so expect to wait in line. I arrived around 2pm on a weekday and waited about 10 minutes before being seated. The menu offers only three items: ramen, ajitama ramen, and rice. This simplicity shows confidence. I ordered the ajitama ramen, which had a fish-based broth with a thick texture, straight noodles, one ajitama egg, thickly sliced tender chashu pork, green onions, bamboo shoots, raw onions, and a sprinkle of fish powder. The fish-based broth was strong but not overwhelming, and the raw onions helped refresh the palate before it became too heavy. It was well-balanced and delicious. With this broth, even the rice would taste great! If I had to nitpick, I would prefer the bamboo shoots to be softer...

Whenever I visit Hokkaido, I have always been curious about Ramen Yoshi. I arrived early in the morning and decided to stop by before my meeting. There were only two people in line around 10:30 am, and the restaurant has parking space for four cars. Although the menu originally offers a Chashu Ramen, you can only choose between two options for ramen. I opted for the Chashu Ramen, and even though the Chashu slices were thick, I found them to be deliciously tender. The noodles paired well with the rich, seafood-based broth. Overall, the ramen here is delicious, and I highly recommend trying the Chashu Ramen at this place.

Ramen shop hopping continues ( ◜ω◝ ) It was around 11:30 on a weekday, and the parking lot was full, so I parked at a nearby parking lot. The interior of the shop was smaller than expected, with only a counter. There were already 4 people waiting (a group of 3 and a single person). The atmosphere was such that people seemed to eat quickly and leave, so it didn't feel like you could relax much, but the turnover was fast and I was able to sit down quickly ◎ I ordered the Ajitama Ramen for 900 yen. The soup was thick and clung to the noodles (˘ω˘). I dug out the straight, medium-thin noodles from the soup. It's a Japanese-style fish and pork bone soup that is rich but not too heavy. It was delicious, but I felt it was too rich for me, and I thought it would be nice to have a soup to dilute it. The chashu was thick and tender, and the thick menma and green onions added accents. The default noodle portion was already large, so I ended up feeling very full. I felt a bit of coldness in terms of customer service, but the greetings were solid, and the staff moved briskly to turn the shop around, so I thought it couldn't be helped. The cost performance is very good, and it's a ramen that is unique and doesn't overlap with other shops. Thank you for the meal ( ¨̮ ) ===========

This time, I had the "Ajitama Ramen" at Ramen Yoshio. It was a weekday, but the parking lot was full. Luckily, I managed to find a spot! The rich soup coated the noodles perfectly and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
