Selected as one of the top 100 restaurants by Tabelog Yakitori EAST in 2023 ✨ I liked it and revisited with 4 people♪ When you enter the narrow staircase from the front of the first floor, you will find a beautiful interior ✨ There is a spacious L-shaped counter with an irori (traditional Japanese sunken hearth) where only tebasaki (chicken wings) are grilled♪ The service of wiping the plates meticulously for each yakitori is pleasant♪ The grilling master, Mr. Ukaji, whom I met at Ishii Jr. in Osaka before, and whom I happened to meet at the Yakitori Masters' Meeting in Tokyo the other day, provides excellent grilling and very pleasant customer service ✨ The other staff members were also kind and polite, making it a restaurant where you can receive customer service beyond just a yakitori restaurant.
