Directly from the airport. Arrived at the sheep sign in about 30 minutes. You can eat various parts of lamb without any smell or taste! It's really good! The lamb tongue is excellent, with an impressive thickness. The shoulder and hormones are also soft and delicious, very satisfying. I thought it would be smoky with the charcoal grill, but thanks to the roaster, it wasn't a concern! Unlike a hot plate, grilling on a net has a great atmosphere and is very satisfying. I recommended it to the Fighters staff who have not visited yet! It was a shame I couldn't drink beer during the car visit, but on the other hand, I was able to enjoy the taste of lamb, which was good!

I went to a restaurant in Hokkaido with my colleagues before watching the Hanshin vs. Nippon-Ham game at Escon F. I saw Mendy from "Banana Man's Sekkaku Gourmet" enjoying the food on TV and decided to make a reservation at the same restaurant. Unfortunately, the Hokkaido dish I wanted to order was limited to one per table, and the lamb fillet I was interested in was sold out. Despite this, all the food I tried was delicious. The Australian meat I ended up ordering was just as good as the Hokkaido dish. We even experienced a magnitude 5 earthquake during the meal, with only one glass breaking. The baseball game ended 1-0, but with a total of 20 runners left on base, it was a tiring game. Overall, it was a memorable trip to Hokkaido for various reasons. Thank you for the delicious meal.

A Genghis Khan restaurant opened in the place where there used to be an izakaya called "Kingyo"! I had been interested in it since before it opened, and I finally went to eat there. The restaurant has a small and clean interior with counter seats and three raised tatami tables. The meat menu includes lamb, beef, and chicken, each with four options. There are also two types of pork hormone (salt & basil) and side dishes, vegetables, and desserts. I started with a bottle of beer (Classic) for 550 yen and had a refill of Black Nikka Highball for 390 yen. I tried the lamb first, with two types, and later added the pork hormone. The raw lamb shoulder for 710 yen had more fat than the loin, and it had a strong flavor of lamb. The raw lamb shoulder loin for 950 yen was tender and delicious. It was easy to eat without a strong smell of lamb. The raw pork hormone (salt) for 420 yen was delicious without any unpleasant odor. The large bowl of rice for 200 yen was glossy and quite tasty. The Genghis Khan sauce was thick and slightly sweet with a fruity taste. It was delicious, but there was no all-you-can-eat option, and it was more suitable for elegant nibbling. It felt a bit pricey for me, and I couldn't get full. Thank you, "Genghis Khan" restaurant!

This time, I visited a restaurant located in Omagari Chuo 1-chome in Kitahiroshima City. The restaurant is along Omagari Chuo Street, but for the exact location, please check the map on Tabelog as usual. When I arrived at the restaurant, I saw a new signboard, but it was not open during the day, so I returned at night when it was open. The restaurant was crowded, so there was a wait for the food, but I managed to find a seat at the counter and quickly ordered a drink. I ordered an "Asahi Super Dry" and soon received a draft beer to enjoy while looking at the menu. The fried potatoes that my companion ordered arrived in 17-18 minutes, followed by the charcoal grill after 3-4 minutes. We started grilling the "bone-in lamb rack," "raw shoulder loin," and "grilled vegetables" on the charcoal grill. The lamb rack had a rich flavor, the shoulder loin was tender and easy to eat, and the enoki mushrooms had a good texture when grilled. Next, we tried the "horumon" seasoned with salt and pepper, which had a thin and delicious taste. The "upper sagari" and "upper kalbi" arrived next, and we enjoyed them with salt and pepper since the sauce was for Genghis Khan. The upper sagari was tender and easy to eat, while the upper kalbi had a light amount of fat marbling. Lastly, we tried the "lamb tongue," which had a light taste and a slightly chewy texture. Overall, it was my first time dining at this restaurant, and I wished they had sauces for beef and horumon in addition to the Genghis Khan sauce. I also hoped for a better variety of condiments.
