7th floor of To Building, Minami 3-jo Nishi 3-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo City, Hokkaido. Located one block north of Susukino 36, facing the one-way street called Miyako-dori in Chuo-ku, Sapporo City. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Walk to the back and you'll find the restaurant. Surprisingly understated entrance with a white noren curtain in front of the door, revealing the emblem of the restaurant when flipped. There are signs outside the store indicating the opening hours, no photography allowed inside, and information about drinks and dishes. Inside, the atmosphere is like an elegant adult space with gently curved counter seats and tables on the opposite side. Warm indirect lighting creates a cozy ambiance. Customers include solo elderly men, groups of two men, and couples. It's a popular spot, with groups of three also coming in later. The owner of the restaurant, who used to work at the renowned BAR Yamazaki in Sapporo, has opened this place independently. Another staff member manages another location while female staff run this place with a total of three staff members. Some of the recommended cocktails include the Shine Muscat cocktail, a simple fruit cocktail with vodka and a hint of elderflower liqueur. The Blue Lady cocktail is a blue version of the White Lady, made with gin and a dry finish. The Blue Cheese cocktail, an original creation of the owner, features Hokkaido's Niseko blue cheese and GODIVA liqueur, offering a sweet and elegant taste with a hint of blue cheese aroma. The Charm cocktail includes small mozzarella with basil and nuts in Genovese sauce, as well as cream cheese and salmon. The menu also offers a variety of cocktails with fresh fruits and some original creations with Japanese ingredients. Unfortunately, smoking is allowed in the restaurant, which may affect the overall experience. Overall, the quality of the cocktails is high. Upon leaving, one staff member saw us off to the entrance.

Around 8:00 PM, two people visited a place that looked like an abandoned hospital, but inside, there was a very stylish and lovely space. The cocktails, especially the recommended fruit cocktails, were of a high level, and even though we didn't know much about them, they were delicious.

I visited here in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and ordered a Jack Rose cocktail. Since I'm in Hokkaido, I also tried the Hokkaido Cheese selection with 5 different types. The Hokkaido cheese was rich and delicious, perfect with alcohol. For my second drink, I had a cocktail with mountain wasabi and ginger, similar to a Moscow Mule. It was easy to drink and very tasty, with a subtle flavor of wasabi.

The Watermelon and Roasted Green Tea had a layer of roasted green tea mousse on top of the watermelon cocktail, creating a unique blend of flavors with each sip. The Apple and Honey combination was a classic and delicious choice. I'd love to try out other items on the menu in the future. Upon arriving at the building with a bar named Bar nano, located right in front of Susukino Station, I noticed the old sign welcoming me on the first floor. I was asked if I would like some alcohol, and when I said yes, I was treated to a wonderful scent of bergamot blended into the palm of my hand, instantly refreshing me even in the hot summer. The interior of the bar was quiet, with jazz music playing softly in the background, and the staff serving drinks with care, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time. It created a completely different atmosphere from the bustling entertainment district outside. Photography inside the bar was not allowed, but taking pictures of the drinks without flash was permitted. The menu featured cocktails like peach and lavender, as well as tomato juice from Sogai Farm mixed with Japanese sake "Sanchosakura." The peach and lavender cocktail had a gentle sweetness of peach with a soothing aroma of lavender, while the tomato juice and Sanchosakura combination was rich and refreshing, easy to drink without a strong alcohol taste. On July 6, 2023 (Thursday), I had the Apple and Oodori Honey Cocktail and a selection of 5 Hokkaido cheeses for ¥1,500. The owner creates a variety of assortments based on your preferences, such as one to go with your drink or a mix of 2-3 different types for a little nibble. The Charm Cream Cheese Curry Rice Crackers were delicious. The owner trained at "Bar Proof" and offers a wide range of fruit cocktails made with fresh fruits. The bartender's service is friendly and approachable, making it a comfortable and enjoyable experience for first-time customers.

I only planned to have one drink, but the original cocktails were so enjoyable that I ended up having two. The orange and cream cheese cocktail had shaved cheese on top, making it feel like I was eating cheesecake. The banana and cola cocktail had a great combination of banana sweetness and spicy craft cola, with the added aroma of star anise on top adding a nice touch of spice.

I saw this place at a popular spot and decided to visit. They have a wide variety of unique cocktails, and I tried the cherry blossom and matcha cocktail. The slight sweetness of the cherry blossom was really nice. They have many other intriguing cocktails as well. They also have a good selection of cheese. The interior of the place is quite small, so it might be more comfortable for solo customers. The area along Tsudoi Street, opposite to Susukino entertainment district, has many nice bars. I feel like the nearby miso ramen place, Junren, had longer lines as the night went on.

I wasn't satisfied with the first place I went to drink, so I kept looking until I found this place. I was really grateful that they were open even on a Sunday! Even after 10 PM, it was almost full. When I requested an Islay bottler, they chose 6 great bottles for me. It was so nice that they faithfully fulfilled my request as a drinker! I had two recommended drinks from them and it was a happy encounter. Thank you!

Visited the second bar in Susukino. It was still early so about 60% of the seats were taken, but by the time we left, it was full. Customers without reservations were being turned away. There was a long counter and many solo older men sitting there. The seating at the counter was a bit close together. The atmosphere inside was nice with dim lighting, giving off a mature vibe. However, when larger groups came in, it got quite noisy. It's a common thing in Sapporo, and in other regional areas as well. As it's a bar, smoking is allowed, which can be a downside as it can affect the enjoyment of the delicious food they serve. It would be great if they could divide the place into smoking and non-smoking sections. Despite the smoke, I enjoyed savoring some Hokkaido cheese while sipping on my drink.

I visited the restaurant on a Friday afternoon at 9 pm. There were about 3 people at the counter who seemed to be a university seminar group. This place offers interesting cocktails with cheese, as well as fruit options. I decided to try a cocktail with haskap berries. The cheese platter featured a blue cheese from Hokkaido, specifically from Okoppe, which I was recommended and enjoyed. By the time I left, the restaurant was full.

I visited "The Bar Nano Femto," which was selected as one of the "Tabelog Bar Top 100 2022." The location is in Sapporo, Hokkaido. It is located on the 7th floor of a building just a 2-minute walk from Susukino Station on the Nanboku Line. The interior of the bar is dimly lit and not very large, but the atmosphere is surprisingly nice. There are counter seats and table seats available. This bar was established in 2007 and offers cocktails made with seasonal fruits and vegetables. The menu had many intriguing options. The drinks I tried this time were as follows: - Pumpkin Pudding: The pudding had a unique shape with seeds on top. When eaten, it tasted like real pumpkin. Mixing it a bit revealed the flavors of vanilla liqueur and caramel, enhancing the pudding's taste. - Strawberry Milky: As the name suggests, drinking this made me feel like I was drinking strawberry milk. It had a soft texture resembling foamed milk. It was very interesting. Next time, I would like to try something with vegetables. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I went to the bar called "Zabana no Femto" and it was quite different from the first place I visited. The atmosphere here is more geared towards young people, and you can smoke cigarettes inside. I ordered a fruit cocktail, specifically a strawberry milk. It had a lot of milk with a hint of strawberry, and didn't taste too strong of alcohol, so I could easily have multiple drinks. The place is run by young women and has a fresh and clean vibe. Thank you for the meal.

Located on the 7th floor of a building about two minutes from Susukino Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line and Susukino tram stop in Sapporo city. This was my first visit to the bar. There was only one other group of customers when I entered early. I sat at the counter and ordered a seasonal fruit cocktail called "Strawberry (Fruity)". It was very refreshing with a moderate acidity and a distinct strawberry flavor. It was made with crushed strawberries, sparkling, and something else. There was also a "Strawberry (Milky)" option available. For my second drink, I had a Gimlet (with Tanqueray) as an aperitif before heading to the next bar. The taste of a cocktail, especially a short one, can really vary depending on the bartender, which is interesting. This one had a clean and smooth finish. The service was also friendly and attentive. The bar offers a variety of cocktails made with seasonal fruits, and with female bartenders and staff present, it seems like a welcoming place for women. I'm planning to bring my wife here next time.

I tried the Rusty Nail and Manhattan cocktails. The Manhattan uses two types of sweet vermouth and is a delightful drink. The bar has a wide range of customers, with many young people creating a lively atmosphere. It was a delightful experience. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

It was a 5-10 minute walk from the center of Susukino. I visited this place because it had good reviews on Tabelog. First of all, the interior of the restaurant is very beautiful, with just the right amount of light creating a great atmosphere. They had a variety of seasonal fruit cocktails, which caught my interest. I tried the Strawberry Sparkling Cocktail, Orange Mimosa, Guinness Beer, and a cheese platter with 3 types of cheese. I wanted to have champagne, so I tried to go to a nearby place called Ash, but unfortunately, it was closed. I ordered a champagne cocktail here, but they didn't have it, which was a bit disappointing (even though it was on the menu on Tabelog). However, I had a very pleasant time and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, so I am satisfied.

First-time visit to the "Susukino" area with three bars operated by the Bar Group. The Bar Nano Femto [3.71], Bar Nano Gold [3.63], and Pavane [3.07]. Based on the menu and charm offered when they opened in September 2022, I felt that they have the most sense and momentum in the area. The entrance displays the etiquette for our establishment. - No phone calls inside the bar - Photography allowed only for food and drinks - No flash photography - No loud conversations - Please use perfume sparingly. At first glance, I mistook the entrance curtain for an izakaya and walked back and forth about three times. The curtain seems to change weekly. Upon visiting, there were two female staff members present. The interior had dim lighting with a unique counter seating for 8 and two tables with 4 seats each. An additional seat seems to be added later on. We tried the recommended fruit-based cocktails: 1. Kumquat and Yuzu Pepper Cocktail 2. La France Pear Cocktail. The charm was Nanakusa Gayu (seven herb rice porridge) which was flavorful with bonito broth. The food menu is also extensive, making it a bar where you would want to stay longer.

Visited on a Sunday. Susukino as a whole is quieter on Sundays, and even more so with fewer people due to heavy snowfall from the previous day. Personally, I find it quite nice. There are many original cocktails here that can only be enjoyed using Hokkaido ingredients. It is popular among locals as well as tourists and business travelers.

When I visited, I was lucky to get in without waiting, but within 5 minutes the place was packed. It seemed they had an event for their 15th anniversary the day before. I tried a cocktail made with apple dessert wine from Mogose Town and apple brandy, as well as a Washed Cheese from Kawase Cheese Factory. The Ardcore I had was a limited edition from Ardbeg. It felt like a nice return to a bar. I had wanted to sip and read a book, but I had forgotten it back at the inn. It was a lovely atmosphere. I had expected it to be a bit pricey for the limited edition Ardcore, but it was worth it.

I visited a newly opened bar that is popular for using Hokkaido ingredients in their original cocktails in Susukino. I was able to enter without waiting, as there were 16 seats available. The bar had a great atmosphere with many bottles of alcohol lined up. I ordered the "Shine Muscat cocktail," "Orange and Cream Cheese cocktail," and the "Hokkaido Cheese Assorted 5 kinds." The Shine Muscat cocktail had a refreshing and delicious flavor that spread throughout my mouth. The Orange and Cream Cheese cocktail was my first time trying a cocktail with cheese, and it had a sweet and sour cream cheese taste that was very enjoyable. The ingredients for the cocktails change depending on the season, so you can always enjoy something different. The bar seems to have a lot of fruit-based cocktails and is more geared towards women.
