On the 29th, I went to Kobe with my meat buddy to enjoy some delicious meat, and we made a reservation for the following course:
◆ Premium Ishidaya Course with 90-minute all-you-can-drink for ¥10,175. I used 300 points from Tabelog, so it came to ¥10,100 ← Hooray for solo dining! \̏(º̻∇º̻)/̋─!!
- **Appetizer (two kinds)**: Kakuteki kimchi & grilled tongue char siu
- **Roast beef**: I forgot to ask the cut, but it was incredibly tasty
- **Salad**: A simple salad with a good balance of dressing, mixed with Korean seaweed
- **Salted tongue**: Perfect thickness and absolutely delicious
- **Salted mino**: I prefer it with sauce
- **Special grilled shabu (Hanesita)**: This was amazing! ❣️
- **Premium loin**: Equally delicious, the fat was just right
- **Premium lean meat (shoulder)**: Less fat, but very tender
- **Premium short rib**: It really flares up on charcoal, so delicious
- **Offal platter (4 kinds)**: Tongue tip, heart, maruchou, sauced mino
- **Cold noodles (small) or bibimbap (small)**: I had cold noodles out of 22 people
- **Dessert**: Yuzu sorbet for a refreshing finish
The all-you-can-drink options were standard, starting with draft beer followed by highball, lemon sour, and oolong tea—tried a variety of drinks ( ^ ^ )/□. Since Kiwame-san loves it too, I'll definitely return, but Ishidaya Hanare was also great. Oh, and I love Niku no Okada; there are lots of delicious meat places in Kobe!
