On this day, we took a drive to the Niseko area ^ ^ For lunch, we visited Del Sole, located just a 10-minute drive from Niseko Station, near Annupuri International Ski Resort. This restaurant is popular for its wood-fired pizzas made with fresh Hokkaido ingredients. The vibrant green house is very cute, and it looks perfect against the blue sky – it's like a Sylvanian Families house! We visited in the late afternoon on a weekday, so we were able to walk in without a reservation, but it's a popular spot not only for tourists but also for locals, so if you plan to visit on a weekend, it might be better to make a reservation in advance. We ordered: - Romana (tomato sauce, mozzarella, anchovies, capers, basil) - Funghi (various mushrooms, mozzarella, garlic, Italian parsley) Usually, I always start with Margherita wherever I go, but this day, I chose something different ^ ^ The wood-fired pizza had a chewy yet crispy fragrant crust, topped with fresh ingredients and rich cheese – it was really delicious! The size was also generous, so we ordered two pizzas for two people and were completely satisfied! After lunch, we drove to a nearby ostrich farm to play with the ostriches ꒰ ♡´∀`♡ ꒱ If you visit in the summer, I recommend this combination ♫ Ostriches are gentle and surprisingly cute despite their large stature ♡ By the way, the summer season ends on 9/30, and if everything goes as usual, the farm will reopen in December when winter sports start. Niseko is known for its abundant snow and is a mecca for winter sports, so I think enjoying hot pizza and wine after snowboarding on a cold winter day would be amazing ^ ^
