I noticed they had expensive-looking pizza-making machines in the kitchen, showing their dedication. It seemed like they were short-staffed when I visited, with only one person handling everything. This is a must-visit restaurant when you go to Niseko.

The crust was soft and the toppings were generous. Both pizzas were delicious, but my personal favorite was the Prosciutto pizza. They also had a parking lot right in front of the restaurant, which was convenient. I wish this place was closer to my home!

We visited in the late afternoon on a weekday, so we were able to walk in without a reservation, but it's a popular spot not only for tourists but also for locals, so if you plan to visit on a weekend, it might be better to make a reservation in advance. We ordered: - Romana (tomato sauce, mozzarella, anchovies, capers, basil) - Funghi (various mushrooms, mozzarella, garlic, Italian parsley) Usually, I always start with Margherita wherever I go, but this day, I chose something different ^ ^ The wood-fired pizza had a chewy yet crispy fragrant crust, topped with fresh ingredients and rich cheese – it was really delicious! The size was also generous, so we ordered two pizzas for two people and were completely satisfied! After lunch, we drove to a nearby ostrich farm to play with the ostriches ꒰ ♡´∀`♡ ꒱ If you visit in the summer, I recommend this combination ♫ Ostriches are gentle and surprisingly cute despite their large stature ♡ By the way, the summer season ends on 9/30, and if everything goes as usual, the farm will reopen in December when winter sports start. Niseko is known for its abundant snow and is a mecca for winter sports, so I think enjoying hot pizza and wine after snowboarding on a cold winter day would be amazing ^ ^

Dinner in Niseko. Checked on Tabelog and decided to visit this place. Ordered a Margherita pizza with arugula and a Japanese-style pizza with cheese, green onions, and miso. Also ordered a mixed salad. Since I drove here, I opted for a non-alcoholic beer. First, I was surprised by the volume of the mixed salad. Great value for money. This restaurant is conscientious. The pizzas had a solid taste with added originality. The service was also very friendly. Niseko is popular now, but I hope that corporations realize that the charm comes from the hard work of diligent individual entrepreneurs like this.

On August 12, 2020, on the way back from a trip to Hakodate, my daughter said she wanted to eat pizza, so we went to this restaurant. Despite it being a weekday, it was crowded, with a wait time of "30-45 minutes". While waiting in the car, we saw a few takeout customers. We ordered Margherita and Quattro formaggi pizzas, and Tiramisu for dessert. The freshly baked crust was chewy and crispy, and we enjoyed it. The four cheese blend had just the right amount of saltiness. It's easy to see why this place is popular. It was delicious!

A trip to Niseko in Hokkaido, where there is a delicious Napoli-style pizza restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide! After missing out on visiting in January and March this year, the restaurant was finally open this time. With around 20 types of pizza on the menu, it was hard to choose. I decided to order the "Del Sole" pizza and the "Mixed Salad". First, the salad was served, followed by the large, appetizing-looking pizza. The pizza had a chewy texture with buffalo mozzarella, Parmigiano, fresh tomatoes, and arugula on top. The cheese was of high quality, making the pizza taste delicious! Despite its size, the pizza was light and I finished it easily without getting tired of it. I now have another place I want to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

It was extremely delicious. This restaurant was recommended by a driver on the team (an overseas player) and they were able to accommodate all of my topping preferences. The taste was excellent. I think it's the most delicious pizza I've ever had. However, the fact that it's not perfect is just the limitation of pizza as a dish, and I hope to encounter even more delicious pizzas in the future.

During the summer, many shops are closed for vacation. I was surprised to find that there were fewer open shops than I expected during Obon. When I started to panic because I couldn't find any open shops, I stumbled upon this place and thought, "I'll just go in and eat whatever they have!" It turned out to be really delicious!! (Sorry to the staff at the shop) The pizza dough was chewy and the cheese was creamy. The meat was also very tasty with a good amount of lean meat. The atmosphere of the shop was also nice. It was a lucky find!

Margherita received a score of 3.7. It has a stone oven and serves delicious food. It is not open on Sundays, but I finally got a chance to visit. It is within walking distance from the Annupuri ski slope, which has a Niseko-like atmosphere. Plus 0.1 for the overall experience.
