During a business trip to Sapporo, I visited a ramen shop. It was the last of the top 100 ramen shops in Sapporo that I hadn't been to. The reason was that it was a bit far from the city center, so I had never come this way before. It was a little after 6:30 pm on a weekday, but the restaurant was full. I purchased the salt ramen for 830 yen at the ticket machine at the entrance, as I had decided firmly to try it based on everyone's reviews. Luckily, I was able to sit at the counter without waiting as a seat opened up quickly. The ramen was served in about 5 minutes. The rich chicken flavor of the soup made me feel like I was drinking the whole chicken. The soup wasn't thick like a white broth, but it was rich and incredibly delicious. The noodles were the typical Sapporo curly noodles made with plenty of water. They mixed well with the soup, but I think other types of noodles would also go well with this soup. The toppings included char siu (which melted in my mouth and was delicious), half a boiled egg, menma, green onions, and daikon radish sprouts (which had a strong flavor and spiciness that might be interesting but could overpower the ramen). The table condiments included black pepper, shichimi pepper, yuzu pepper, and grated garlic. The black pepper paired the best with the ramen, followed by the yuzu pepper. My stomach, tired from consecutive days of alcohol consumption, was refreshed. Thank you for the meal.

Today's top destination was Menya Keserase Ra, where I had the salt ramen in large serving for 850 yen. The taste was refreshing with a hint of mushrooms from Nerima. It was delicious! As expected from a top-rated restaurant on Tabelog, there was a line... A great start after a long time! I have plans to visit two more places after this. 🚶‍♀️

I went to Menya Keserase-san. I lined up, entered the store, and ordered a small salt ramen with chashu rice at the ticket machine. I sat at the counter and the soup was thick and delicious like potage. The chicken white soup was rich but not too heavy, without any unpleasant chicken smell. The chashu rice was also tasty with a hint of wasabi. I finished the soup completely. It was very delicious. I will definitely visit again.

I arrived 30 minutes before the opening at a famous restaurant in the Taiping district of the north area, and I was the first in line due to it being a weekday. I chose the salt tsukemen after a long time. The chashu, menma, smooth noodles, and the topping seasoned egg were all of high quality, and the taste was truly delicious. It was also appreciated that the seasoned eggs were priced at 50 yen per half. Here is my personal rating of the menu items I have tried so far: Salt tsukemen 3.9 points, Salt ramen 3.9 points, Soy sauce tsukemen 3.9 points, Soy sauce ramen 3.9 points, Miso ramen 4.0 points.

Recently, it was still on TV, so I thought it would be crowded. But I went with the mindset of being prepared to wait, and surprisingly, I was able to find parking without much trouble. The prices had gone up a bit. The tsukemen with salt was 900 yen, while my friend had the miso ramen for 850 yen and added extra chashu for 250 yen. Because it was hot, I opted for the cold noodles with the tsukemen. They also gave lemon, so I squeezed it into the soup for a refreshing twist. Both dishes were delicious. It had been about a year since I last visited due to the crowds or timing not working out, but I definitely want to come back again. It seems that going a bit later for lunch on weekdays is the best timing.

This is my first visit. I have wanted to come here because it's a famous restaurant, but I've tried three times before and always had to give up because of the long line. When I came on a Tuesday at 2 pm after the Obon holiday, there were no cars parked in front of the store, and I briefly worried if it had already closed. But I was able to visit for the first time! I ordered the salt chashu ramen with an extra half boiled egg. The rich and creamy soup is irresistible for chicken lovers. I slurped it all up. The noodles were medium thick curly noodles cooked slightly firm. It was delicious, but it does get crowded here...

I arrived at the restaurant at 16:50, ten minutes before it opened at 17:00. I was the first in line, with two other groups arriving shortly after. I ordered the most popular dish, the salt ramen for 850 yen. I heard that it was incredibly delicious for those who love chicken broth, but personally, I prefer it a bit thicker.

The chicken soup is so rich that it's hard to tell if it's really chicken soup! It's not as intense as the extreme chicken in Kyoto, but it's just so rich. The salt sauce, noodles, and ingredients are all well-balanced and nothing is overpowering. It's refreshing to eat, but also so addictive. Truly impressive.

Visited on August 23, 2023, at 6:45. There were about 3 customers inside, so I was able to enter right away. I purchased a ticket for the Clam Broth Ramen (700 yen). At 6:53, the ramen was served. The soup had a gentle taste with a soft clam flavor. The noodles were thin and straight. The chicken chashu seemed a bit overcooked to me.

The popular salt ramen shop with a constant line! Visited Menya Keseraserasera in Kita-ku, Sapporo. This shop is known for its popular salt ramen. Visited around 5 pm on a Sunday. There were about 3 people waiting inside, and more customers kept coming in while waiting. There is a counter and tatami seating, and it seems that many families visit as well. Chose the Salt Ramen (850 yen). It was not just a light salt ramen, but rather a rich and mellow salt ramen with a satisfying taste. It goes well with the yuzu pepper on the table. It was delicious. It's also nice that they offer a half-size option. Thank you for the meal! Like, save, comment, it's encouraging!

Delicious! Extremely delicious! The salt ramen. The atmosphere of the restaurant is like a normal ramen shop, the water is cold and tasty, it's light but has a deep flavor that makes you keep alternating between the soup and water. Before I knew it, the soup was gone. I want to go back again.

The salt ramen soup tasted like stew with butter and yuzu pepper, but maybe it was just my imagination? I prefer straight noodles, but even when it's busy, the staff work diligently. The unique taste confirms that it's a famous restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

The chicken flavor is rich but the aftertaste is refreshing and delicious! I could feel the heavenly taste, but it has a well-balanced flavor that would appeal to everyone. It's a popular restaurant even on weekdays, but the turnover is fast, so it was convenient!

Nice to meet you. I'm Ik-kun! Thank you for taking a look. I am currently on a long business trip to Hokkaido and visiting various shops. I have been using recommendations from locals and food ranking websites like Tabelog to find delicious meals. On Monday at 11:30, I arrived 10 minutes before opening time and barely managed to get a seat at the counter, with about 15 people in front of me. In about 10 minutes, my order arrived. I had a large salt ramen with egg and char siu toppings. The chicken broth was incredibly rich and delicious. The thick, creamy soup and thin noodles were a heavenly combination. I finished every drop of the broth! The char siu rice bowl was honestly not that great. The meat was scarce and the flavor was lacking. The owner, I think, was attentive, even in the midst of a busy period, with polite interactions and requests for patience. The atmosphere, including the owner's demeanor, really makes the restaurant stand out! I will definitely visit again when I'm in the area!

I came to Yuriagehara Park! I visited the popular restaurant Keserashera after a long time. It was crowded even before opening time, but I managed to get a seat for the first round. I ordered the most popular dish, the large portion of chicken white soy sauce ramen. The soup had a perfect level of richness, saltiness, and the noodles were chewy and delicious.

The location in Tahei, Kita-ku, is not the best, but there are surprisingly many delicious ramen shops in Tahei. I ordered salt ramen and chashu rice (with wasabi soy sauce). It was consistently good! Both the ramen and chashu rice were delicious. This was my second visit. It's been crowded since opening. I went around 2 pm and just managed to wait inside. I had the salt ramen again, with a creamy soup and tender chashu. I finished it quickly and thought I should have also tried the rice. The parking lot only fits about 4 cars.

I visited at 12:30 for lunch. Surprisingly, it was not crowded, so I was able to sit down without waiting. I ordered the large serving of salt tsukemen (dipping noodles) with 350g. Personally, I find salt tsukemen more delicious than soy sauce tsukemen. The rich chicken broth-based dipping sauce is exquisite. If you want to eat the most delicious tsukemen in Sapporo, come here! Thank you for the meal!

The white broth is incredibly delicious!! Rich and flavorful! I also had the char siu rice bowl together! I have only tried the salt flavor here, but I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, they were out of eggs when I visited, but that's understandable! I'll look forward to trying it next time!

I went to the restaurant before it opened, but the parking lot was full (only 4 spaces in front of the store). I waited for about 20 minutes for a parking spot as the opening time was relatively early. Once inside, I bought a meal ticket and waited for my turn. I chose the recommended salt flavor. The ramen was served almost immediately after I sat down. The cloudy soup caught my eye - it was like potage soup! The rich and flavorful soup was delicious. The thick soup was a taste I wasn't used to, but the strong broth was tasty. The medium-thick noodles were well coated in the soup and very delicious. The tender and tasty chashu may have been a bit too much for some people. Even the regular ramen was very satisfying. Lastly, I had chashu rice with wasabi as a finishing touch, which was delicious. I left feeling full. I don't usually eat chicken white broth ramen, but the taste was so delicious and addictive. It's clear why it's so popular. It's a good idea to go before the opening to secure a parking spot, or maybe around an hour after the opening for less crowded times.

It's been a while since I went to Keseraserara! I usually have the salt flavor, but this time I tried the miso flavor. Yeah, salt is still the best! Miso is also good, but maybe a bit too salty? The chashu rice bowl had a wasabi flavor, but the rice was a bit mushy. When it comes to salt ramen, Keseraserara is my favorite in Sapporo!
