One of the five branches of Sumire no Noren Wake nationwide. Visited Oshima and Ayami. Visited at 12:00 on a rainy holiday with 3 customers already waiting. There were 5 more people waiting inside the restaurant. Waited for about 20 minutes to be seated. Although there was a single seat available, it was next to a group of 3, so I waited for that to become available. Ended up sitting next to the group of 3 at the counter. Fair but inefficient. While waiting in line, purchased "Miso Ramen (900 yen)" from the ticket vending machine inside the restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is clean with counter and table seating. There are certificates and signatures from the Team Nax. The ramen was served in about 5 minutes. The soup had a thin layer of oil (lard) on the surface. It was a mild white miso-based soup that gradually developed a rich flavor. Enjoyed the ginger as it dissolved. The noodles were from "Morizumi Seimen" and were slightly firm and delicious. The standout was the stir-fried bean sprouts. They had a nice crunch and paired well with the soup towards the end. The chashu was slightly tender, with a good pork flavor. The bamboo shoots had a nice texture. At the bottom of the bowl, there was minced meat. After finishing the meal, the word "gratitude" was revealed at the bottom of the bowl. Overall, it was a gentle and flavorful ramen, leaning towards the Muranaka style. Personally, it felt like a balance between the rich "Sumire" and the light "Ayami". Although it's not in a highly accessible area, I would make the effort to revisit this restaurant.

One of the branches of Sumire Noren Waketei. Miso ramen. Rich soup, yellow medium-thick curly noodles, it feels like Sapporo miso ramen. The bamboo shoot is soft and delicious. The bean sprouts are crunchy, and the chashu pork is thick and has a satisfying texture. It might be lighter and easier to eat compared to Sumire? I arrived at the restaurant around 10:40 on a weekday Friday and was the first in line. People started lining up about 10 minutes before that. By the time I finished eating and left, there were already people waiting in line in front of the restaurant.

The miso ramen made by the owner who trained for many years at Sumire is truly delicious! If you like Muranaka-style ramen, you won't go wrong with a bowl here. The limited 20 servings of Chuka soba was tasty, but maybe not something I would come back for. The service from the staff, particularly the older sister, was polite and very welcoming. With delicious ramen, pleasant service, and a clean interior, this is a place I would definitely visit again.

Arrived 25 minutes before the opening time. Already 2 groups were waiting, and we were the 3rd group. I saw this place on a local TV show and decided to visit. The interior was clean, and the staff were friendly. The owner, who was featured on TV, was hanging the noren curtain. We ordered miso ramen, miso ramen (large portion), and chashu miso ramen. The presentation of the ramen was beautiful, with fresh and crispy bean sprouts. The chashu was tender and juicy. The soup was so delicious that my companion finished it all. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my noodles, but I left the soup with a feeling of gratitude. The bowl had the word "gratitude" written on it, but I felt grateful for the delicious meal they provided. I discovered a new favorite ramen place that I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived in Sapporo, Hokkaido. I will introduce some of the memorable restaurants from this trip. First, let's start with Yaginoki. This restaurant is located in Hassamu, Nishi-ku, Sapporo. I took the JR line from Sapporo Station to Hassamu Station, and then walked to the restaurant. It took about 10 minutes on foot. The restaurant opens at 11 am. I arrived at around 11:05 am, and it was already full. I had to wait for about 15 minutes before being seated. The interior of the restaurant is very clean. Since I was alone, I sat at the counter seat, and the spacing between the seats was wide enough to enjoy my meal comfortably. I ordered the miso ramen. When I tried the soup, the taste of miso was exquisite. The miso flavor had depth and richness, with a slight sweetness, deep umami, and a smooth taste. As I savored it, I could also feel a hint of spiciness. Perhaps it was the spiciness of red pepper, which added a nice accent. After eating a bit, I tried mixing the freshly grated ginger on top into the soup. The sharpness of the ginger combined with the miso flavor, enhancing the taste even more. The ginger seemed freshly grated, with a good aroma. The noodles were medium thickness, curly, and yellow in color. The slightly chewy noodles were delicious when combined with the soup. It was a very delicious miso ramen with high perfection. The only drawback is that it's far from the central area of Sapporo. However, it's so delicious that I will definitely take the train to go there again.

Here is a branch restaurant of the legendary "Sumire" in Sapporo. Another well-known branch of Sumire is "Menya Ayumi". Of course, the signature menu is miso ramen. This was my first visit, and I felt that it had a unique taste compared to Sumire. It was a bowl that gave a glimpse of the originality of Hachinogi. Located in a residential area in Hassamu, a rare Sumire branch in Nishi-ku, Sapporo. It is easily accessible by car as there is a well-equipped parking lot. The miso chashu arrived about 8 minutes after ordering. The soup is oily with lard. It comes with bean sprouts, green onions, menma, and chashu. On top, there is a hint of ginger that is characteristic of Sumire (Murakami style). As soon as it was served, a rich miso aroma with ginger and genkotsu was gently released. Oh, it's irresistible♪ [Soup] It has a rich miso flavor with a hint of genkotsu typical of Sumire's lineage. I imagine Sumire to be steaming hot, but it's not that hot. Perhaps because of this, the smoothness of the soup coated with oil is emphasized. It feels quite creamy★ [Noodles] The noodle box was labeled "Hachinogi". It is likely to be noodles from Morizumi Seimen. A characteristic of Sumire's lineage✋ is the medium-thick curly noodles with low water content. They have a firm texture and cling well to the soup. Toppings and detailed information about the restaurant can be found here: https://webdesign-gourmet.com/hokkaido-55

This is the best. The miso ramen I've had before is not real miso ramen. This is the real deal, the representative of miso ramen. It's not too strong or too weak, a flavor that anyone can enjoy easily. The noodles are curly and have a nice chewy texture. The hidden ginger flavor is also very prominent. The more you eat, the sadder you get as it disappears. If you go to Hokkaido, you must try it, and I even wish there were chain stores in Tokyo, so please cooperate.笑

"Miso ramen, I decided to try the miso flavor here! I waited in line for about 30 minutes under the scorching sun of over 35°C last month, sweating profusely as I ate. I love the owner's attitude and policy, and I think the ramen is very well-made, but it didn't quite suit my taste. The saltiness is just right, and if the soup had a little more richness added to it... However, this place is popular for its rich and flavorful soup that can be finished drinking completely, with a sharp taste. When you finish the soup, you can see the words "thank you" at the bottom of the bowl. Good reception is a sign of popularity, and a dish that sells well is a gauge of its deliciousness. There is no doubt that this ramen is delicious."

I had dinner in Sapporo! I don't usually go to the Nishi Ward - Teine area, but I had some business there this time. So, I decided to look for a place to eat around here and found a famous restaurant, Yaginoki. I arrived a little before 6 pm, which was still early for dinner. The parking lot in front of the restaurant was empty, there were no people waiting, and there were empty seats inside. I purchased a ticket from the vending machine, of course, I got the miso ramen for 950 yen. The interior of the restaurant was bright and stylish, with a cafe-like atmosphere. There were counter seats and table seats. I handed the ticket to the staff and waited at my seat, and in less than 3 minutes, my ramen was served. Fast! The appearance was exactly what you would expect from a classic miso ramen. Let's dig in. First, the soup. Oh, this is it. I like the strong flavor of the soup! Personally, I felt it was a bit salty at first, but that's just a matter of preference. The soup itself was delicious. It was rich but somehow refreshing. Mixing in the ginger added a nice change in flavor. The toppings included bean sprouts, green onions, chashu, and bamboo shoots. The crunchy texture of the bean sprouts was nice. I prefer miso ramen with stir-fried bean sprouts. The chashu was tender. It was not seasoned, so it didn't overpower the soup's flavor. The noodles were the yellow type. These are always delicious. Perfect for miso ramen. Yeah, this place is popular for a reason. I almost wanted to drink all the soup. Thanks for the meal!

It was delicious! I arrived before 6 pm, but it was crowded and I had to wait for about 10 minutes. I ordered the miso ramen, which is part of the Sumire series. It was delicious from the first bite and remained delicious until the end. The flavor was well-balanced and complete. I will definitely go back!

I wanted to eat miso ramen in Sapporo, so I drove west from the city while following the navigation. I hurriedly parked in front of the restaurant along the road, being mindful of the cars behind me. It was my first visit, but it turned out to be a great choice. The taste and condition of the ramen were exquisite in every way. The staff were all polite and provided excellent service. I quickly finished my meal, even drinking up all the soup. I felt satisfied and wanted to have another bowl. Ramen preferences may vary, but I highly recommend this place.

Visited the ramen shop with my 2-year-old child right when it opened. Used a chair belt to secure my child in a chair with a backrest at the counter. I was happy to finally come to the ramen shop I had been curious about! I ordered miso ramen for myself and shoyu ramen for my child. I was so excited that I forgot to take a picture of the shoyu ramen. They provided a perfect-sized plate and an Edison fork, which made it easy for my child to eat. The miso ramen was slightly sweet, not too greasy or salty. The chashu had a buttery flavor. It was so delicious that my child even bowed and thanked the staff before we left. It was a great experience!

This shop in the western district is famous for its pure sumi-style ramen. It was my first visit. I arrived around 11:15, a little past the 11:00 opening time, and there was already a line outside. It took about 30 minutes until I got to eat. I ordered the miso ramen (950 yen), which I thought was a bit pricey. I also added a small rice (100 yen). The presentation was good, neatly arranged. The soup was piping hot, the bean sprouts were crunchy, and the noodles were medium thick and loosely curled. Personally, I prefer Morizumi noodles. Sumire has also switched to Nishiyama noodles. It was a bit salty, but I finished by mixing the rice in. I feel like going to "Sumire" again after a long time (lol).

Recently, a friend who noticed that I have been staying at home a lot took me out to lunch at a restaurant I wanted to go to. It wasn't a fancy or upscale place, but a hot and delicious "pure sumi-style" ramen shop. So we visited "Sumire", a super popular branch of "Hachinoki". Today, I had the "miso ramen" as usual for 950 yen. Maybe because I'm pretty, they gave me an extra slice of chashu. The hot soup with plenty of lard was as rich and delicious as always. The chewy curly noodles mixed well with the soup. Adding grated ginger for flavor variation was also delicious. And as always, I finished with the rice soup bone. The bottom of the bowl revealed the word "gratitude". I'm the one who should be grateful for being able to enjoy such delicious ramen. It made me so happy just to be able to eat out like this, even though I couldn't do it normally before. I couldn't help but shed tears of joy.

Today's lunch was just the right temperature to enjoy, so I had miso ramen here. I chose the well-known Sumire-style ramen and it was delicious. Luckily, there was one parking spot available in the usually full parking lot, so I parked easily and bought the miso ramen from the ticket machine. I had no trouble finding a seat at the counter and waited for about 7 minutes. When the piping hot ramen arrived, with its curly noodles and rich Sapporo miso soup, it was a classic and delicious bowl of ramen. It had been a while since I last had it, but it was incredibly tasty.

I had about six and a half hours until the ceremony started at 6:00 PM. It was raining heavily, so I decided to stop by Yonogi Ramen, which is close to my sister's house. I was afraid I would miss lunch because guests were arriving and I needed to change into formal attire by 1:00 PM. It was a weekday just before noon, so the restaurant wasn't too crowded yet, but there was still a bit of a wait. I bought a ticket for the soy sauce chashu ramen and small rice and waited to be seated. Eventually, I was seated at a table for six by myself, which felt a bit awkward. When a seat opened up at the counter, I asked if I could move, but they kindly told me it was okay. After about 15 minutes, my ramen arrived. It was my first time trying the chashu ramen at Yonogi, and I noticed that the chashu was different from before, maybe made from pork shoulder instead of thigh meat. The soft soy sauce flavor of the soup was still delicious, and the medium-thick curly noodles were cooked firm. I enjoyed the crunchy bean sprouts with a bit of soup before the noodles softened up. The chashu was tender but had a slight hint of a strange smell, which was a bit disappointing. Despite that, I finished every last bit of the meal, including the small rice. I forgot to take a picture of my custom bowl, which was a huge mistake! Afterward, I went home to change into formal attire and headed to the ceremony venue with my mother and family. Luckily, the rain had subsided by then, which was a relief.

This is a shop with the characters "Sumire" and "Maboroshi no Eki" engraved on the noren, one of the so-called "pure sumi series" five noren shops. Having already visited Ayumi, Oshima, Sato, and Mitsuin, I completed my tour here. I ordered the "Miso Char Siu Ramen / 1,300 yen" and was given a ticket while waiting, then seated at the counter and it arrived promptly. The char siu is not very noticeable for a char siu ramen, with a mountain of stir-fried bean sprouts and the symbol of the pure sumi series, grated ginger, standing out at the top. The soup is on the milder side, in line with the trend of less lard film these days. As someone who loves rich flavors, I found it a bit lacking, but I suppose this is the current mainstream style. The hot deliciousness and miso richness are still present. The noodles are not Nishiyama but Morizumi noodles. For pure sumi series, Morizumi is the way to go. Although Nishiyama has been gaining popularity recently, I am personally pleased with this choice. The slightly thick and curly noodles have a strong presence and are quite voluminous. However, most people around me ordered extra-large portions. It's a shame there is no side of fried rice, and I wonder why there is no seasoned egg. The menu is really focused on ramen, and I am curious about the salt and soy sauce options too. It's nice that anyone can easily take on the challenge anytime they want to come.

No matter how many times you eat it, the salt ramen is always delicious. In fact, the more you eat it, the better it tastes. The soup, noodles, bean sprouts, and chashu pork in this ramen are all carefully made with attention to detail. Many people prefer miso ramen, but the salt ramen is also delicious! My daughter usually eats soy sauce ramen, but I tried it and it was delicious too! They change the menu depending on the temperature of the day. I saw it on TV, so there is always a long line. But the best time to go is at night, around 7 pm. They sometimes close early, so it's best to go early. Enjoy your meal!

I saw a ramen chef ranking on TV and thought I wouldn't be able to come, but I had some free time so I decided to go. When I approached the ramen shop, I saw that there was a parking lot in front where 4 cars could park. However, it was a bit difficult to park at the T-shaped intersection. I will show you the location of the second and third parking lots in the attached photo. Lucky me! I parked at the second parking lot and walked to the shop. Upon entering, there was a slight wait, so I bought a ticket at the ticket machine without hesitation. I ordered the miso ramen with extra noodles for 1100 yen! I was also interested in the limited edition Chinese soba, but it was sold out. Everyone seemed to be choosing between miso ramen and miso chashu. I was seated at the counter. The shop had 9 counter seats and two 4-seater tables. I handed my ticket to the staff and waited. I noticed the flags of Morizumi Seimen and Rusutsu Yotei Buta. I'm happy to be able to eat Morizumi Seimen again. There are many Nishiyama ramen shops now, right? While I was thinking about that, my ramen arrived. Hmm, it looks delicious! First, I stirred the lard curtain on top and tasted the rich sweetness of the lard. It tastes just like my number one ramen shop. While waiting, I could hear the sound of a Chinese wok being shaken and stir-fried bean sprouts, so I closed my eyes and listened. I imagined if the soup was added later to keep the crunchy texture of the bean sprouts when served. Next, I added extra Nanban topping. I mixed the bean sprouts mountain and the noodles together and took a bite. Delicious! The menma was made with thin bamboo shoots. Delicious! Yummy! The slightly thick chashu melts in your mouth and is delicious. It's understandable why everyone orders the chashu noodles (laughs). The crunchy bean sprouts are the same as my ramen shop in the ramen ranking. But Hachinogi-san has a stronger crunchiness. I'm happy! It's delicious! I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal. It's a shame that I couldn't see the kitchen. I will come back again!

I had miso ramen. It seems to be a branch of Sumire, so the taste is indeed close to the original Sumire style. The oil film of lard is minimal, so the miso soup is strong in saltiness and delicious. It has crunchy bean sprouts and chewy curly noodles. The firm chashu adds an interesting twist to the familiar taste. The atmosphere is also ordinary.

On a rainy weekday at 12:30 after playing golf, I took my friend from Tokyo to this restaurant. Luckily, there was one empty parking space in front of the restaurant and only one person waiting. It had been a while since I last visited Yakinoki, so I decided to splurge and ordered the Chashu Miso Ramen for 1,300 yen. The chashu was thick and tender, with three generous slices. The bean sprout and vegetable stir-fry was crunchy and piping hot, with a nice kick of ginger. It was a satisfying meal. On our way out, there were more than 10 people waiting. It was just a lucky timing. Thank you for the delicious meal!
