Tomuraushi Onsen - I've always wanted to go to this hot spring! And it was amazing! But it's deep in the mountains - not just any mountains, though! We drove on a road with nothing around, and suddenly a splendid building appeared! That's where the hot spring was... so relaxing! The outdoor bath overlooks a valley... oh, wait... it's not a hot spring! It's a restaurant! There's nothing else around here! The hot spring has a restaurant, but it happened to be dinner time for the guests staying there, so that took priority... of course! The closest option was Kusari, and the kids' stomachs were growling (sigh). This place is quite busy, with a lively atmosphere on the second floor - maybe a party? After we left, high school students working part-time were diligently cleaning up the private rooms, but the manager or owner was rushing them, saying "Hurry up!" It was considerate of them, but it made me uneasy hearing it! I couldn't help but say, "There's no need to rush! It's okay." The private room for families is much appreciated! We ordered the "Family Set" without hesitation - 4 kids and 2 adults... it would be scary to order a la carte (sweat). In addition to that, the kids had juice, I had two draft beers, and my husband had tea (he's a light drinker). We also ordered stone bibimbap and grilled beef tongue and liver sashimi. The Family Set included 4 types of meat such as kalbi and horumon, along with shrimp, scallops, squid, rice, salad, soup, and dessert (yuzu ice cream x3). The meat was delicious... hunger is the best seasoning, right? Someone said it well. The stone bibimbap... was served in the pot used for making jjigae... unfortunately, there was no crispy rice at the bottom. The beef liver sashimi was tasty without any unpleasant smell! Even my husband, who rarely eats it, enjoyed it. After eating and drinking with 6 people, and filling our stomachs with meat, at this price... not bad! But our eldest son, who loves meat, said, "I still think Rasan Yakiniku Restaurant is better." Come on now, don't compare... you were the one who ate the most! But... I don't think we'll come back. Nevertheless, it was a restaurant that satisfied the appetites of the kids and the big kid (my husband).
