Italian food in Sapporo is delicious! That was my impression, so this time I went to "Osteria Crocchia," a restaurant run by a female chef. I decided to go with the chef's choice course (4 appetizers, pasta, main dish, dessert) for 6,500 yen, which included the famous mackerel terrine. When I mentioned that I came from outside Hokkaido, the chef kindly said, "Then I'll add some Hokkaido ingredients." The 4 appetizers were as follows: celery puree with oysters and prosciutto, bruschetta with tomato, strawberry, and mascarpone, bamboo shoot cutlet with mackerel terrine, and asparagus with scallops and bacon. The mackerel terrine, which is the restaurant's specialty, was indeed delicious, but all the other appetizers were also outstanding. The celery puree at the beginning really set high expectations. The pasta was sea urchin cream pasta, a classic favorite. The main dish was grilled Tokachi beef. For dessert, I had coconut blancmange with a hint of cherry blossom flavor. The cherry blossom salt added a nice touch to enhance the deliciousness of the blancmange. I also had Italian beer and a glass of white wine, totaling just over 8,300 yen. With such great taste and portion size, it felt like a great deal! The casual atmosphere, friendly staff, and overall experience confirmed why this restaurant is so popular. I look forward to trying a la carte next time. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I stopped by this restaurant while on a business trip in Susukino. The mackerel terrine was delicious. The staff were all very friendly. However, I also tried the pizza, which will have to wait until my next business trip. Thank you for the meal.

I visited for the first time and was not sure, so I ordered the course meal. It's a small restaurant, and the timing of serving dishes was good as the staff paid close attention. Due to the season, many dishes were cold and had a strong sour taste. They were delicious, but the sourness became a bit overwhelming. I would like to revisit when it gets colder for warm dishes and to choose my own dishes. I hope the pizza oven gets fixed soon.

I have visited this restaurant many times. It's hard to get a reservation between 18:00 and 20:00, so I booked a table for 21:00. - Strawberry and Mascarpone, Prosciutto Bruschetta. The fruit paired with the dish changes depending on the season, this time it was strawberries. It was delicious! The combination of mascarpone, strawberries, and prosciutto was great. The texture of the bruschetta was also good. - Today's fresh fish with potatoes, prosciutto spring rolls. I love spring rolls, even at Chinese restaurants. Having them at an Italian restaurant is amazing. The crispy texture of the spring rolls dipped in seafood sauce was delicious. Italian spring rolls are also tasty! - A must-try!! Catalana. When we said we wanted to share it, they served two pieces each. It's nice that you can share desserts. It goes well with wine. We had a glass of white wine that was delicious and reasonably priced. We've been having a la carte dishes lately, so next time, I want to try the course menu! Thank you for the meal.

I have been using this restaurant for about 6 years now, at a pace of about once every six months. The sabaterrine is exquisite and can only be eaten here. All the dishes are delicious and there are no disappointments, but I have so many favorites that it's hard to try new dishes, which is a happy dilemma.

We used this restaurant for a reception. There were 7 of us and we were recommended the course menu. We enjoyed dishes such as mackerel confit, roast Ezo deer, and other seasonal ingredients. Our members from Tokyo were impressed as well! Personally, the pasta with swimming crab was the best.

Finally made it to the restaurant - the atmosphere inside was lively and bustling! The BGM was loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. It was fun when I was younger, but now it's a bit much. The mackerel terrine was delicious, a specialty of the house! I might not want to eat it again, but who knows? The bacon, egg, and mashed potato dish was amazing! The eggs were runny, the bacon was thick - all mixed together, it created a perfect harmony in my mouth. I definitely want to have this again! I'm not a fan of bacon, but this might make me a convert! The octopus carpaccio had a strong basil flavor, and the mashed potatoes underneath went well with it. The fire-grilled lamb was expertly cooked! It was tender and delicious. The staff were all smiles, creating a great atmosphere! It's easy to see why this place is popular. Next time, I want to try the porcini pasta and duck meat! Thank you for the meal! ★

We ordered a la carte instead of a set course for three people, with one bottle of white wine and three glasses. Each dish was served individually, except for the fourth dish (egg), as shown in the photos. The menu included smoked mackerel terrine, scallop, crab, avocado tartare, homemade bacon and onion quiche, homemade bacon and mashed potato with soft-boiled egg, truffle sauce, oyster flan, mushroom sauce and oyster meuniere, Hokkaido beef and porcini mushroom lasagna, lamb shoulder roast, strawberry crepe with ice cream and custard cream, Catalan cream, and roasted chestnut Mont Blanc with hojicha ice cream.

I was able to visit this popular restaurant on the 8th block of Tanukikoji Street after a long time, where the roof is missing. Of course, I made a reservation beforehand. Upon entering the restaurant, I found a spacious layout with a counter and open kitchen on the right, and booths on the left. The atmosphere was Italian, bright, clean, and pleasant, perfect for a women's restaurant.
We ordered the "Bianca Vigna Spumante Secco (bottle - 4,730 yen)" and enjoyed our meal. Unfortunately, I made a big mistake by not taking a photo of it, but oh well.
We ordered the "Assorted Ham and Salami (1,980 yen)" which arrived quickly. The ham was flavorful and the salami was delicious, perfect for enjoying with a drink.
Next, we shared the "Homemade Bacon and Onion Quiche (880 yen)" which was served with attention to detail for sharing between two people. The bacon's aroma and saltiness paired well with the rich sweetness of the onion quiche.
We also shared the "Shrimp Crepe Gratin with Lobster Cream Sauce (1,320 yen)" which had a rich lobster flavor and was a delight for shrimp lovers.
Lastly, we enjoyed the "Roasted Lamb Shoulder (2,860 yen)" which was incredibly tender and flavorful. The combination of the lamb meat and the onion-based sauce was truly delicious.
The restaurant's popularity is well-deserved due to its delicious food and great service. It was a wonderful dining experience.

Enjoying Italian cuisine with Hokkaido ingredients! Since we had a late lunch, we opted for a la carte to accommodate my companion who has a small appetite. Even though we didn't order any main dishes, we were fully satisfied. Although it's not related to Hokkaido, I indulged in a large portion of my favorite garlic toast all by myself, haha. Every menu item was delicious with no disappointments. The female chef was friendly and lovely. I can't wait to go back with an empty stomach next time.

I went to Crocchio after a long time. The food was delicious. The octopus carpaccio and sea urchin pasta were still amazing. The interior of the restaurant had been slightly renovated. The best Italian food. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Year-end party at Croccio, a highly sought-after restaurant that I finally visited for the first time. It was a bit difficult to make a reservation, but I managed to secure one for around 9 pm. Just as rumored, the Italian dishes were incredibly delicious. The appetizers were served individually, and the sardine terrine was outstanding. The other appetizers were also delicious, and I was truly impressed. I ordered a bottle of sparkling wine and the fig butter was exceptionally tasty. I couldn't decide between pasta and gnocchi, so I ended up ordering both. The pasta was made with sea urchin and karasumi, while the gnocchi was with gorgonzola. Both dishes were delicious, with no disappointments. Although the dishes took a bit of time to be served, I was willing to wait because I wanted to savor the food. I was so pleased with the food that I want to visit again soon. It was a delightful dining experience! Thank you for the meal.

I visited as a walk-in around 9:00 PM on the weekend and luckily arrived just after the previous customers left. I ordered the popular tartare, but found the flavor a bit muted. The garlic toast was delicious though! I forgot to take a photo... It might be the best garlic toast I've ever had. The chicken liver paste was also carefully made and tasty. The Catalana for dessert was also delicious. However, it was a bit difficult to get our drinks served promptly.

A famous Italian restaurant located on the outskirts of Tanukikoji in Sapporo! No matter what you order, the quality is high and the cost performance is good, making it a popular restaurant that is hard to get a reservation at! The mackerel terrine and mashed potatoes are decent! The foie gras risotto with wasabi, truffle sauce, and shrimp crepe gratin are extremely delicious! It's worth going just for these dishes! Everything was delicious! I want to go to this restaurant every time if I can.

I was lucky enough to walk into the popular restaurant Croccio without a reservation as they had a free table. As it was my second stop of the night, I opted for a light meal of my favorite crab, scallop, and avocado tartare, along with a salad topped with chicken liver. It was delicious and paired perfectly with white wine. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

After 4 years, I revisited the popular casual Italian restaurant "Croceo" for the first time in a while. I wanted to savor the Sabaterine and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Reservations are a must for this place. "It's okay to sit at the counter for 1.5 hours," they said. Yatta!! I managed to secure a reservation a week in advance. The elegant and lively atmosphere of the restaurant remains unchanged, with a 90% female clientele. It feels familiar to me now. I can only visit occasionally, so I usually stick to the classics unless I'm with a large group. When I go back home, I tend to visit familiar restaurants rather than try new ones. I always crave the dishes that I can't have all the time. We ordered: - Heartland (bottled beer) x2 - Bianca (sparkling wine) - Moretti (Italy) - Bianco (white wine) - Sabaterine (a classic dish) - Smoked scallops, crab, and avocado tartare - Chicken liver mousse (with bread) We started with beer and then switched to sparkling wine to enjoy the food. The classics were as satisfying as ever, which was a relief. The Sabaterine was visually appealing, and the perfect balance of the cooked mackerel and its taste was delightful. It was just as delicious as before. The smoked scallops, crab, and avocado tartare is also a favorite dish of mine. The combination of the chunky tartare and the bread is excellent. This dish surpasses the taste of avocado by 100%. "Ah, enjoying this food with alcohol is the best!" The restaurant's dedication to serving each dish individually without cutting corners is still the same, and I appreciate it. The chicken liver mousse was also delicious and I finished it all. The hospitality and high level of satisfaction at the restaurant remain unchanged. Although it's not a soul food of Sapporo, I'm glad I came. Next time, I want to try the classics plus the escargot with herb garlic butter. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. [Tabelog rating] 3.66 [Tanuki evaluation (dinner)] - Overall: 44 points - Atmosphere: 8 points - Food: 9 points - Signature menu: 10 points - Cost performance: 9 points - Likelihood to revisit: 8 points

We started with a toast with sparkling wine, then switched to red wine while enjoying sardine terrine and poached oysters. The meal continued with tripe stew, cheese platter, lamb roast, and sea urchin cream pasta. We finished off with grappa and crepes. The atmosphere was quieter than usual, perhaps due to the recent lifting of the state of emergency. Despite being fully booked, we were able to relax and enjoy our meal. Thank you for the delicious food. Myguinomi's recommendation.

We often dine out as a family, and if we can get a reservation, we usually go to this place! We have our favorite dishes that we tend to order each time. Fig and raisin butter crab, avocado tartare, gorgonzola gnocchi, lasagna margherita pizza, fermented lemon and sausage pasta. It was delicious again this time, we'll definitely come back! ^ ^

This was my fourth visit to the restaurant after a long time. During the pandemic, I had used their takeout service about three times, so I was very grateful. I was looking forward to what to order this time, but my friend who was coming with me was running late, so I decided to order some appetizers first to be able to eat as soon as we arrived. The appetizer was a platter of 7 classic dishes (2,500 yen per person), and I was happy to see that it included my favorite mackerel terrine. There were also poached oysters and pork and foie gras terrine, which I was delighted about. Overall, it was quite a generous portion. I still wanted to try more, so I ordered a pizza and pasta. Everything was delicious, and it went well with the wine. I will definitely visit again.

Popular casual Italian restaurant, Tanuki 8, has also been selected for the Michelin Bib Gourmand. Even right after opening at 5 o'clock, half of the seats are already filled. Starting tomorrow, alcohol won't be served in Sapporo, so by 6 o'clock, the restaurant is fully booked. The cold flounder carpaccio is so-so, but the thick and delicious white and green asparagus is amazing. The pasta with firefly squid and spring vegetables in peperoncino sauce with karasumi is also very good. However, the main dish of roasted duck is a bit chewy and not so great.
