The Torigara Negi Miso ramen was delicious. Huh? There aren't many ramen shops in Hiragishi, right? I had a tasty meal near my workplace. The view was nice, and all the samples at the entrance looked delicious, making it hard to choose! I definitely want to eat here again when I come back to Hiragishi.

Bird bone miso ramen is cheap and delicious. The piping hot, thick soup has a strong miso flavor but is not greasy, leaving a light and tasty aftertaste. The plentiful green onions and stir-fried vegetables pair well with the medium-thick curly noodles, creating a delicious combination. The chashu is on the thinner side but still good for the price. The atmosphere is also nice.

Around 2 pm on a weekday in February, there were about three customers. We ordered tonkotsu shoyu ramen. It arrived in about 10 minutes, with medium-thick noodles and a standard pork bone soy sauce flavor without any strong taste. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the ramen while looking at the nice view of Mt. Moiwa. Thank you for the meal!

Located near Minami Hiragishi area, close to the Munich Bridge, this ramen restaurant is situated on the second floor of a commercial facility. I decided to have lunch here after shopping at the supermarket on the first floor. The interior of the restaurant is unique, with counter seats and table seats arranged along the window. It was lunchtime and the place was packed with customers. After waiting for about 10 minutes in the waiting area, we were finally seated. The menu was divided into "tonkotsu" and "torigara", so I chose the "tonkotsu miso (780 yen)" and my wife chose the "torigara shoyu (750 yen)". Our orders arrived in about 8 minutes. My tonkotsu miso looked thick visually, but the soup was mild and easy to eat. The noodles were medium-thick Sapporo-style noodles, cooked slightly firm and delicious. While the miso flavor was well-received by most people, I found it slightly lacking in richness, so I actually preferred my wife's "torigara" which tasted better. I would like to try the "torigara ginger negi miso" if I have the chance.

I visited this ramen restaurant for lunch on Sunday. It is located on the second floor of Big House. The restaurant has a spacious interior with 40 tables. It is non-smoking and you can use the parking lot at Big House. They play radio as background music. Although there were empty seats, it took a while to be seated due to cleaning. You order at the counter. I ordered the following:
- Tonkotsu miso ramen for 760 yen
- Fried rice for 370 yen
The food took about 10-15 minutes to be served. The ramen had toppings such as green onions, onions, carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, and chashu. The noodles were medium thickness curly noodles from Morizumi Seimen. The soup had a sesame flavor and was a bit salty, not very pork bone flavored. The fried rice had egg, green onions, and chashu, and was lightly seasoned. Overall, it's a family-friendly ramen restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

I went shopping with a friend who wanted to take advantage of the 2019.2 Viva Home member discount and then we had ramen! It was a Sunday, so there was a line during lunchtime, but we waited and were seated. We both ordered the "torigara shoyu" for 710 yen. Our table had a view of Moiwa Mountain, which I think would be beautiful with the ski resort lights at night during winter. We received our soup in about 12-13 minutes and enjoyed the noodles. It was a delicious and comforting meal with generous toppings. I would like to visit this ramen shop again, although it's a bit disappointing that they don't have counter seats for solo diners. Thank you for the meal!

■ Overview
I visited the ramen restaurant around 5:20 pm on a Saturday in September 2018. The restaurant is located on the second floor of a building in Munich Bridge, where there are various shops like Mori Moto, GEO, Uniqlo, and Bikkuri Donkey.
■ Menu
The menu offers a variety of ramen options such as tonkotsu miso, tonkotsu ginger negi miso, spicy miso tonkotsu, tonkotsu shoyu, garlic tamari shoyu, tonkotsu seaweed tamago, tonkotsu salt, and tonkotsu vegetable. I ordered the tonkotsu miso ramen for 760 yen (tax included) and also a side of fried rice for 370 yen (tax included).
■ Food
The ramen arrived first, with a good portion of chashu and simple ingredients like bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, ground meat, onions, and carrots. The soup was flavorful but not too strong, and the noodles were firm curly noodles, which I personally enjoy. The chashu was tender with a good texture.
The fried rice arrived a bit later, served beautifully in a dome shape with shredded ginger on top. It contained finely sliced chashu, scrambled eggs, and green onions. The fried rice had a deliciously crispy texture and a slightly smoky flavor. The overall taste was not explosively flavorful but still enjoyable.
■ Overall
The restaurant is family-friendly with a taste that can be enjoyed by all generations. It is a great place for families to have a meal after shopping in the area. Next time, I would like to try the spicy miso ramen and gyoza.

On a certain weekday during the Obon week, I visited a ramen shop located on the 2nd floor of Super Big House in Hiranishi 1-22, Toyohira-ku. The parking lot seems crowded as it is part of a supermarket, but there should be no problem finding a spot. The shop is located on the 2nd floor by the window side, with a small and inconspicuous entrance, but surprisingly spacious inside like a restaurant. The background music is playing on AM radio. I decided to order the "Tonkotsu Shio Ramen (710 yen)" from the menu, as the fried rice was available but not as a set. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles in a dark yellow color, with a chewy texture. The milky white tonkotsu-based soup has a genuine tonkotsu flavor with a distinct salty taste, and a hint of garlic in the background. The toppings include sesame seeds, green onions, menma, and tender chashu soaked in soy sauce. I couldn't help but think that during the Obon week, places like the neighboring Bikkuri Donkey might be very busy, making this shop a convenient choice. Thank you for the meal.

Lunch visit. Solo dining. Some thoughts:
- Located on the 2nd floor of Big House.
- Two types of soup base: pork bone and chicken bone.
- Ordered the pork bone soy sauce.
- Simple toppings of chashu, menma, and green onions.
- The medium-thick curly noodles were delicious.

Chicken bone salt ramen
The clear soup is made with plenty of chicken bones, has a rich flavor, and the noodles are thick curly noodles, which I love. ❤️

The green onions are spicy. But they are delicious. Fried rice and dumplings are also delicious!

Delicious food is enjoyed by everyone, but ramen is a matter of personal preference. Located as a tenant in the Big House Extra in the suburban urban site of Munich Ohashi in Sapporo City. It is a place that people from outside the area would not visit unless they specifically intend to. Recently, there are many Sapporo ramen with a unique twist, and I expressed my desire to eat the standard Sapporo miso ramen, so a friend took me here. Payment was made after eating, which was a pleasant surprise. In this era where pre-payment with food tickets is becoming more common, this is a plus. However, even though there were vacant seats in the restaurant, we were not allowed to sit at our preferred table, which was disappointing. I hope they stop focusing on efficiency and be more flexible. Moving on to the ramen, it was a true Sapporo miso flavor. You can choose between a pork bone or chicken bone base for the soup, and I chose chicken bone without hesitation. The slightly sweet miso had a good richness, served with hot soup and medium-thick curly noodles. Toppings included bean sprouts, minced meat, cabbage, diced carrots, and chashu. The firmness of the noodles was also satisfying. However, since it is not a convenient location to visit, I will not be returning.

Sapporo's favorite ramen is number one and number two for me! I first tried it about 3 years ago, and as someone who loves rich flavors, I instantly thought it was delicious from the first bite! The soup is rich, and it tastes even better with added garlic. Soy sauce tonkotsu is my go-to choice every time. I always order the fried rice, dumplings, and soy sauce tonkotsu. The soup not only complements the broth but also coats the noodles well, allowing the flavors to stand out. As a noodle lover, I was impressed by the deliciousness of this ramen. Whenever I think of ramen, I always crave this place and want to eat it again. It's addictive!

This was my first visit to this shop located on Munich Bridge. Nearby there are Uniqlo, Bikkuri Donkey, Viva Home, GEO, and other shops. On this day, I visited with my relatives after going to Viva Home. The soup comes in two varieties, tonkotsu and chicken. I chose the chicken soup. The soup is rich and has a strong flavor. It goes well with the noodles. The fried rice and dumplings are relatively inexpensive, which is nice. They also provided separate plates and forks for children. It's a ramen shop that is easy for families to enter.

Welcome. ---------- May 2016 ----------Located inside a big building on the second floor in the middle, near the Munich Bridge, Mori Moto, there is a Geo. When you enter the somewhat hard-to-find entrance, a sensor reacts and you are greeted by the staff at the register saying, "Welcome!" There are table seats for two people at the end by the window. It seems to be popular among residents in the area, but I don't think people would come here specifically. If you're hungry, you'll be drawn in. The circular layout gives it a family restaurant vibe rather than a ramen shop. They serve two types of ramen: tonkotsu and chicken broth. The fried rice is priced like a half portion. Many people are seen eating ramen with fried rice. The sound of the cooking is intense, drowning out the morning radio. The melody of the boiled noodles is played along with the strong sound. Let's go with the tonkotsu miso. The soup has a good balance of the rounded tonkotsu umami and miso richness. It's not too salty, with a gentle touch. The tonkotsu flavor is good. The slightly crunchy onions, bean sprouts, and carrots add texture. The soft noodles with a slight chewiness seem to be liked by children. The portion might feel a bit lacking, you might not feel satisfied without the fried rice on the side. It seems to be particularly suitable for families, with consideration for young people. It feels like you can easily come here, thank you for the meal.

▼Location▼
The store is located on the second floor inside the Big House Extra store at the Urban Site Munich Ohashi along National Route 453.
▼About the Shop▼
This chain store primarily operates outlets in supermarkets in Sapporo and its surrounding areas. Currently, there are three stores: this one, Aeon Ebetsu store, and Chitose Rera store. The famous Ebi-soba Ichigen, known for its shrimp ramen, is part of this Ookura Yama series. The store interior has only table seating and is designed somewhat stylishly.
▼Menu▼
They offer tonkotsu miso, shoyu, and shio ramen, as well as tori-gara miso, shoyu, and shio ramen.
▼What I Ate▼
- Tonkotsu shoyu ramen for 710 yen (September 2015)
The soup has a milky appearance with simple toppings. The broth is made from simmering pork bones and spine, with no off-putting smell. It has a rich pork bone soy sauce flavor, enhanced by garlic. The noodles are medium-thick curly Sapporo-style noodles from Morizumi Seimen, cooked al dente. The chashu is thinly sliced with a slight chewiness. Overall, the ramen has a simple yet quite delicious taste.
▼Impressions▼ (September 2015)
This ramen shop is part of a chain that mainly operates in supermarkets and other stores in Sapporo and its vicinity. Currently, they have three stores: Aeon Ebetsu, Chitose Rera, and this Munich Ohashi store. In recent years, the famous Ebi-soba Ichigen has gained popularity, which is related to this Ookura Yama chain. The store is located on the 2nd floor of Big House and has a somewhat stylish interior. The ramen here follows a trend from some time ago, with a simple style that I personally like, but it may not have a strong impact on everyone. Also, the entrance is a bit hard to find, and there are no clear signs or curtains with the store's name, so it might be beneficial to make some improvements in that aspect.
